This place has old school customer service. They don't just sell you the parts but actually helped with my issue and got me back on the road. Highly recommend

Rude and unprofessional store manager! This store needs to reconsider the people they put in high positions. She clearly has no interest in customer relations or quality customer service. She also treats her employees like garbage. If this keeps up my company will no longer use this store.

eagle has parts that no other auto parts store has anywhere in Central Texas they have various air conditioner parts that other stores do not have plus they also have oil additives that are the best that absolutely you cannot get other than online.

Taha the assistant manager is new and he s doing a wonderful job he helped me get a mobile mechanic to fix my car and he recommended a repair shop to take my car to !

Staff there is superb. The fellow at the register actually helped carry extra items to my vehicle. Who still does that??? Great business ran by great people.

This is an awesome auto parts store. You get a discount as a Veteran and they installed our windshield wipers for free! In our small city, this is a great store!!

STEVE GAMBLE, WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET A PART I NEEDED FOR MY TRUCK THAT WAS NOT IN HIS STORE. WITHIN 35 MINTUES I RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM HIM THAT THE PART WAS IN. THAT"S SMALL TOWN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL SHARE WITH OTHERS, BY WORD OF MOUTH, HIS OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND I GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR TIME IN DOING SO. KUDOS, TO STEVE GAMBLE!!

I was having issues with my work truck lights , I stopped in to get some direction. They were super helpful and friendly and installed the new lights I needed . It is nice to have them in Jarrell.

Just short haul from the house. Parts are priced reasonably. Saves a 25 mile round trip to the next closest parts store.
