Sadler s Marine is a fair and trusted company with Robert and Ryan providing personalized hometown service. They have helped me over the years with my side-by-side, barge and lawn equipment. They set the gold standard as a reputable dealer to purchase units at a competitive price or for routine maintenance or occasional repairs.

I wish I would have done my research on this company and read all the bad reviews they have. I took my mower in because i had to get the engine replaced not only did I have to wait three months which to a certain extent I understand since we are in a pandemic and have shortages on everything, but they took the initiative to do things without my permission the muffler is not new they took my old muffler from the engine that broke down and adjusted it to put it on the new one. It looks so bad it s embarrassing. What is worse is they did it without asking me first. Second when I took my mower in the eye tiger digital device to read the hours was working and when I got it back it no longer reads the hours on it. I called to ask if they would make it right, to fix it or something and they said that they would have to see it and basically it will cost me money to get it replaced. I beg people please read the reviews, this is the worst experience I ve had with any small engine repair company do not go there!!!! read the reviews.!!!

Great experience purchasing a new side by side. No gimmicks, no surprises, just a fair deal. Very refreshing to deal with straight forward honest folks in the ATV sales business. I ll be back for any future purchases.

Bad service. Oil was not changed and dipstick for oil was broken off, so I know that they couldn't check the level. Yet they charged me for full oil change. 14 hours in, the oil drain plug fell out and dumped the whole crankcase. This was all part of a 100 hour service on my mule.

A fabulous organization that puts the customer at the center of everything they do. For years they ve provided our family with boats, jet skis and side by sides. They pick up my equipment and bring it back to me serviced with a fair and friendly price. Family is everything and time is so limited. Thanks to this great group my family hasn t missed a precious moment. We ll be customers for life.

worst place to have service done to jet ski, took my jet ski in because water was in the oil show the mechanic when I got back to pick it up he explained there was no water in the oil when I took him and a service manager out to look they then said that the water was in oil was normal to be there, hmmm, although a warranty claim, they number 1. said there was no oil in the water until i took tech and service manager out there and proved that was a lie to them, 2. They then charged me for a service they did not perform nor did they try to repair the unit, instead left me with the $92 bill and told me sorry for my luck, I went to Broadway Powersports and mechanic there said there's no way for water to get in the oil through the air box proving yet another lie that Sadler's told, also showed them pictures I took in front of their service manager and tech. Service manager has an attitude problem, wasn't appreciative of the payment he got when I paid him he had an attitude about it. Worst service ever, lies and ripped you off. Don't waste your time on these fake counterfeit mechanics and salesman

Sadler's Marine are the people I always take my boat to. They have great technicians and normally turn around is good. Recently my fishing buddy compared prices for his boat repair and found that Sadler's was better priced and had a better warranty. His boat runs great now.

Ryan knows his ZTR mowers. Helped us determine what we needed, delivered it and gave me a tutorial on it. Very pleased with our purchase

Don't go to them if you have an older boat, unfortunately they're reputation doesn't proceed them. They gave no interest whatsoever in my husbands boat '76 Evanrude that's was passed down in the family. They said verbatim we'd rather not deal with you or your boat that's just a big mess; because its older an of course has been worked on by three different mechanics in the past 41 years and has gone through some upgrades.
