Customer service was second to none! Made me feel valued, kept me well-informed during my time of my car getting repairs completed, Bernard was another key person in taking statement, observing during his audit and making assessments as to what was needed. The communication between their representatives, the car rental place, Enterprise, and my insurance carrier, USAA, was very smooth. The car ride feels even better since I have gotten my vehicle back, and still no issues to report. Job well done, from customer service representatives, the auditor, as well as the mechanics! I thank you all so much!

I have been coming to Toyota of Irving for about ten years now. I recently was in an accident which left my back panel very damaged. I knew that I wanted to take my car to Toyota of Irving Collision Center since I knew they would do a great job. Everyone there was accommodating, knowledgeable, and eager to assist me with any questions I had. They updated me twice a week through email with the status of my repairs. Ryan Gould was the repair specialist for my car and helped me through this process, since I have never had to get repairs to this extent before. He took care of communicating with the insurance company to get all the parts needed. If you need a repair shop for your car, choose Toyota of Irving Collision Center!

Save yourself a headache and have your car repairs done at a different shop! Took 5 weeks for repairs and the car wasn t even painted correctly, loose trim pieces everywhere and loose front bumper now I have to pay a different shop to have the car repainted!Services: Auto side view mirror repair, Painting, Body & TrimServices: Auto side view mirror repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I was very pleased with the customer service and work from the Toyota of Irving collision repair staff. Amber was the person that scheduled my appointment to take in my car for repair. She was very nice and understanding with getting me scheduled to drop off my vehicle for repair. When I arrived I was helped by an employee by the name of Alec which directed me to the friendly receptionist Jennifer. They really helped me feel at ease. The made the entire process very easy. Within minutes of checking in I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Abimael who explained the process of what to expect and directed me to the person to whom would be handling my car repair process. Jesse was very detailed and kept me informed on the status of my car. The entire process was very fast and I was able to get my car fixed within a reasonable amount of time. All in all I highly recommend Toyota of Irving collision repair center to all everyone. Their customer service is amazing!!!!

This place finished a repair on my truck�that involved painting and blending a small area. The paint job was finished, however there was a�paint run, plus�while washing my vehicle, they completely ruined my paint job with tiny scratches. To repair the damage they caused, I had to pay for a paint correction at another place. I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere; this place�lacks the precision and attention required. If there is an issue, don't expect them to care besides replying to your review on how they are so sorry.� Read the other 1 star reviews before making your decision to go here.

I was scheduled to drop off my car on May 9. I called to come in before my initial drop off because I found out I did not have rental car coverage on my policy. I spoke with Jesse. I was hoping coming in early we could get the ball rolling to have my car in the shop for as short a time as possible. Jesse understood this. He said everything should be done on May 23. Then he told me everything should be done by May 25 because they were waiting on a part. I called twice last week May 22-26 to check on the progress and my call was never returned. I called Monday May 29, I was told it would be probably until Thursday.I was really hoping this would be a smooth and pleasant experience and it has turned in to anything but. Communication was great at the beginning and has all but dropped off. I have now had a rental car for 20 days and counting. I now understand why so many people hate dealing with dealers and shops. I tried to get a estimate for my collision damage but the lady who pick up phone calls for the collision department asked me to get 65 dollars in cash to get the estimate but it's supposed to be free , I tried to pay with my apple pay but she refused to do it she said cash only that's why I knew its a scam ,I gently asked if I can speak to a manager, she did not call nobody and she was laughing with her coworkers instead, I don't believe Toyota is treating people like that its ridiculous and theft

I was recently in a collision and looking for a collision center. I happened to stumble upon Toyota of irving. On my visit I learned, not all Toyota dealers have an actual Toyota body shop. I also learned, not all Toyota body shops are certified by the Toyota manufacture After looking around I made my choice and entrusted my baby with Toyota of irving. Bernard the collision advisor was very knowledgeable and professional. Bernard did a great job meticulously reviewing my vehicle in order to restore it to pre-accident condition. Micheal the body tech also did and amazing job restoring my vehicle. Toyota of irving collision center went above and beyond the call of duty, in order to take care of me and my vehicle. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for collision repair services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

