Absolutely phenomenal shop! They are the fastest quick auto care place i ve ever been too and it s veteran owned. I get serviced by Craig and he s friendly, respectfully, and professional with everything he does. I take my vehicles here for inspection mostly and have nothing to complain about. Great great great customer service!

Professional and prompt service. Went in for an oil change the wait time to get service was about 5 minutes. I ve been bringing my truck here a couple of times now and I have no complaints. Love that I can just show up with no appointment and each and every time the service is awesome.

Was looking forward to cleaning my van and was pleased to find this spot, was my initial thought, to start with the card reader option only gives you 4 minutes of wash time and doesn t let you stack it. 4 minutes isn t enough time to even go ish 3/4th of the truck before having to put more money to use the next cycle. I waited for 3 minutes for the first two cycles to do something but nothing came out of the hose so I wasted that time and skipped to the next. If you re thinking of using the soap brush to wash your car I suggest you get an old sack of potatoes and run it though the inside of an exhaust as that will leave less dirt on your car than the brush they had at this car wash. Not only was there hardly any soap but the brush left more dirt on the van then it originally came with. Due to only having 4 minutes per card swipe that dirt hardened and was a lot harder to remove once I was ready to rinse. Ended having to spend 16 dollars just to remove the dirt stains left by the soap brush. Over all I d say waiting for it to rain and running the van through some mud puddles will clean the truck better than stopping by this car wash and eating your money. Now I have to find another car wash to wash off the stains left by this car wash. If I could give less stars I would

On Friday I called them to see if I could make an appointment for an inspection on Saturday. They said they don t take appointments but as long as I was there by 4:30 the would do it as a walk in. So I drive well over an hour from another county to have it done (the truck is my elderly dads and I was trying to get this done for him - he lives in Williamson, I don t). I arrived a couple minutes after 4 and was told that they don t take inspections after 4. I mentioned I was told 4:30 on the phone and the response was that it would have to be Monday. There were zero other customers at the time. They close at 5, safe to assume someone wanted to go home early? Either way, very disappointing and a major waste of time and gas.

My SUV was cleaner when it came in dirty. My vehicle was worse after I washed it here. 10 minutes and it was still dirty like the use dirty bath water.

Very unprofessional. Battery panel left unsecured and had the hood closed on it. Found broken. Other various parts and pieces left out / not put back on. Dirty, didn t put mats down. Just a disappointing experience overall. Wouldn t recommend giving your hard earned money to this place.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

The place was great and the inspection was quick and hassle free, until I asked about their website promoted free car wash with every state inspection. They told me the free wash only comes with an oil change....even though it's clearly posted on their website in two places! I even showed the mechanic and he still wouldn't honor their website's advertising.

Good customer service when I asked questions. Car wash could use an upgrade for the drying portion. A mobile dryer would be better than the current setup that requires the driver to slowly drive forward

I have been here several times, for oil changes and Inspections on multiple vehicles. The staff has always been friendly and I have never run into any issues after servicing. Pricing is reasonable and similar to other places I have been to for these same services and you get a free car wash.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I can only speak to the quality of service on getting state inspection, but I've been here twice and was in and out quickly. So far, so good. . . .As a Veteran, I like to do business with other Veterans. I'll be back. . . .

Wonderful service!! Needed an oil change, took 15-30 minutes at most, and the man who attended me explained everything easily and thoroughly. He was also very kind and sweet, very patient as well. 10/10, would definitely recommend! Service was also only 57.99, every other place I went to before tried charging me double that amount.

Reasonably priced and they don't care if your washing something out other than your vehicle. I.e. had to wash a car part they were fine with it. Just don't wash something dangerous into their drains. I had some old tires that needed a cleaning they were fine with it. Tires are still good just been sitting in a dusty dirty environment.

I've used this car wash for years...no issues. In August I took my truck through it and something seemed off to me- the brushes and machine felt close to my truck. Not just on one side... on both sides (I was initially thinking I pulled in too close on the driver side). I pulled out and immediately started inspected my vehicle. There here tiny little paint chips on ALL sides of my truck. I immediately go over to speak with them about it and all he would say is that "he is not responsible for damages" or "owners responsibility". When asked if I could speak to someone else about it- he would not give me a name, number, NOTHING.Fast forward 2 days later and there is a CONE sitting in the drive-thru car wash!!! My friend called up there (they blocked my number and my husbands) and they told them a part was broken and it would be down for a couple of weeks.Coincidence?I ended up filing with my insurance and it caused over $5,000 in damages.

if I could give this a less than 10 negative stars. I would ..last week my daughter went for a simple oil change and her car left needing a new engine ...their job is simple ... change old oil and filter replace new oil and filter .They did neitherMy daughter drove the car and didn't even make it 1/2 mile before it shut off.for two days they tried to tell us there was nothing wrong with the car ... My daughters car ended up having to replace the engine! Ridiculous !!in the days that followed her car ended up with a USED engine In a car that had NOTHING wrong with it and a 6 month warranty ... and all the manager said was that "we will make it right " obviously he did not!Please drive 20 min to Georgetown and get somebody else to do your oil change and save yourself the Aggravation !

I did not remember when my last oil change was, the gentleman could have just made me pay for another but he was honest and said I must have forgotten to reset the oil change alert because the oil looked new. I appreciate the honesty and would definitely recommend this location. They are also enforcing masks so I felt comfortable to be in the lobby.

In and out. I'm not sure what all the complaints were about. We went in for an inspection. Need to come back for a reinspection. The guys were courteous every time. We walked to the store thinking it would take a long time....we took longer than the inspection.
