In the last 20 years I have used these folks on several occasions. They always do a great job and tend to go the extra mile to help customers out. My girl is all pretty again!

I have never had any problems until recently when I had my windshield replaced. Within a week the gasket on the top of the windshield was flopping. I pulled over and caught it before it came completely off. I glued it back on. But most recently it is leaking when it rains or I go thru the car wash. I have been trying for over 3 weeks to get this resolved. I have called 3 times as well as stopped by but cannot get anyone fix this.

Usually we get awesome service here, but this time was disappointing. They took my information and pictures of my car, but didn't call back. So I waited a week and called them, left a message and never got a call back.

I'm not even done with the actual servicing of my vehicle yet. And yet I must say that this is the most friendly auto body shop that I have ever been to. If you are in Jefferson or Marion County don't go to Longview or Marshall or Tyler to get your car worked on. Come to this place because the people are honest they are friendly and they explain everything.Updated:When it came down to how I wanted my smashed front end repaired, I wanted to keep it local. I looked up Johnson Collision Repair, and made an appointment.Mike and Luann Johnson run a tight ship, and their customer service is second to none! They keep appointments, and best of all, they keep the line of communication open when it comes to giving status updates. That is a rarity amongst those I've dealt with in collision repair.The work they did was fantastic, and really, you cannot tell at all it's ever been in a wreck.
