Just purchased a 2017 Camaro SS on 12-2-2023. Spoke with a wonderful gentleman on the phone (Steven) who prepared my deal but was not present when I purchased the car. In his place I dealt with Mr Tim Herrick. Both are simply amazing sales people my experience at this dealership with the sales people alone was great but would really topped it off for me was my experience with the finance manager Becky Hanna. It's been a long time since I met someone so genuine .. The customer service at this dealership is definitely five stars . I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They provide great service with a smile.

What an incredible experience. Saw a truck that was a fresh trade in, exactly what we were looking for. Called and talked to Colton, he was friendly and said he would pull the truck out front. On the spur of the moment we got into the car and drove down there. Colton was there to greet us, and we took a test drive. These folks are so friendly and upfront honest, I can't imagine why you would want to buy from any other dealer! Miss Becky handled the financing and we drove it home. Can't say enough good things about these people. One of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Thank You

Wow what a great experience! Mitch is a wonderful person. He took time to follow up about a vehicle we had showed interest in. Becky in financing also went above and beyond for us. These are the type of wonderful people that make it a pleasure to do business with. Yes we did purchase a vehicle from them. I will never forget how great they made us feel on our vehicle purchase. We love you guys!

I desperately needed a new car as my old one was constantly experiencing issues. I spoke with Colton on Saturday and he assured me that he would have all of the necessary information prepared for Monday, which was when I urgently required a vehicle to get to work. Although the specific model I had in mind happened to be located at another dealership two hours away, fortunately, Colton informed me about an available 2018 Ford Edge SE within my budget right here at this very lot! After taking it out for a spin and seeing how much better it fit what I truly wanted than the other option did beforehand; thanks entirely due both diligence from him plus Becky's professional finance assistance without any down payment or trade-in hassle - they took care everything so now I have a car that is reliable.

Purchased a new F150 today, 5 Jan 2024, from Mitch. Deal was done over the phone. No haggling, no bait and switch and no other bull of any kind. Showed up, looked at the truck, went to the finance office, where we were again given the utmost courtesy absent of any bull. All professional and respectful. Head to the country and avoid the big city bull. Thank You Becky and Mitch.

We had a great experience at Bill McRae Ford! If you go ask for Tim Herrick! He was such a great salesman, he was not pushy and he answered every single question we had! I would buy a car from him every chance I got!Becky in finance was also amazing, she walked us through every step and made us feel comfortable.We felt like part of the family today. You don't get that feeling with car dealerships these days! They just made a customer for life today!

One of the best car buying experience I have ever had! Michael Coop Cooper took care of me during the entire process. From walking through the door of the dealership to pulling out of the driveway in my new Branco Sport the entire team had everything taken care of in an hour and half. That blew me away how efficient they were. Coop walked me through all the features of my new vehicle with ease, making sure I understood what vehicle had to offer. I have had my Bronco Sport for a week now and am in love! Highly recommend seeing Coop and his team for your next vehicle purchase.

As I walked into the Bill McRae Ford dealership a couple of weeks ago, I believe I was quite fortunate to be immediately greeted by Michael Coop Cooper. As my salesman I want to thank you, Coop, for bringing me together with my brand new Ford Bronco Sport, Big Bend! Your sincere kindness & honesty, your friendliness, professionalism & personal attention throughout the entire process was phenomenal. And given that you took ample time to show me the great features of the vehicle, I was thrilled to drive my little Bronce home with excited confidence. Thank you!It was also such a pleasure to meet with Becky in Financial (who made the process so wonderfully easy for me) and Debbie in Service, both delightful ladies who made me feel right at home with their friendly, positive personalities! Finally bought a vehicle here. I havent had the best experience here with service or sales. But everyone deserves a compliment when due. Colton Gross was my salesperson and he was excellent. No pressure, friendly, and a great attitude. I got a good deal. I would also consider buying my next truck from Colton if he's still there.

Fantastic experience. Todd was extremely patient and worked to find us a vehicle that fit our budget. Becky was absolutely awesome to work with in finance as well. This is the second car we have bought from them and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I'm a Gulf war veteran, driving from Milwaukee WI to to corpus Christi TX.I had brake clabier, sticking,(( I know it was the Saturday before Xmas)) but I didn't want to be stranded till Tuesday, yet no mechanic looked at my vehicle or gave me any assistance , but to find my a hotel room, the person that checked in said, my vehicle was over 10 years old, and they didn't have any parts to fix it. They just wanted to get out early.i got there@1pm on sat, they left @3, I was strandedAlliance recovery fixed, clipped off brake an sent me on my way, hour and half after dealership left me hanging, and it took 20 minutes ( if that ) to get back on the road.McRae Ford, I see you are small town. But your not very helpful to war veterans and people from our ot town.

Once again Tim Herrick at Bill McRae Ford made the process smooth. From the first discussion months ago about the Bronco Sport, to the final sale. Tim does a great job of listening to what the customer wants and not adding extra pressure to the buying experience. Thrilled to buy the first Bronco here in the last 23 years with Tim's help.

