Don t ever use this place. The technician didn t follow directions to get to my house backed up into my yard got stuck. When I called customer service. They lied and told me they couldn t do it, b/c of illegal documents, which was my receipt for my registration. All he had to do was ask me to take out my receipts before arriving. So my car didn t get washed and they ruined my grass, b/c they re ran by incompetency.

We took our Yukon to spiffy on a recommendation and we sure are glad we followed through. Jeremy and Rachel were great throughout the entire process and did an amazing job on the car. Updated us regularly and most importantly, did a great job on the exterior restoration. Will be using them for the on demand car cleanings as well!

Beware of how they communicate. I booked a car detailing and they no-showed. They sent a cryptic email the day before giving me 15 minutes to confirm the appointment? (who does that?) No text. I didn t understand what they had done but it turns out they canceled my appointment. No other notification. Not realizing they weren t coming, I called the toll free # in that email. After holding I left a vmail. No return call to this day. Needless to say, it messed up my day (since I d made arrangements to have the car at home) but I booked a service with another company - for $100 less and they showed up. On time. My time is too valuable so I m not planning to use Spiffy again.Service: Auto detailing

If you have a higher end car stay away. They washed my MB earlier this year and the chrome grill started to bubble. I took it to MB and they said whatever products that were used were left on the car way too long. I stopped using Spiffy and went with other hand wash places - zero damage to the chrome. I give spiffy a try one more time and BAM all new damage in a new place on the chrome grill. Again MB is saying it's the products being used. Use this company with extreme caution. A $79 car wash is now going to cost $1500.Service: Auto detailing

Great service by Spiffy. The technician who came to provide the services was very efficient and addressed all the issues I mentioned about the pollen marks and dirt on my car. Appreciate the efforts of JaMohn. He was very patient and respectful. He spent around 90 mins cleaning the car. Completed the service with out any disturbance to the appartment community. Spiffy s price for base level services are okay but it gets too expensive as move up. I am satisfied with the work of JaMohn on my car.Service: Full body wash

Amazing service! This was my 2nd time using Spiffy for my car cleaning.The first time was perfect! I booked the service I wanted and scheduled an appointment online. Day of the staff member cleaning my car shared an ETA of their arrival so I could move my car to the lower level of my parking garage. I left my keys for a contactless service and they starting a timer so I could track their progress. One completed they texted me so I could check out the service. I was prompted to rate their work and pay online. It was a seamless process and their communication was stellar. The 2nd time around I had a different staff member and they weren t as thorough as the first technician so I gave them a lower rating once the service was completed. They showed up late and seemed to rush the service so I was pretty disappointed. I normally try to give service workers a bit of grace but their cleaning job just wasn t worth the $$$. Someone from customer service immediately reached out to schedule a complimentary cleaning. I had to reschedule last minute due to an emergency and they were so accommodating. The tech they sent left my car SPOTLESS.Both of these experiences were different but their customer service and quickness to fix a bad experience has made me a returning customer. I was able to make an appointment in minutes and they were very clear with communicating their arrival time. Once they arrived and within two hours my car was looking great. I was skeptical at first as I am used to going to the Chevy dealership but I am tired of the traffic I have to deal with and the wait so I gave Spiffy a shot. This was a really convenient way to get an oil change, I didn't have to worry about leaving work or going out of my way at all. Once I gave them my keys he went to work and was done in less than an hour. Great service and would definitely recommend to anyone. And as far as price it actually came out less than having Chevy do it.

I'm am so excited to have found Spiffy and their mobile detailing service. I rented a car through Turo while my car was in the shop and you are required to wash the car prior to the return. I was so nervous about this all week until I found Spiffy. They took all my worries away with contactless service. I was able to book service on the app, and they showed up less than an hour later. The tech Dom was super professional and took the time to do an incredible job. I can't wait to get my car back from the shop so I can it detailed by Spiffy too! I would totally recommend this service to anyone needing a car wash, and not wanting to leave home.Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

We had an EXCELLENT experience with Get Spiffy for a detail on one car and a complete wash on the other. They spent a ton of time getting our Q7 to be clean and bright inside and out. They took the time to get the mats clean and paid great attention to detail. CARS are a BIG DEAL in Dallas, I wish everyone used Spiffy. We saw them in the neighborhood and they have a great setup overall when they come to your house--they put a giant mat down to protect the grass and make no mess... but the cars look AWESOME. They sent an inexperienced tech, who did a poor job cleaning, but worse ripped my car leather. He apologized and assured me that the company would take care of it. He took a picture of the damage for his boss, and asked me to please still b=give him a good review, because they would take care of the damage. When I followed up he told his boss that the picture of the damage was from before the cleaning and denied causing the damage. His boss sent the "after" pic then blocked my calls. Seemed like a cool service until they actually show up. My car requests for 4.3 quarts and they filled 5.5 quarts. Techs are not professional and they didn t know how much oil my car takes. They performed the service at an incline which prevents from all of the oil to be drained... would not recommend.

I absolutely love Spiffy and have used them regularly for the past two plus years! They re very reasonably priced for the quality service you receive and I ve never had a bad experience. Customer service is very responsive when you need to arrange or reschedule your appointment time, the retailers are always polite and do great work, and you just can t beat the convenience. I booked this service once before in May.I previously used it when it was Nu Car Wash.When it was Nu Car Wash the site was better as was the service.In May, I was apprehensive using Spiffy. I booked it and paid 120 for a full detail.Out of options and due to COVID, I decided to book it, although I knew the average detailing prices in my area were from 55-80.The second time I booked them, I could not find a shampooing option at all. As mentioned before. their site is not streamlined nor intuitive as it was under previous company: Nu Car Wash.I could not find a shampoo option mentioned in none of the packages. Neither were there adding tools for the service.There was only one package of 80 and another one of 179 with similar descriptions. I choose the 80 dollar one since it was similar to the previous price and to the services given previously by NuCarWash. When the job was done, there was no shampoo service. Just vacuming.I do not know about you, but I can vacuum the car myself for 10 bucks or for free. 80 dollars?I reached out to the company quickly and sent pictures of the job not done. It took days for a reply and they informed me shampooing was an additional charge. I received an aggressive, condescending email from their staff. They refuse to do the shampoo job even if I pay to get the job done.They want to recharge everything again.Their dishonest service, false advertising, and lack of positive, compassionate communication is unacceptable.This was such a waste of time and money for me as a working mom and Master's degree student.Because of the precarious situation with COVID, i cannot take my car in anywhere.I am in shock that I paid 80 dollars for vacumming and they displayed no care or motivation to make it right.Service: Auto detailing

Awesome service that come to your house. I ve had my truck detailed a few times and I ve been really happy with the results. There was only one time they missed a few spots but they sent a guy the next day to fix it. For being in the business of delivery service where our vehicles are out in various conditions and terrain. The dry wash is not sufficient enough to meet our standards. The expectation of our drivers and my owner was not satisfactory. A dry wash is something you would be doing a few times a week to keep the wet wash sleek and shiny. We definitely need wet wash service done on these vans.

The man that came to clean my car was very inattentive. I had to constantly show him missed spots. He took no pride in his work. Absolutely the worst detail. It would have been several hundred dollars cheaper just bringing it to a car wash for a express detail. This is awesome! Hand over the keys and drive a clean car home from work. I've done both the quick wash and a mid level detail and really feel guilty about the quality of service vs the price I paid. They really go above and beyond.

Jeffrey exceeded my expectations with the tier 2 wash package. Also opted for the oil change (full synthetic) which was reasonably priced and saved me a ton of time. Will use them again!
