Would rate negative if it was possible. Took an appointment for oil change a week in advance. I was waiting in the waiting area for 2 hours and then one of their staff comes and informs that they do not have the regular oil filter to change and the one they have available is costly. I left without oil change two hours after even though booking a week in advance.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY WALMART AUTOCARE, Employees Don't care and even the bosses won't do anything about your issues after, as I had 2 issues with both of my cars shortly after I took them there, last, was my wife's Rav4 which we had to replace the engine and thanks God it still had a warranty if it wasn't for that she wouldn't even got a car still, it started 3 days after we changed the oil at the Walmart at Las Colinas, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS OR ANY WAL-MART AUTOCARE PLACE. Their employees lack empathy or care about customers care.

They started working on my car after 2 hours for an oil change, and then they call me to tell me that they accidentally locked my key inside the car. They ask if I have a spare key with me, which I have at home but how am I supposed to get home without my car?I suggest that I can take an Uber but since that would be an additional charge I would like to get reimbursed and the girl at the front just giggles at her coworker and asks what they should do and they are just taking the whole thing so unseriously. It s been 20 minutes and no update. Currently fuming in the rinky dinky waiting area while they try to figure everything out.Also I ve gone twice for a punctured tire, I ve had roadside warranty on both tires, and each time they try to tell me that they don t have it in the system that I have the warranty, so make sure you keep receipts because that s the only way they ll confirm

Came to return an item and was told they could not accept because this is a 3rd party item. This is unacceptable I purchased from Walmart thinking I'm getting the item I see online and I got a piece of metal. Trash. On top of that dealing with rude custom service at the Walmart refusing to take the item. Walmart is the company I purchased from yet I'm getting no help on my issue. Train ur service members better. Condescending is not the way to be.

Good luck getting your car done within 2 hours. Pathetic !!! Almost stood outside as to what work they do, & only thing they do is entertain new customers and ignore the one you have pending. Their job description should be how to check once patience.

Terrible. Told me there was one car in front of me and it would be ready in 45 mins to an hour. Took over two hours. 3 people standing around the car with the hood up laughing. Nobody was even working on it. At one point it got to be 7 and they shut the lights off in the waiting room while I was still in it. The lady looked at me and said you re fine . Sat almost an hour in the dark. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Not recommended, they charge you for lifetime tyre balancing but will always avoid to balance the tyre even after year. They will give you different reasons every time. Not using Walmart anymore, my last visit.Service: TiresService: Tires

Was taken care of for a tire change on a Sunday. The representative that took care of me was nice and was quick to take care of things. I was promised a call or message when service was done but I had to go over and Check status myself. Apart from that quite happy to get my tires changed here . Haven t tried their other services though

Took about an hour to get the oil change done, there were about 3 cars ahead of me. The price on the website does not match what they charge for a synthetic oil change, it is more expensive.The worker was not the friendliest, they take the keys and then call you when your car is ready.

WORST WALMART CAR SERVICE CENTER!!walked in to fix my tire, not only did they not fix it due to not finding a leak according to them but then when receiving the vehicle the ignition key was jammed and couldn't pull it out except forcefully almost bending it, so I talked to a guy named jim which wasn't ethical nor professional and told me well as long as you can put the key in and out (even though I need to force it) then nothing is broke and didn't want to help at all, reported an ethical case against them due to the way he was speaking

If I could give zero stars, I would. Came in to have my battery tested to see if I needed to replace it since my car needed to be jump started earlier in the day. The mechanic assured me he could quickly check to see if a charge was needed or if a replacement was indicated. An hour later, my car was still not assessed and other vehicles (that arrived after mine) were being addressed (there were 3 cars in both bays when I arrived... one of them was mine). In bringing this to the attention of the manager, I got a shrug. I suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere if you want better customer service with faster results.

People.. People.. People.. I'm not sure why people are complaining about the wait. If they're busy, there will be a wait. Simple as that. I came in the morning for an oil change and there were two cars in front of me. I kindly ask how long the wait was going to be and they said about a hour bc there were two cars in front of me. Perfect, I'll just walk around the store. About a hour later they called me and said that my car was ready. There was a long line of cars waiting to be serviced and I can imagine the wait would be 2+ hours for them. Just think: each car ahead of you is at least a 30min wait.They top off fluids, vacuum the insides of your car, do a multipoint inspection of your car, and the mechanics remember you by name. I would say that's great service. And who can beat a ~$50 full synthetic oil change nowadays?? Recommended

It's Walmart. So no customer service. Patch took an hour. There were 4 mechanics and only 2 cars in the Bay. The music was way too loud in the waiting area, to the point 2 other customers just stood outside the room because they couldn't hear themselves speak. I could go on and on but at the end of the day, the patch was done correctly and I haven't had any problems with the tire.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I came to fix my flat tire along with oil change. The mechanic told me that he will let me know if the flat tire was due to a nail or if it s something else or if it s even something that they will be able to fix. When I was getting ready to pay, I asked the cashier if they were able to find out what was the cause of my flat tire. She said, all I have was an order for an oil change. She then told me to speak with the manager with braided hair. I asked the manager and she said, Did you even placed the order for a repair on your tire? Cuz if you did the order would have been placed. I can t believe what I am hearing. I came here to check on a flat tire to begin with. Instead of asking her people, she thinks that there is no possible way that her people would make a mistake??????!!!!! I get that it s Walmart. But accusing a customer and making me run in circles? It s Walmart so I wasn t expecting great service or anything but they can t even get the job done. I waited for 4 hours and I wasn t even mad about that. But at least get the job done and at least be aware of what order was placed or not. This place is trash with incompetent people.

