Would most definitely recommend them always. Very fast and professional. Had to have a windshield installed on a jeep took them about 30 minutes for them to finish up. And gave us all the information we needed.

The windshield itself was replaced just fine, but afterwards my windshield wiper and headlight sensors weren't working.My wife took it back in and was very condescendingly told that it was just because the wipers were turned off, but he said he would adjust them.Afterwards both were worse so I took the car into the dealership and it turned out that the sensors weren't actually attached properly. I wanted to support a local business, but I guess next time I'll go with Safelite.

This is a couple months later , but my wife had a Chip in her windshield from a rock hitting it , told my wife to give them a call since I would be at work longer then her , & she did. Met up with Nick and he said it was too deep , but for $50.00 he did fix it to where it would not spread. Thanks! Saved us from having to buy a new windshield!

Call Safelite!! Owner told me they do window chip repairs from 8-8:30am and no appointment is necessary. I arrived at 8:15am and the sign on the front door said they were out on a mobile appointment and to call the number listed. I called, left a message and got no return call. When I called back I was told the workers were in the back and I shouldve driven around back. How would I know this? Why didn't they answer the phone? I scheduled a mobile appointment for the following week and told the owner I had to go to work early afternoon and she said she would schedule the repair before noon. I called back to confirm on the day of the appointment and she admitted she forgot to write down "before noon." She assured me she would tell the worker I needed this appointment before noon. At 12:15 pm, I called back because nobody had shown up and I requested a reschedule. The owner proceeded to cry and tell me all her personal problems, over the phone. Very unprofessional and excuses on top of excuses. She told me she would modify her door sign to instruct customers to drive around back for service.I believe in local businesses so I made yet another appointment to come to their office location and try again. My flight was late landing and I was unable to keep this appointment. When I called to try and reschedule, the owner once again became rude and unprofessional. She told me her repairman had waited all morning just for me and I messed up their whole day and I now needed to just go elsewhere. Exactly what I should've done from the beginning!If they are as overwhelmed as she claimed, I surely couldn't have been their only morning appointment. Save yourself the hassle and skip this unprofessional, and rude business! Safelite will show up and take care of your repair in a professional way.

On time clean install. No problems, feel that if there were an issue they would be on top of it. 2019 mustang GT with the sensors, everything works fine.

They don't even deserve 1 start! I had a windshield replaced at my home. Trash was left on the ground as well as a cigarette butt. He went into my truck with his cigarette and left ashes on my dash. Black caulk was dripped inside my truck and he didn't even bother to put the mirror back that he took off. And now the inside of my truck smells like cigarette smoke. They took the time to knock all of the debris out of their way to install the windshield but now I have leaves and sticks all on my dash right up against the window where it's almost impossible to get to them. I do NOT recommend them at all!

I was headed to Colorado and Nick from Jacksonville Auto Glass came out and fixed my rock chip. I made a successful trip to the cold and back to the warm without a crack in the windshield. Thanks nick!
