Addison & his crew are amazing!! I could have cried upon seeing my car put back together and better than ever before! The color match on my front bumper was perfect and my windshield install was fantastic. I got quotes from 3 other shops, but Addison worked with me priced everything so reasonably. He finished my car in 1 weeks time, which was great because I had an inspection at the dealership. He was so responsive, reassuring, and his crew was so sweet. They also detailed my car, making me so so happy. I felt like a new woman driving my car out of there parking lot. I will recommend this place 100x over!!Hopefully I never hit a deer again, but if I do this shop is my first call. Blessings to you!Delana

I had my 2014 Jeep Rubicon hood replaced with an aftermarket vented hood. I had Lu &Adi paint the hood to match my Jeep. They did an amazing job matching the color. I have aftermarket half doors coming in soon and plan to use them again.Update they just finished my half doors and they did an amazing job. I would recommend this for sure!

After the freak Hailstorm that hit Brushy Creek, both of my cars had a lot of damage. I called all around Austin and Round Rock with no luck for an appointment. My insurance adjuster recommended that I look out where she lives in Jarrell. So I googled searched places and this establishment came up. They had 4.9 stars so I decided to give them a call. Addison answered, and after asking and expecting nothing good, to my shock, he said bring my car over, and they would get started on it. I then asked if he would take my insurance and to my surprise he said they love working with Mercury Ins. So I dropped my car off that day and as soon as I get it back, my truck is next! I'll update this review as soon as I get my car back.

They were easy to work with. The delay that occurred was not because of them. They were very concerned with my vehicle being fixed right and sent back damaged parts to make sure it was. I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to others.

Bought a new hood for our 2014 Jeep jku. Needed it to match the rest of the Jeep. Brought it over to Lu&Adi s. We are amazed at the look. Customer service was A+. Color spot on. Will bring our doors for the same Jeep back in a few weeks

My 2016 Toyota Prius was side swiped on the passenger side. I called Lu and Adi and they were able to accommodate me by picking up my car to have it repaired. Very professional and clear with there approach to handling my car. I ll be coming back with my brothers Acura that was damaged with hail in the coming weeks! Keep up the good job! Thanks a million. I ve used these guys twice now and the service is outstanding. Friendly and professional. Below is a pic of a fiberglass hood I bought. These guys paint matched, installed hardware and cleaned her up. So so grateful I found Lu & Adi s. After a bad hail storm in Austin at the end of September, I couldn t find any body shops in Austin or the surrounding area that could get me in until the end of November or beginning of January. Lu & Adi s was able to get me in the following day. They did stellar work & were so great at keeping me in the loop with insurance, and where my car was in the repair process. Adisson went above & beyond. Thank you so much!

This place is wonderful!!! They are professional, have good prices, and get your car done on time. They even delivered my car because I could not pick it up. The car looked like new! have never had an auto repair shop as excellent as Lu and Adi's.

I used Lu & Adis for an auto insurance claim, my truck needed body work and paint. They did an amazing job! They worked with my insurance for me when we found additional damage that the adjuster didn t see. They even installed a leveling kit on my truck for me. The clear coat on the rear bumper of my BMW has started to peel and looked terrible. I used Yelp s get a quote feature and Lu & Adi was one of three shops to respond quickly. Their price was the best and I saw they had good reviews so I went with them. I got my car back and it looks great. The color matches perfectly and they were prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying if you want a Great, Local, not corporate and nice business who treats everyone as a person not just a number these are the guys. Adisson is one of the most sincere, kind hearted business owners I ve seen in the auto industry or any industry and is a very genuine guy. He s straight to the point and he ll work to any solution that s best for you and discuss whatever is better for your situation at the time. Recently the misses had a small accident and they got us in the same day. We were able to call and start a line of communication and explain what we wanted. They did everything from talking to the insurance companies, to sending them any documentation they need at anytime. They did an amazing job in a great time frame for us and always checked in with what s going on and what still needed to be done and they even finished before the deadline that was given. The car came back brand new and rides amazingly. You could never tell the vehicle was in an accident. They made a bad situation, very easy and stress free which is a huge deal to me. They even fully detailed the vehicle and made that thing shine. To sum everything up if you re in the jarrell area and want to be treated with respect and have your vehicle returned on time and in even better condition, these are the guys without a single doubt.They also just finished my brakes today on my Kia Optima and without any appointment and me calling last min this morning was able to have it dropped off and all work completed before they closed, The same DAY! I m someone that tends to have a huge amount on their day to day plate and these guys always make it easier for me.Thank y all for always doing great job for me and my family! This is only shop I will recommend and I typically do not write reviews but these guys went above and beyond and people deserve to know that. Don t miss out on great business with great people running it. Your car is life here in central Texas and it deserves the best people to work on it.

My brand new vehicle was broken into, a window completely shattered and had some damage to the trim panel as well. This body shop has been great. They have wonderful customer service and accommodated us very well as we have little kids and instead of having us juggle them around from car to car, they came to us and delivered our vehicle back when finished. Daphnie especially went above and beyond when dealing with my HORRIBLE insurance company. She would respond to all of my questions and concerns within minutes and kept after my adjuster when he wasn t doing his job in a timely manner. Dropped off my brand new 21 Ford F-250 for a left bed side panel replacement. I hit a tree and tore it up. First went to the Ford dealership and they told me two months before being able to even look at the truck. Lu And Adi were able to take me strait in and get started. My insurance was fighting me about parts, they went to bat for me. Was able to get everything we needed to get the job done. Took a total of three weeks. Got the truck back today and it looks good. I also like that they provide a lifetime warranty on their work. They are mom and pop and care about you and your business. Don't go to corporate. They do not care about you. Go here. They will take care of you!

Oh my gosh y all! For starters, Adi is absolutely amazing and such a kind man. He was so helpful and got my car back to me as quickly as possible. His communication was amazing and greatly appreciated. I genuinely felt like he cared about me, my car and making sure I was taken care of. It is so great to have this shop so close to home because I know I can rely on them and they have my best interest in mind. I cannot say enough kind things about Adi and his team- I could go on forever. They are just phenomenal! Highly highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The entire staff here is so friendly and professional! The work they did on my daughter's truck came out gorgeous... the paint match was flawless and the admin kept us thoroughly informed from start to finish. I had an excellent experience with this shop they also made pickup and drop off of my vehicle extremely convenient. Cleveland did a great job from meeting with me initially about what needed to be done and breaking down the cost so I understood to having the work completed in a timely manner. I am very happy with the job that was done. My Subaru looks like I just drove off the lot!

Very friendly, very efficient, the workmanship was top shelf. I love being treated as number one, even though my repair was a "small" job, they took care of me like it was a "big" job.Do not search for any other place to take your vehicle to, this is the only shop you to go to !!!

I would definitely recommend Lu And Adi auto body shop. I tore my front bumper off and also damaged the front two rims and tires. The body shop was able to make all the repairs needed and my car looks fantastic! I really appreciated the time Addison took to call and let me know about the progress of the repair. When I picked up the vehicle they had vacuumed the inside for me which I thought was a nice touch.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Great customer service, professional detailed work, could not ask for better service from a small locally owned company. I took my car in three later it was ready and looked brand new and it didn t break my pocket book I was charged what I was quoted. They even brought my car to me when it was done since I didn t have a way to do. I would recommend them over anyone else. Thanks for the amazing work and the professionalism I received.

If I could give this place 100 stars, I would! I am beyond satisfied with the work! My car looks brand new! Very professional and finished earlier than I expected! Adisson is very easy to work with and knows what he s talking about! I would highly recommend coming here for any body work repair over any other place in the area. Good job!!