65 dollars cash only to get estimate !!! The website clearly says FREE estimate , this is false advertisement and I m going to pursue this matter legally this is not a jungle, customer service needs to stop stealing from people disrespectful and intimidating

My Toyota dealership recommend a different body shop. Howe, I wanted to take it to a shop with the Toyota name attached to it. I took my car to them in November. They said it would be a few weeks for a part to arrive. I checked back with them every three weeks. If I was even able to talk with anyone besides the person who answered the phone, I was given no answers. This went on for 6 months. The last two months I couldn't even get the manager to talk to me or give me a call back.Had to take my car to the shop my Toyota dealer had actually recommend. They got the parts in 3 days.I wouldn't recommend this shop.

I don't mind waiting for repairs, the issue is I picked up the car they painted the bumper silver in my car is gray, and they also somehow when they were fixing the bumper disconnected the horn! Now my horn doesn't work! Meaning I have to drive another hour back from Fort Worth to Irving to get them to fix the problem when they assured me everything was great! This is after having told me it would be ready 2 weeks ago, only to tell me that when they put it all together they realize they didn't add a piece and then they had to order it! So now I have my doubts as to whether or not the whole thing is even put together correctly! Very disappointed! Exhausted! Can't believe I have to drive back up there! I have missed too much work to have to go through this now!

I can t believe there are so many positive reviews! This place is HORRIBLE! I expected a Toyota collision center to be more professional then they were and I can t believe this is a Toyota collision center! I wouldn t have my name attached to this location. These people DON T return phone calls and DON T communicate to their customers. You have to call to check the status of your vehicle and good luck getting a hold of someone to speak to or having your phone calls returned! That s their job and they don t do their job! I love Toyota vehicles, however, this collision center needs to take customer service skills and people skill classes and have a complete makeover of the people that currently work here. Toyota cars are solid, but the people here are NOT! Do NOT bring your car here! I had things taken out of my car and wouldn t do anything about it. They don t care about their customer s and only want your money. Find another collision center and don t waste your time, money or frustrations on bringing your car here!!

For starters, poor communication. Secondly, I received my car back with new scratches on the paint that they swear were already there. Secondly, my car came back with a broken mirror that I KNOW wasn t broken. My advice is take pictures of EVERYTHING before you take your car here.

I only dropped off my truck for repair. I have more future dealings with them. While I was there, they were quick, accommodating, attentive, and seemed to have a smooth process down. They were approachable and friendly. Their ism is greatly appreciated.

Mr. Benardo (adjuster representative) maintained the highest level of customer service throughout the duration of the collision repair. I may have been a little difficult as a customer because of the standard time length of repairs (because the shortages on parts). However, he understood my frustration, remained calm and professional throughout the conversation we had.Mr. Benardo also ensured that my vehicle was repaired to OEM specification and notified me that the job was also safely. Toyota should consider transitioning this Toyota Adjuster Representative into a location manager. He would make a great fit as he values peoples safety. He assured me that the quality workmanship would allow me to drive safely on the road.He also stated that he had an obligation to protect the customers and the public. That is why he ensured that all parts we re properly replaced. I look forward to recommending my colleagues and friends to this collision center. This is representative would make a great location Director, rather than being an adjuster.Service: Body & Trim

I am a perfectionist. Took my car to caliber, they couldn t fix my car after 3 tries. Took it to Ryan at Toyota Collision Center at Toyota of Irving and best decision of my life. Car was fixed in one week and it s back to perfect. I only had 6000 miles on my 2021 and I can t tell the difference from when I bought it brand new. Ryan is a perfectionist just like me and he will make sure you re happy! I trust these guys with all my work!

