Very happy with the services provided by Deacon and his crew. I had a fleet vehicle that was crippled with an issue that I though was going to be far more expensive. I was surprised to find the repairs were very reasonable, the repairs done promptly, and the communications were clear and timely. We will be using them in the future for sure.Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Wilco Fleet Services Bobby the mechanic came out and fixed all of my issues on my trailer and tractor. He was very knowledgeable about the issues and gave me tips on preventing future issues. He also gave me his contact info for after hours emergency issues which I had to use when my hub seal busted and started leaking hub oil. I highly recommend this company Bobby is down to earth and welling to go the extra mile to take care of the customer by constantly keep in contact with me to let me know his ETA and completion of services when I was unable to be there while he was performing them. I will definitely use them again for any other issues I may have.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair

We had an AC Compressor go out on us in our Freightliner on the road and needed to get it fixed. These guys stepped up and did awesome work in a timely fashion. We certainly appreciate their dedication and professional manner.

We had some of our fleet fixed with Wilco. They had great fast service. A spring on our breaks broke the day after. They rushed over and fixed it under parts warranty. The mechanic Bobby is professional and friendly. We will use them again. They have an unbelievable turnaround time. Most jobs we had them do were completed in an afternoon. The mechanic that came out to fix my truck was OUTSTANDING. He did everything he could to get me back on the road as soon as possible. These guys are no joke, and are as professional as it gets. I was in need of a diesel technician to help me with a battery problem(no power),a fuel leak, and a steering issue. I called WILCO Fleet Services and was happy that my call was answered, due to the fact that a lot of shops don't answer their phone. I had a great conversation with Deakon concerning my problems. He was professional and honest about pricing and scheduling. His approach in his questions impressed me. I decided that no matter the wait, his company was the right fit for the job. Bobby, a true professional, came out to where I was at and immediately went to tackling all areas of concern. No hesitation, no delays. He knew what to look for. I had the starter in my truck go out in a drive through and had it parked at the fast food place for three days. I did not want to tow it because of how expensive it was and these guys sure came in handy. For an affordable price they picked up my keys from my house, replaced the starter in my truck where it sat, and returned my keys in ONE DAY! I HIGHLY recommend using these guys for any problems you may have.Service: Electrical

So I had just purchased a used Tractor-Trailer Truck from a Dealer down near Donna, TX and now I'm headed to Dallas, TX for my 1st Load Delivery under my New Company when I decided too take my 30-Minute Break here in Jarrell, TX and "Boom" !! The Airlines Snap .. Here I am 1st Load, New Truck (New To Me ) and the Damn Emergency Service Line Breaks.. Well it's late Friday Night, I'm Blocking a portion of the Fuel Area for Big Trucks and most Service Places are Closed or Running a Skelton Crew. In Steps W.F.S. too the Rescue. Bobby, the Service Technician responded promptly and courteously and professionally with the right parts in 29� degree Weather, in Texas I might Add, this particular Night. Incredibly great Service along with a very understanding Owner in one (Deakon Carson). Turns out all (3) of us are Military Veterans after some Conversation and each of Us Value Service and Commitment to Excellence.I highly recommend Wilco Fleet Services for all your Mechanical Needs whether it be a "Big Truck" like mine or a Passenger Car. Had a big issue with a broken oil filter cap,,called WILCO FLEET SERVICES,,Deacon was very helpful ,,he sent his mechanic Bobby to work the problem,,,he did a very good job on fixing the problem ,,I highly recommend wilco fleet services ,,rated the business a well deserved 5 star for a job well done ,,thanks Bobby
