I have been bringing my vehicles here for state inspections for a couple years. It has always been an easy process, usually in and out within 20 minutes.

We were driving back home to San Antonio when our suv started making a rattling noise. We stopped into Cougar Oil Express and Anthony, John, & Craig saved our car and our lives. They were super helpful, kind, and welcoming. They immediately started troubleshooting through what could be wrong. Turns out we had no oil in the vehicle. As soon as they were done with the oil change they turned on the car and the noise was gone! Thank you to God for putting these gentlemen in our path.

Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Oil change and tires filled, no appointment and took less than half an hour. What more can you ask?

So glad I decided to give this place a shot when moving to Jarrell. One of the best places I ve taken my car to get serviced. I have received better service here then I ever did at the dealership. Driving on I-35, something flew up from under another car and went under my Honda Fit and knocked the skid plate loose. We were driving up to Waco, and it was a Saturday, but the gentleman were happy to help and re-attached the plate no problem. They saved our day trip, and I would return for an oil change the next time I need one, even driving up from Austin it would be worth it.

I came for an oil change for my recently purchased used 2015 Nissan Altima. I had already put over 6000 miles on it, but the tech showed me I was still running clean and didn t need an oil change for awhile longer and didn t push doing it anyway. That s true customer service to me. I m 1000% going back when it s time and unless they do something silly, I anticipate becoming a loyal customer to this location. Absolutely awesome!Service: Oil change

Feels a little scammy. They push high-grade oil which I don t think is necessary and they tried charging me an extra $10 to remove three screws because of a oil plate . Never heard of that??! Wanted to charge me over $100 for something that s typically half that cost.

First time there. Fair price. I thought they vacuumed the front but not. Oh well I went for an oil change and it was nice a quick. I'll be going back.

Always spot on. The manager Justin goes out of his way to do an excellent job. The manager is always trying to keep the carwash clean. I see him and appreciate the hard work this man does. He gets down in the trenches with his staff.

Now operated by Kwik Kar. Same local name. Shop is owned and operated locally from the Central Texas area. Offers oil changes, preventative maintenance, and minor mechanical. Stop in and see us. Free car wash with all oil changes, and safety emissions inspections.

Don't go here the whole town knows this guy has a bad attitude and bad reputation. Ps the car wash is no good either.
