Thank you Kyle for helping me out today! On my way back to Round Rock from Temple my tire light came on. I stopped at 4 gas stations and paid for air to have the machine not work. I pulled into O reilly praying they could help me out. Kyle was able to get their air machine to work and put air in my tire! Thank you again Kyle!

The costumer service here was very disappointing, they sold to me a battery that didn't fit for my car, the salesman didn't want to do the replacement and when I did i realized the battery wasn't the correct size. Very rude and lazy service.

Brian is awesome and really knowledgeable. He helped diagnose my truck situation and walked me through how to fix it. He s the reason I choose O Reillys over AutoZone or other auto parts store.

People helping people.My girlfriend and I were driving from Dallas to San Antonio when her car broke down miraculously at the exit where this fine establishment is located. It turned out that her alternator had died and had killed the battery as well. They didn t have the part in stock but it was at the location in Georgetown 15 min away, but we couldn t get it delivered because of it being late in the day. Stuck and helpless, I was about to phone a friend when graciously Cody said that Skyler had went and drove to go get the part and they had called a mobile mechanic and he was on his way. Wow. She came back with the part, I bought the alternator and a new battery, switched out the battery, mechanic switched out the alternator (in the rain mind you) , and just like that we were o the road.Cody, Skyler, and Brian saved the day. It was my girlfriends birthday and we were all about out of luck when these kind people came through to make sure we were gonna be ok. I have yet to find and more helpful, kind, caring group of folks than these real ones right here. A++++++++++

Always helpful, if they don't have it they've been good about finding what I need at another store or getting it in stock quickly, always friendly. Nice to have that hometown service.

Staff is professional, kind, quick, & efficient. Store is clean and well stocked. Really like this location and will be coming here from now on! I bought new windshield wipers and they didn t even hesitate to install them for me. Great first time experience and impression!

I can't compliment this management and team members for their customer service enough. My battery had died before leaving to work one morning and I called to buy a new one... Catch? I needed it delivered if at all possible. 20 minutes later, with a purchased battery w/all applicable discounts, one which had to be proven upon delivery, arrived at my door.Every time I walk into the store, I am immediately greeted and helped. They constantly helpe find things to repair and service my truck, within my budget and catered to what I use my vehicle for.

While driving back home from south padre Island we got a flat near this O'Reilly location. We called and they delivered a jack to us and helped me put the tire on the truck. We were back on the road within 30 minutes of the blow out. Quick service and great customer service. Thank God they were willing to help.

The staff at this location are always helpful. One of the staff, Schyler, went way above and beyond. She didn t stop helping until she figured out the solution, which she really worked at, at the same time helping multiple other customers. You can tell when you re in the store that all the other staff reference off of her because of her knowledge. I would assume that she s the manager there, if she s not she should be! Her demeanor, attitude, knowledge and work ethic are A+!

Had a pretty good experience at the oreillys here in Jarrell. Schyler was a huge help with helping me find the correct idle air control valve for my truck. If you need help with any parts, I recommend her.

I stopped in here on Thanksgiving day and it was pouring down rain. I needed new wipers fully expecting to put themOn myself. The guys cameOut in the rain and cold and put themOn for me! Thank God they did!

Skyla is an experience knowledgeable and pleasant employee to deal with at our Oreilly in Jarrell, Texas. She has helped my husband and I out so many times when in need. Very dependable and helpful. This girl is the one to see with your needed auto parts or any problem you may have with your vehicle.

Great employees, SPECIFICALLY Dillon H. I was having transmission issues on my home to Wichita Falls, had to stop and flush my transmission fluid on the side of I-35. Dillon was overly helpful and friendly, he even bought a pair of jack stands for me to borrow, so the car didn't roll off of the jack while I was underneath. Very appreciative!

Listen fam. I had 2 bike 2 MILES with a dead battery on my back to get help. Junior and the team squared me away quick and went far above and beyond to accommodate my situation. I give them the Highest of Praise and the utmost respect and gratitude.

My ram was built like Jonny Cash car. They used whatever was close on the assembly line. Impossible to locate parts for it. But Kenneth looked up off a pic until he found what it was. They ain t quitters there. I give em that. Ended up the part in my ram 3500 was a whole different year jeep

I was traveling with a stud Beagle that had come to stay with us for several weeks for our business, Quail Ridge Pocket Beagles. I was bringing this beagle back down south to San Antonio when my truck gave me the notification that I was running out of DEF fluid. I went to this place of business and I did not wanna leave the dog in the car for any reason whatsoever. Not only did they let me bring the dog in to the store, they graciously watched over him while I added the fluid to my truck. The staff were all incredibly friendly. Dillion, who was the assistant manager was simply outstanding. He retrieved what I needed, gave me the military discount on my O Reillys reward program and sent me on my way with a smile and a thank you for your business I can t remember the last time that I was treated this well at a retail chain, for any business. I was very impressed and if you are in need of anything automotive and you are within the vicinity of the Jarrell store, you owe it to your vehicle and yourself to stop by and get what you need at the Jarrell O Reillys.

Had 3 truck batteries start smoking and leaking battery acid everywhere. Wilco Fleet Services referred me to O Reillys. Skylar went out of her way and drove down to the truck stop where I was to bring me three new batteries and take my old cores back. And this was after they closed the store for the night! Great folks at this location.

In and out like it should be. Had the part as advertised and asked me if I needed the rest of my setup. I did not since I already had it. Still was nice of them to ask.

EXCELLENT SERVICE HERE!!I was driving back to Port Aransas Texas from Nebraska when my battery took a dive. Pulled in and Dan, the manager took care of my battery purchase, and then came out to assist me in doing the replacement since one of the connectors was stuck to the battery post. He went above and beyond in my view!!BIG THANKS!!!

Have to give props to a great staff and very helpful organized auto parts store. I had an alternator issue and luckily was near this o'Reilly's and was greeted and helped by the staff in running a test pinpointing and confirming the alternator went bad. I had no tools and was loaned some to dismantle, yes ( dismantle) a kia sorento just to get to the alternator , enough of my ranting....THANK YOU GUYS AND GAL...AWESOME SERVICE.

Wyatt went above and beyond to come out. See which tail light bulb I had out. Then after taking it apart went and got the right bulb and put it in for me and all back together in a matter of minutes. Truly saved me. Because I need an inspection sticker. And couldn't get it with out it. And it only cost by the little bulbs price which was nearly nothing. And the place I took it too to get it inspected. Said they could replace the bulb and all for $75. And thanks to Wyatt at O'Reilly's. I walked away in a matter of minutes. For maybe $5. Thank you!!

My wife and i were traveling back to San Antonio Sunday the 8th of August 2021. My vehicle started having issues so i pulled over into a gas station where it died. I felt it was either fuel pump or fuel pump relay. I called the Oreilly store in Jarrell and Schuyler found the part and actually drove it to me. We got the car started and she followed us back to the store. She called a friend and he diagnosed it as a thrown rod. She then proceeded to line up a ride to a hotel in Georgetown. Above and beyond. It is good to know people like her still exist. Thank you so much!