I took my vehicle July 26th and was told that if the part which is a back passenger door were to take too long then I would get my vehicle back and return once the part was in LIES all LIES . Well that never happened and my vehicle is still there as of September 23rd with no guarantee completion date. I had to return my rental because they only cover up to 30 days and relying on rides to get my 3 kids to school and home and me to work and back.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE. All the so called updates are all scattered and inconsistant, I truly think that they only work when they want and are not as backed up and just blame it on parts being back ordered.Service: Installation

I ve never been so unpleasant with collision center than what I ve experienced with this place. Took them 2 and half month to take care of my car, kept giving me wrong date estimation for car repair. I Had to extend car rental twice because of that. When I called them they literally ignore my calls and never got call back from them unless I call them first. Never going there again!

Our car was towed here for repair after an accident. After a couple days our insurance let us know it was a "total loss". We came here today to clean anything out of the car we wanted to keep. Reyna at the front desk was VERY nice, happy, and eager to help. She looked us up and then we waited for someone to help us for about 4 minutes. The man that helped us was Jose and he was very nice as well. Actually everyone we encountered was super helpful!

I have been waiting some parts of my vehicle for 1 year and 5 months. I have been calling hundreds of time and they only say You have to wait . Let see in which year finally they will call me back to tell me they have the parts

Been here twice for two different mishaps. First time was when a rock hit my bumper and cut through the paint and damaged the actual bumper plastic. They did a wonderful job, and the production manager even complimented me on the car. Most recently, I was hit and the at-fault insurance covered all costs. Being I drive a Toyota, and they did such a great job the first time, I decided to go to them again. However, when I got my car back, the trunk was misaligned as well as the bumper and exhaust tips, the bumper had a small scratch, there was some form of clear spray on the interior windows, and my tint is now scratched up. They fixed the misaligned body parts and the scratch, but I didn t realize the tint was scratched and the interior windows had some sort of spray on it. They did a wonderful job, it s just a major inconvenience to me to have to find their mistakes and have them fix it. I really don t feel like arguing with them about the tint or windows so I m getting both of those fixed on my own dime.

Would have been a 5/5 if not for confusing updates (was told that on average, it takes 15-20days to repair the damages. Insurance app says the vehicle is ready after 17days: repair is complete and case is closed. No call from this collision center even after 20days. I had to reach out thru call and message to hear from them. The completion date then got moved weekly: meaning i had to call the front desk, leave a message for the mechanic and hope that the mechanic has time to call back to give an update. Finally ready to be picked up after 36days.Either they could have told me to wait another 20days which is less frustating for me as i can better plan my commute and schedule or could have informed me right away after finding another delay.Service: Body & Trim

Had an issue earlier but I received a call from them wanting to know the issue and how they can solve it, which I truly respect.I did have a slight issue that made me upset which was the receptionist not telling me the insurance check doesn t have to be given right away. I realized after I checked in that I forgot the check at home. I told her I m going to go get it and I ll be back in an hour. Went all the way there and came back for the tech to tell me I didn t even need it right now. Haha not too upset though because it is my fault I forgot it but wish she saved me the extra unnecessary trip.Overall, 4/5 stars. The last start I m waiting to give depending on the process and quality of my vehicles repair. So far into the process, I d say I m satisfied.

The first advisor I had was rude and not willing to help at all made me very skeptical about even bringing my business there, after getting with Jessie G he went above and beyond to give great customer service, not only did he help me thur the process but also gave great advice , you don t see very often a qualified rep that also takes care of his clients these day and his hard work and dedication should not go unnoticed .I would highly recommend getting with Jessie if you have repairs needed

Professionals alright..just like a new penny..Well, I am completely impressed. Bernard was amazing advisor who missed nothing on my repair. 8,00000 dollars worth of work, the paint was spot on, and toyotas most complex color. I was annoying and mean and yet he came thru like a real pro...Thank you Toyota of Irving for the perfect jib....
