The only reason why a mark them down from the 5 star was the drying on the vehicle is just not as good as it should be the car wash itself is very good and they do a great job when it comes to that the vacuum are OK but need to be cleaned up, And the stock of the cleaning supplies that they used to provide there's no longer being provided. But all in all they do a great job about cleaning your car. It's just those little small things that bring them down but they're still a very good car wash and great value.

I used to get a pretty good clean here. I got a gold membership and use it one or twice a week. However in the last year I've noticed a decline in performance in the car wash. My car is coming out with suds still on the side panels and mirrors and the dryers don't blow nearly as hard. I can see that the side rince sprayers are not spraying at all.

People commenting how great a wash it is, AREN'T actually looking very close. Or have no idea what "clean" is.The last 3 times I've used this carwash in the past few months have resulted in extremely poor quality. I will not return. Today I paid attention to the stages. The soap didn't dispense until car was almost halfway past the sprayer. It started soaping at about the driver's seat.The top brush didn't start and come down until the cab above my head, then lifted as soon as it reached the trunk lid. So the front, hood, trunk and rear of car didn't get touched. As usual the vacuums haven't been cleaned or checked as the barely work. The area is filthy, dirty, and trash strewn , as usual.I stopped in and asked the attendant to come look at car, but all he said was he would notify his boss. And no offer to refund wasted $. Oh yeah, the basics price is now $9, and with almost identical results over the past few months, it is horrible. I will never return. My 6 year old grandkids can do a much better job.

It's fast and friendly, but the best part is that it's super affordable. My 4 yrs old loves going through, so it's kid friendly.

Best place in town to wash your vehicle! Vacuums are amazing, towels readily for your use, as well as polishes and things to make your car smell brand new! Hardly ever open on time and closes earlier than the web site says. Service was better when I first started using this car wash. I have a monthly contract and these inconviences are not worth the price.

I love the fact that they have a car wash club (even though I only use it about 2 times per month) I just wish it was easier to use. It never reads the code on the windshield and they eventually have to go inside and do it from there. I have it on both of my cars and it's the same way for each. The guys there are so polite in dealing with the problematic sticker so that is a huge plus in my decision to keep going back...also I love the fact that they take the time to use the brush on areas that are really dirty before guiding you through.

When I was there last week I went all the way to end and it didn't rinse my vehicle & the guy there accused me of hitting my brakes...and I told him no I didn't he wanted to get argumentive with me. As many times as I've been thru this carwash (not to mention others) I know not to hit my brakes, beside if I would have the vehicle behind me probably would have bumped into me since it was so close.

Always a Great experience here. Vacuums are free with wash. There are a variety of free scents to use as well as free use of clean rags. Strongly recommend this establishment!

My car had been parked under a tree for several days & it was starting to have sap from the tree on it. Went into Excell Car Wash & 2 ladies prepped it fir the wash . Then went thru the wash & stopped to vacuum the drives side. & it looks great.Great Job Excell. Thanks I will be back.

This is the 3rd time that I ve went and paid for a car wash with intentions of vacuuming my car out. The vacuums are down/not working every time I go. Super annoying. Put a sign up where customers are paying that says the vacuums are down. Super frustrating to then have to go somewhere else and spend more money for vacuum.

Wash was good, but vacuums were off, so I couldn't clean the cars interior as needed. If you're open then everything should be on and operational... I'm not mad, but wished for a better customer service experience.

I had gotten my oil changed at Grease Monkey, and received a free car wash. As I was moving through the wash I realized the left wash wheels weren t working. I went back around talked to attendant, they wanted to send through again. I told them the left wasn t working they told me they know. Why keep the cars flowing through knowing it is broke on the left side. Came home and was talking to my brother in law, he said it was broken last week when he went through. Stop taking people s money if it s broke.

I'm a member and like the place but as of late it's never been open on time.additionally several times the the system has been broke down with the chain across and I like to be perfectly honest I don't want to run something down basically it's a good car wash when it's functioning also I like to do it right away in the morning on my way to work and many times it's been closed, I've been a member for nearly two years management needs to check into the operation here.

This place has gone down. It is so filthy. There is trash everywhere. I went to three different stalls before I found a vacuum that would even work. I won t be back.

The manager at this location Keivionte Rollins is a great manager. He gets the job done.