Generally speaking I never write reviews - good or bad. But here you go. Dropped off my truck on a Wed morning to have the AC performance checked out under warranty. After having to keep it overnight the next two days I called them on Friday afternoon and was told they had driven it 60 miles and the AC was working fine. I m pretty sure Ford has a complete shop spec for checking the AC without taking the vehicle on a cross county trip! The service writer just handed me the keys with no paperwork. When I went to get in my truck there was dried mud all over the running board, door threshold and drivers side floor mat. Judging from the gas level I d guess they probably drove it a lot farther than 60 miles. I d guess they never even put a set of gauges on the system or even checked the outlet temperature. I m an HVACR tech by trade so I know the drill. Don t bother taking your vehicle to this place for service. They're completely unprofessional!

My husband and I stopped by in the pouring rain one afternoon at closing time, but Mr. Joe Smith STILL came out and helped us. Stood there with us while we looked over the car and even offered to let us drive it home for the night and try it out. He emailed me that night after we left and setup an appointment for the next day. We went in that morning and signed papers on my new car and drove off within a couple of hours! Best service and the nicest guy you'll ever meet! I will definitely keep them in my back pocket for future purchases! Becky was a wonderful woman that knows her job very well! She was so kind and helpful in explaining all of the "extras". Super nice young lady! 5 STARS!

The best car buying experience I ve had. It was a no hassle, no dealing, easy and honest transaction. Todd is awesome. I ve never owned a Lincoln and Todd has been great to answer my questions after the sale. Becky in finance is very friendly. Chance helped the day I picked up my car. He walked me all the little Lincoln things I didn t know.

I have never had such an easy, fluid experience buying a new car as I did last Saturday! Our salesman, Mike Cooper, was phenomenal! Due to a spur of the moment stop at Bill McRae Ford, we had our crazy toddler with us for a car buying process. Fortunately, Coop and other team members were quick to help wrangle and entertain the wild child so my wife and I could process all the information clearly. Not once did I feel pressured into something I wasn t interested in, which is a common tactic I ve experienced at most dealerships. For once, it felt like they actually cared about me as a customer. They have definitely earned a lifetime customer!

A great buying experience! The entire staff was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. A family atmosphere when so many others are just corporate (enough said). Business is about relationships and I am glad to be part of the Mcrae family. My sales consultant Dawn Dillon was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. If buying a car is more than just a transaction to you, I highly recommend that you go to Bill Mcrae Ford in Jacksonville, Tx.

I had been searching for a specific vehicle for several months and luckily, Bill McRae Ford had it. I worked with Mike Cooper, who made sure I was educated on the car and helped to get me a fair price. I never felt pressured and left feeling like I had worked a car deal with my friend! I highly recommend this dealership and more specifically, Coop. He took what, normally, is a stressful process and made it enjoyable.

Broke down in Rusk with Ford truck pulling a 32 5th wheel.Called Bill McRae only dealership close enough nothing in Rusk except a very nice police offer who help get us across the highway and told us the only ford dealer is in Jacksonville. I called the service department and a gentleman named Kevin answered. Wonder person help us with all that he could called a wrecker for us because we had to get back to our home 0ver 90 miles away.Kevin and the tech he sent out to find our problem we thank you from the bottom of our heart.I highly recommend this dealer wonderful service caring people.Thank you much. My husband and I set out towards tyler yesterday to get me a new ride, when at the last minute, he says lets go to Bill McRae. So I turned around and went back.. no sooner than we pulled up to look at trucks, Mr Cooper "Coop" came out and greeted us, which was great! Let me tell you the first time I ever stepped foot on a car lot I did not have a very trust worthy experience, and well Coop changed that for me! He listened to everything being said to him and he asked us great questions to accomadate our needs and wants, and didnt pressure me or him like most big car lots do! He gave us time and space to talk things over with one another... I kept telling myself and my husband "were not going with the first option this time" but guess what the TRUCK was like my perfect fit!! Coop made it happen and I couldn't be happier with my purchase with the McRae Family! If you're looking to shop local give them a try! I'm so glad we did!

Great experience! I have worked in the automotive industry for over 30 years. I had Purchased a car for my wife at one of the largest dealers in East Texas and can say it was nothing like the Great Job Tim and Becky did. They Handled my Deal with great respect and the Owner even came out and talked to me. I even used my bank for financing. Due to my issues not because of them. I never do reviews but thought this should be heard. Thank you.

Purchased a 2022 Bronco Sport last week. Raymond Cervantes is THE GUY! If you need A GUY he is it. Very knowledgeable, patient and informative. He even helped me get a bucket seat back to the car I traded! Look him up!

My Mom just got her new F-350 Lariet, her salesperson, Mike Cooper, was absolutely helpful. I live 3 hours away and sat in the phone call when they did ordered the truck from Ford. Yesterday I came in to help my mom pick it up and Mr.Cooper went over all the functions of the new truck. Not once did we feel pressured into anything, we will be back for all our future vehicle needs!

I was very happy to have met Coop, he is fantastic and no pressure sales and he assisted us in finding the right SUV, We purchased an Expedition Timberline on 3-18-2023 and couldn't be happier in the experience and small town hospitality this dealership offers. Best service experience I ve ever had at a Ford dealership hands down. Miss Debbie and Mr Kevin may have saved my marriage! Lol. Had a axle boot come apart on my brides 2022 Expedition two days before my wife, daughter and granddaughter were leaving for a Florida beach trip. One call to Bill McRea Ford and I didn t worry about it again. Kevin told me get it here, Miss. Debbie followed up the next day and told me it would be ready!! We are back in business.
