This was such a great experience I came in with 4 bad tires and came in to the shop and walked out with 4 brand new great tires, this will be my new Go-To shop!! Great service

As a business owner I m not one to jump at writing negative reviews because I know how they can impact business. For any potential customer that sees this KNOW that I tried to resolve this in person and I was pushed to do this. Customer service is horrible, attitudes are horrible. I visited this establishment to get my tire patched. While there, I was informed that the tire tread was bad and that I needed a new one not a problem. I purchased a used one. As I drove, I saw that my sensor was not recognizing my air pressure. I drove for a full day and it never registered. I go back to the shop to let them look at it and they gave the run around. So I go to another shop and they re able to do the repair, however, I had to buy new tires because the used one that the ship provided had a patch already in it. As the new tire is being installed, they inform me that there is no tire sensor installed . My sensor was there when I took it to Tire Choice initially. I go back to tire choice to give them a chance to make it right and what I was met with was disrespect, attitude and refusal to accept responsibility for their actions. Do yourself a favor and do not bring this place your business.

Went to get my brake pads and rotors done and noticed a strange sound coming from the front drivers side. Long story short, I had to pay another mechanic to fix it because the brake caliper was scraping my wheel and the other mechanic said it was a horrible job and there were parts missing and/or installed wrong.

I had a very bad experience here. I took my nissan here because it had ac problem . I clearly asked him if he could fix it and he said yes .Waste of time and money. I had it fixed at a place nearby other auto shop half price.

I work across the street from them had to take my truck to get the brakes changed. They got it done immediately, very nice people and good customer service what else do I want.

Waste of my time, waste of money and worst service. Problem is one part but they fix another part and super charge and rude ..I don t want to give 1 stars

This place is a theft, stay away from here... I brought the car from the ministry and they treated me like it was a favor they were doing me and just to see what happened they are charging me 20 dollars... they put a used wheel on me and it didn't work It is empty if I could give it zero star I would give it to youEste sitio es un robo mantente alejado de aqu�.. traje el carro del ministerio y me trataron como que era un favor que me estaban haciendo y s�lo por ver lo que pasaba me est�n cobrando 20 d�lares..me pusieron una rueda usada y no sirvi� esta vac�a si pudiera darle cero estrella se lo diera
