Horrible auto shop. Unless you speak spanish and can haggle with these guys, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! First they replaced my breaks and rotors, i drove my car for a couple weeks with a loud grinding sound. When I brought it back to them and I told him oh yes, we need to replace the rear rotors too! More money out of my pocket. Then i had my front suspension replaced by them right after i got new tires. These guys did not tell me i needed an alignment so 4 months down the road i had to get brand new front tires. Just horrible customer service, horrible non existent communication. Avoid this place at all possible costs!

I recently paid Tony's $2300 to put a new engine in my Volvo. After one week the engine overheated and failed. They are refusing to repair the engine. They said it was my fault it overheated and failed. Unfortunately, I am having to get attorney's involved. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!

I brought my car in and Tony suggested that I needed a new engine and gave me a quote for $1,900.00. I paid for a used engine allegedly with 80 thousands miles. After being at his shop six weeks I was told there is nothing else he can do to fix the engine vibrating violently and overheating and I cannot get a refund. 6 weeks without my car and no loaner, no refund and now refusing to repair the damaged engine he put in. I called the police to the location and will be filing a civil suit. 11/17/14

I took my car to get my transmission rebuilt, after 4 days later of waiting I called to check up on the progress. They told me they were meaning to call me but they never did saying that it was broken. I bought another used transmission, new synthetic oil and a new transmission oil filter, and I asked to get it swapped. They told me they would take 4 days. After the 5th day they were not finished. 6th day they told me they had it ready. I got out of work early and when I got there they told me I needed to wait 1 MORE HOUR because they weren t finished. When it was time to test my car... the car didn t even moved(supposedly I got a bad transmission even though I got it from them. And for that they charged me 400 dollars to get a swap. I requested to get it removed so I could get it refunded. They were charging me another 400 just to do so (which I did not). And finally when I got it removed, I saw that they did not replace the filter nor the oil, I even took the filter to autozone and they told me it was not the Duralast filter. I requested my money back from the manager of Tony s transmission Cristian , and he refused. I AM INFORMING THE FUTURE COSTUMERS TO NOT GET ANY SERVICE DONE AT TONYS TRANSMISSION. Although they may have cheap prices and be friendly, they will lie to you and take advantage to keep paying them.

Damaged our car door while reparing and don't have the nerve to tell you that it got damagedThey change prices and try to get more out of your pocket. THEY DONT HAVE VEHICLE READY WHEN THEY TELL YOU.I DONT RECOMMEND TO COME HERE THEY WILL TRY TO ROB YOU AND DAMAGE YOUR CARS PLEASE DONT CALL OR VISIT FOR ANY REPAIRSI AM NOT SAYING THIS BECAUSE I DISLIKE THEM I AM BEING HONEST.I NEVER WRITE BAD REVIEWS BUT THIS PLACE REALLY DISSAPOINTED ME AND UPSET ME.I WILL NOT LIKE THE SAME TO HAPPEN TO OTHERS...

Don't bring your car to this place, Christin will fix car, 2 days down the road it's broken, came back 1st, 2nd and 3rd time and all mechanic said was they are busy I come back later, please avoid if you can not worth the price match with service...read the reviews first

WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE.I HOPE EVERYONE THAT JUST THINKS ABOUT GOING TO THIS PLACE READS REVIEWS FIRST. I WENT TO THIS GUY TO GET MY A/C REPAIRED 2 YEARS AGO, I PAID $950 + TO GET THE COMPRESSOR REPLACED AND IT NEVER NOT ONCE WORKED AFTER GOING THERE ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH LEAVING MY CAR AND GETTING RIDES FROM EVERYONE FOR 2 YEARS HE NOW TELLS ME THE "NEW COMPRESSOR" IS BAD AND THE WARRANTY IS OUT - TONY THE OWNER AS NICE AS HE LOOKS DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE ON ANYTHING HE DOES I MADE THE MISTAKE TO SEND MY HUSBAND THERE TO PUT A PIECE ON HIS HONDA AND THEY HAD NO CLUE MY HUSBAND ENDED UP PUTTING IT HIMSELF AND OF COURSE PAID THEMPOR FAVOR NO USEN ESTE TIPO JAMAS! NO TIENE IDEA DE LO Q HACE, Y NO TIENE PROBLEMA EN MENTIRTE Q PUEDE HACER ALGO Q NO SABE LO Q ES, LO UNICO Q QUIERE ES COBRARTE Y SI NO PUDO TE JODISTE.. JAMAS VOLVERE A ESTE LUGAR

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE...THEY CHANGED MY STARTER AND FRIED MY COMPUTER AND REFUSE TO HAVE ONE OF THEIR GUYS COME LOOK AT IT.....AS I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED NOW.....AFTER PAYING THEM $200....STAY AWAY

Very informal, when it comes to making an appointment they tell you on what day of work you arrive and they tell you that they can't attend to you. I don't recommend it, don't waste your time with informal people.Muy informales ,a la hora de aser una cita te dicen tal d�a are su trabajo llegas y te salen con que no te pueden atender .no lo recomiendo ,no pierdas tu tiempo con personas informales .
