bought my Nissan Sentra today, Great value, extremely fair prices, quick and easy process. All around a great experience today. Staff is super friendly and straightforward, no annoying upwelling. They want the process to be just as efficient as you do. Would visit again!

I bought a car from the Iranian guy there. He sold me a car on the basis that it has no mechanical faults so far. I paid two thousand dollars for repairs, and after I bought it, they did not do anything to me. It is simply a scam. I wish you loss with all my heart.

Mid August I had some issues with my vehicle and of course I was terrified it was going to cost me an arm and a leg! These guys were legit honest and I only needed a battery! Thank goodness! That was my first visit. They were done with my vehicle when they said they would be and the price was reasonable.A few weeks later a unrelated issue happened where my check engine light came on. I stopped by and they were happy to check it for me.I truly appreciated the effort they make to do good honest work. I will use them again for sure!

Drove 5.5 hours to see a car he said he had. We get here said he sold it. We had been communicating all day. A simple I have sold the car during our journey would have been sufficient. 1 star for communication skills.

Superb prices, honest and excellent business. Another mechanic said I needed the Valve Cover Gasket replaced for $377. Dealership wanted $426. Zam Zam quoted me $145 and when I brought my car in said the Gasket was not leaking and no repair work was needed. Saved me hundreds of dollars! I will use Zam Zam again and highly recommend this business.

Not a good response when asked for the issue. Without checking the car or the issue they are telling how much it s gonna cost.And so busy that they don't even have time for customers.

You cannot beat this place on price and honesty. They will tell you that you don t need something you are asking for after their checking and verifying. I ve read the criticisms on here on communication. If I have to choose between great communications and great service and value, I ll choose the latter all day long, providing I know I m dealing with a trusted company. Zam zam is exactly that. They are efficient and thorough, and their prices are extremely competitive. Highly recommend!Service: General repairs

I am a little disappointed in the lack of communication and attention given to me upon pick up and drop off of my car.One of the best mechanics in Irving by far.But I have questions and concerns and I just wish the mechanic would have addressed them with more seriousness.I understand you guys stay pretty busy but if I'm not asking a million pointless questions. I'm paying what you asked without trying to negotiate so at least spare me a few minutes of your time to address my concerns with your expertise.In the middle of my sentence you just started talking to someone else. Just felt a little disrespectful. But it's okay, no hard feelings because I do feel confident my car was in good, honest hands.I still highly recommend these guys.

Wonderful experience! They've rejuvenated my car. After they replaced the spark plugs and one of the connectors, it drives like a car half its age. Good price, quick service, knowledgeable technician, honest, responsive, and polite! What more could you want?I highly recommend them.Service: Engine repair

First time experience after many family members recommend them. I was in need of an emergency repair, they provide me prompt, same day service at a good and honest price. Next time it's too hot in my driveway to be my own mechanic, I'm going back to Zam Zam.2000 Toyota Tundra alternator replacement.

Very very very honest man that is exactly what brings me back over and over here. I have been coming to this mechanic over 6 years. I normally don't go Google to grade business but I could not blind eye ZAM ZAM the best in metroplex.

They are so rude from the moment they pick up the phone, I have been trying to schedule an appointment but the keep on changing the prices. 2 days ago it was $30 to check the vehicle all of us sudden it is $75. I do not recommend their services.

Ahmed answered the phone so rudely, he does not explain nor know how to communicate. He ended hanging up on me. I will never bring my money here and I will make sure others know as well!

I made a reservation to pick up a u haul at 9 o clock when I showed up I was told the guy who rented them wasn t there yet. He finally showed up at 9:30 then had to inspect all of the trucks leaving a bunch of customers waiting in the lobby. I finally got my truck after 10. When I went to start loading the truck I found broken glass all over the back of the truck that I had to clean before I could load. Once I was loaded and driving the truck felt like it wasn t shifting correctly and felt very unsafe to drive. I would definitely recommend staying away from this place for u haul rentals.

This is the first time I took my car over to Zam Zam for repair. I must say they are a great group of guys working here. Ahmed is very knowledgeable and got my car fixed within the time promised. Their work is excellent for everything except outer body part. Price is also cheaper here. They give genuine advice when it come to inspection. If something works fine then they don t over charge for such thing.

Mr. Zyed was very Professional and courteous and last but not least; honest. I just purchased a car from him and I must say I am glad I did. He also informed me that I would be welcome to bring it back for oil changes and any other repairs that can be done. I really appreciate his services

Great quality work, and the best price possible. Majority of the time his work is much cheaper than other mechanics. I go to Zam Zam for almost all of my mechanical work. Ahmed is very honest and trustworthy, always tells me what s wrong and an amazing bargain of a price. They always go the extra mile to help their customers and I ve always received the best treatment here. They do almost everything except some cosmetics and alignments. If you re looking for good mechanic in Dallas that will be honest about your car and give you a good price, go here.

Very reliable place if you are looking for cars. they offer variety of cars at decent prices with all available services and repairs. Khan brother was really friendly and helpful. They called me to follow up even after my purchase. They helped me out after my car crash for repairs.Highly recommend to have business with them. :)

First off They need to learn how to talk to people. I brought my honda civic in for a coolant leak and they initiated said it was a hose and then an hour into the job it changed to the radiator. A few hundred dollars and a few days later I still had the leak and when I went to another shop it literally took them 15 minutes to figure out it was the thermostat and they did it fast and for cheap. Zamzam auto will typically charge you for an extra hour of labor because they have to learn how to do the repair on youtube first. If there were negative stars I would rate them -5Service: General repairs

If you've been wanting to find a mechanic you could depend on without breaking your wallet, look no further. Honda was charging me over $1100 to replace my damaged radiator and AC condenser. Zam zam charged me less than half of that. The owner was able to get the parts and make the repairs the same day I called. I was super satisfied with the service.To top it off, I asked him if he felt my transmission fluid needed replacement. He looked at it and said "nah it has time, the color of the oil looks good". This was right after Honda recommended that I change it during my visit. Dealerships want your dollar bills above everything else. Glad to have finally found someone who's the exact opposite and who cares about the people they serve. Look forward to coming back for my regular service checks.

Great service overall. Well knowledgeable staff, won t make you buy extra parts you don t need. They provide excellent vehicle and customer service. Not all places would fix German vehicles but this place definitely is knowledgeable enough to get any issues fixed!
