24 hr drop off for uhaul. I called and the woman answering was polite in her instructions on where to park the trailer.

Amazing service!!!!! I truly appreciate Melissa and staffing for their hospitality. My son requested a limo last minute for prom and I called all around east texas and they were booked or way too expensive. I was recommended by a good friend of mine to try worlds greatest limo service and they are truly the greatest. The limo was fully decorated and color coordinated with beverages and snacks for the kiddos. It was a hard time for my family and I around that time and it meant a lot to me that these guys were so careful and thoughtful.

1 star is pushing it, I did not personally book nor pay for this Service however I did partake in the services. The limo itself was decent besides the a/c not working well in The beginning of our night and one of the door's windows would not roll down due to the switch being missing. The Driver was late for the original pick up, then became lost and pulled over twice and asked for directions from someone who didn't know the first destination because it was a suprise. The ride was VERY rough to our first destination which again he didn't know where it was (this driver was suppose to have an itinerary with everywhere he was was going with Addresses. He was again a little late picking us up from there. Pulling out he ran a red light (another passenger had mentioned it). The driver would speak under his breath in disgusting after we spoke to him. He was extremely rude. The only good experience was when he sang our Birthday girl Happy Birthday which was very sweet! At one point t he made 2 of our Ladies walk across the street because he didn't want to move the limo? I personally Do not feel the service was anywhere near what it should have been. We were thrown around the vehicle a few times.

They rented us a uhaul the gas and mileage was off at pickup 77 extra miles and that s a extra 53$ that someone used it then trying to charge the next person. But I had pictures to prove it wasn t us , double check everything when renting from them.

Awesome staff, helped me book a tralier at a different location and return to them, website for uhaul is not helpful but these folks are!
