R & A Auto Works provides good old fashioned full-service. We were stranded with a flat and they bent over backwards to help us get fixed and get home.

I am beyond thrilled with the service I received at R&A Auto! I must say, the estimate I got from R&A has to be the most well written, organized and comprehensive estimate for service work I have ever seen, let alone received. Thank you for providing me with enough data that I feel well informed, but not so much in-depth, industry specific jargon that I feel ignorant. Oh, and my car, Tommi, RUNS LIKE A DREAM AGAIN!!! I am truly grateful and quite impressed with R&A Auto... As I sit in their parking lot writing this review, I realize that I am their newest #1 FAN!

I had a great experience! They got my car in the same day I called and the breakdown of my invoice showed exactly what cost was allocated to what service/part and labor, which I found very helpful and easy to understand. Will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. :)

Best place to have your vehicle repaired and oil changed, The most important to me is they are very Honest, Reliable, and Professional. They are not over priced like other places. I Totally recommend you to come and check them out.

RUINED MY $500 RIM.I went to the shop to get some wheels and tires put on and they didn t tighten one of my wheels tight. So it got loose and the holes ovaled. I went back to tell them and they tell me they can t do anything because I provided the lug nuts and the lug nuts were too short.But they re the ones that sent me with one of their guys to oreilly to get the lugs nuts. The guy picked them out. Then they tell me that that guy didn t even work for them. How was I supposed to know that? So now I have to buy the rim, pay to get them clear coated so that it matches the rest of the rims, and pay for the mounting and balance on the new rim. Owner was nice but did not make things right.

By far one of the best services I have had, very knowledgeable and let me know everything I needed. They answered all my questions professionally. As a woman it s hard to find customer service like this where they explain and show you what you need. Prices were great. I have been looking for the right people and I found it here. Very trustworthy and they spoke to me in very professional matter. They also speak Spanish which is a huge plus for me. Will not go anywhere else and will recommend to everyone I know.

I had a fantastic experience at this auto shop! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of my car quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Terrible Experience at R & A Auto Works. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with R & A Auto Works for car repairs, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. From their unprofessional staff to their subpar services, strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to this establishment. The staff at R & A Auto Works displayed a complete lack of competence and professionalism. Their mechanics seemed clueless about basic car repairs and fail to diagnose the issue accurately. I was left with a lingering feeling of distrust throughout my interaction with them. The repairs conducted by R & A Auto Works were far from satisfactory. Not only did they fail to fix the initial problem adequately, but they also created additional issues. It felt like they were just trying to patch up the issues temporarily instead of providing a long lasting solution. The services provided by R & A Auto Works were grossly overpriced for the poor quality of workmanship and service. Base on my dreadful experience, I strongly discourage anyone from using R & A Auto Works save yourself the headache and search for more reputable and competent auto repair shop.En espa�ol puedo decir que es el peor lugar que puede llevar su veh�culo agu�rdese el dolor de cabeza.

I have been working with Raul and his team getting my 67 Camaro suspension work done and have been absolutely amazed on how professional they are. Pricing is what you d expect for the work no surprises, communication is on point and they are all easy to talk too and focus on customer service. I don't recommend this place at all.They lost parts off of my vehicle. They informed me that I was low on oil, but did not put oil in, saying that all of their oil was at their body shop across the street. ( Who uses motor oil at a body shop rather than at the repair shop??)They charged me an exhorbitant amount, and still didn't have the vehicle running correctly.I was able to fix my own vehicle after the whole experience.I don't think they are actually mechanics at this shop.