After reading the reviews online I was a bit skeptical to stop by here for an oil change. However I'm very glad we did. The mechanic that came to greet us was very friendly as well as the cashier in this department. Service was quick, about 45 mins total when there were 3 cars ahead of us. Not only did they provide the services we paid for but they cleaned my windshield AND vacuumed the floor and seats of the car!! I have NEVER gone to any auto shop or dealership that did that for me. I am so grateful that they did that. Workinh full time at my job and as a mom I have little to no time to vacuum the car myself or go somewhere to get it cleaned well. My son loves to make a mess in the back seat. Thank you to all the mechanics there, you seriously made my day!

Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!! WAITED in line in my car for about 20 minuets and no one ever came to yhe cars in line. I get off my car and asked the mechanic how long for a tire change and he said 3 hours! If I had not gotten off my car id still be waiting..... Another reason I hate Walmart! With out even looking at the Battery of my car, he simply asks me Get New Battery and He took me inside the store to show and get battery.He was very Rude and with out even listening to my question he simply says i have to change it now.Just battery drained out because of Lights turn ON over night, he says this battery will not get charged and have to change it.Same thing happened to my friend as well 3 months ago, he just replaced it even though this car battery is very well working. He do not do any analysis and He will make us spend some money to reach his Target.I will never recommend any one to go this Store for Auto services.

Usually great at getting timely oil changes. Prices are decent too. But today after waiting 2.5 hours, I had to wait another 30 minutes after my car had left the garage bc no one was there to charge me for the services.

Went in for a simple oil change in my Prius and a tire rotation. The price was low but it took a long time. Several hours. When I called to check on my car one of the workers said I must have the wrong shop because they didn t have a Prius. He then put me on hold for a while and was able to find my car. The. When I picked it up there was a loud rumble and the smell of gas and it just made so much noise. Also in my receipt they indicated that I had a oil leak but No one spoke to me about it.I looked on google for some possible reasons for these issues and I checked to see if it was an air filter issue. What I found was my oil cap on top of my engine. Turns out they didn t put the cap on and I don t even know if they realized that when they wrote my car was leaking oil. Cut to next scene, my prius is back to its regular quiet self. Def have no confidence in these guys at all.

They called to tell me the tire I ordered arrived at the store at 11:15 am. They told me it would take an hour to replace, one tire. I arrived at 11:45 am. It is now 1:00 pm and my car is still parked and untouched.

I ordered my tires online with the intend to have Walmart install them. When I arrived at the tire center I was sent to 2 different places in the store to pick up the tires, just to end up where I started 20 minutes earlier. Then it took about 3 hours to get the tires installed.

Nothing great or fancy about this place but if you have at least 40 min. For oil change does the trick. I am giving 5 stars because they do the job. I do not expect high standards of CS or something else because its probably one of the cheapest trick to do the job. Besides, i tend to live in a real World hence I am O.K. if someone does not greet me like a prince or a King. The usual CS standards which the companies have been trying to set in the consumers mind are ruthless, rubbish and nonsense. I do not agree with those standards unless I am paying for it. No one gives them any tips or anything great in response. Its just the trade we pay they do the work. Simple.Nevertheless, obviously a normal business dealing is expected which is fulfilled, hence, its an O.K. place to get the job done.

The manager who checks the car and talks to you when you visit there is really harsh spoken. If you ask him any question he just replies rudely and never gives a helpful suggestion. He is just a robot with no sense of how to interact make the customer happy and confident about his car. I went to walmart for the first time with my honda accord 05 today for oil change and wheel balancing and wanted to get some answers about the wheels but he was in such a hurry that he was neglecting my questions and even not paying any attention and replying rudely so that you may not like to ask any other question. I would suggest not to visit there again and would like to pay more money somewhere else where they have better customer service.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THIS AUTO SHOP. Very shady employees. Bought two brand new back tires 5 weeks ago and they keep pushing and pushing for you to buy the warranty. Took it back in two days ago and replaced the front right tire and within 24 hours my back right tire was flat. Found where it was leaking and it s a puncture wound...no nail.Absolute trashy employees. Bottom of the barrel

I would give it 0 if I could !!! EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! They took forever to fix the tire very rude .. locked us inside the office no one was there to look.. waited for 2 hrs for a small job !!! NEVER COME HERE
