Do not!! Trust this company i needed my tire fixed because i was stranded in san antonio the guy ended up breaking off my tire stud telling me to "weld it" then sold me a bad tire. I call the call trying to explain it and he says oh it had a ball on it like he already knew!! Then when i proceeded to try and get a situation figured out he blocked me!! I was charged 350$ for them to mess up my wheel and stud and almost kill me! My wife almost lost control of the vehicle and this will def be a case!Service: Tires

My college kid was 1 hour into a 16 hour drive when she called me to report car troubles. Within an hour she was already back on the road, thanks to Neal's quick response. He addressed the issue not only as a repair professional, but as a parent, saying he felt confident in allowing her to continue the road trip after the repair, just as he would if it were one of his children. So grateful for Neal's service! Highly recommend.

After looking up this man in Google & reviewing all the good reviews I thought he was a good place to call on 5/29/21. When looking under the services tab on my Google search, it clearly indicates that he offers "check engine light diagnostic". I called this man to inform him I needed 2 things, 1st was to perform the check engine light diagnostic & to check on why my car vibrates while acceleration. He informed me that he doesn't do check engine light diagnostic & I should contact an auto shop for the vibration. So, I informed him that he should update his Google profile & delete the item that says he performs check engine light diagnostic. Also, his unwillingness to check out my vibration issue, only leads me to believe that all of those great Google reviews are family & friends reviews, not real customers. Because he was very dry on the phone & he didn't want to come to my location & I live in Jarrell, TX but we didn't even get that far in conversation for him to even find that out, because he gave me nothing but excuses on why he couldn't come out. DON'T TRUST THE GOOGLE REVIEWS ON THIS BUSINESS!!!

I was having trouble getting my truck started and had been through the YouTube rabbit hole with no luck. I called Neal and he was out in less then 15 minutes. Within 15 minutes he had my truck running and in drivable condition. Neal is awesome and a good guy. He s professional and offers a great job for a great value. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. My daughter put diesel instead of gas in my car. I tried starting the next day and nothing but smoke sputtered out. Neil (Jarrell Auto Repair) came out to the house and drained the diesel and added gas. Easy fix and no extra parts needed. After flushing the system my car is back to normal. Neil did a great job. I love honest, trustworthy people with integrity. If you need roadside or emergency services CALL JARRELL AUTO REPAIR. Thanks again Neil and many more blessed years for you.

Had a great experience! Had a flat tire and came immediately to help with the problem. Turned out just needed a patch. Kind and honest help. Need more gentlemen like him around. Would highly recommend!!! Will definitely call if in need of trouble again.

We realized we had a flat on our motorhome while stopped at the Flying-J. Neil and Mark arrived to help us change our tire within a few minutes and we were back on our way. They were friendly, professional, and I'd recommend to anyone in the area.

I locked my keys in my car at the Walmart gas station in Georgetown. After calling a lock smith in Georgetown, the technician was extremely rude and quoted me 200 to unlock my car. I agreed to his price and I waited almost an hour and the technician never showed up, after telling me it would be 25-30 minutes. Fortunately, a Good Samaritan pulled up at the next pump. I did not get his name but he told me he worked for Jarrell Auto. He didn't have any of his gear with him since he was off duty, but he found a long stick and used that with his cigarette lighter and pocket knife to Macgyver it and get the door unlocked with absolutely no damage to my car. He was extremely kind and helpful, as was his family who were with him. They would not let me pay them for their service, and told me to just pass along the good deed. I would highly recommend him and his business to anyone and will be using them in the future.

Called up for some help on my 18 wheeler, and Neil showed up crazy fast, and had everything for the job, and had a great price for his work. I highly recommend them for road service. And don t let the Auto in Jarrell Auto fool ya, he s get everything for big trucks too.

Every time that I have had a need for they're services they have been up to the task. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Skilled, honest, and genuine guys is how I would describe these guys. I would recommend them strongly for any vehicle repair need.

I am currently on the side of the road as I Write this review I called this service provider 3x before he actually turned his phone off on the 4th ring I m heated after reading the reviews of how he pulls right up within 10 mins but tonight not available online it says open I do not ever recommend this place

So I don t know who I spoke with but the nice gentleman that I did speak with sadly I was not able to get a technician to help me with my whole problem with my tire that being said the gentleman was very nice and help me find a way to fix it by myself until I can get to a tire shop in the morning thank you guys so much
