This was the quickest & easiest experience I ve ever had in the automotive environment! I m new to the Dallas area na don t know very many people. I was having issues with my starter. Peter responded to my text almost immediately and got me scheduled same day. Richard & Cooper came to my location within an hour and replaced my starter, which came with a lifetime warranty. As a woman, this is EXACTLY what I needed! I couldn t have had a better experience.

Quick, quality work! SparkAuto is a mobile shop that generate dealership-type service but with fractions of the price! (it's crazy how much dealership and other local franchise shop charge!**)Pros:- SparkAuto is genuine and treats their customers like a family members. Honesty goes a long way, especially for your wallet.- Perfect assistance for those who are working professionals under a strict schedule:- Repairs are completed at your home/office, so you know 100% of what is being repaired. (e.g. I've had experiences from dealerships/shops swapping out perfectly functional parts for used parts...worst case here was: "how can you prove it?". I let it go because legal fees was not worth proceeding)- Technicians are patient and are open to educate their customers through the repair process. Knowledge is power!Cons:- None; SparkAuto is thorough with not only their work, but also cleaning up their working environment with the respect of their clients' space.Conclusion:- Trusting your vehicle with SparkAuto is a no-brainer based on my experiences. They treat your vehicle as their own and not just a "checklist" for the day like other shops.Hope this review helps those complete their search for a trustworthy auto shop. Give SparkAuto a call and see what you think -- ask for either Peter or Richard.**Based on my experience, AutoSpark charged me about 40% of dealership cost with an 80% quicker project completion time. I have not even met this man in person you guys but I literally am so thankful for him for how honest he is, my husband is not a mechanic. okay but whenever I tell you that this man helped my husband in more ways than just one this man is very knowledgeable he's honest just those two things right there is very hard to find from these other mechanic shops he is definitely my fav my number one my go-to for everything from here on out and also the best part is that he comes to you so that is amazing if you get broke down on the side of the road that's always my fear I know I have someone to call now thank you so much spark Auto

Can't say enough good things about SPARK Auto. I was referred to them through a friend because of their good reputation and I was not disappointed! They're very honest, friendly and were great at explaining the issues my vehicle had. Not to mention that they do great work! And they are extremely fair with their pricing. SPARK is the highest of quality when it comes to auto services. Got my car fixed after a hit and run and they made that stressful process seem like a breeze. AC Problems and they are now FIXED !!! They are amazing! The fact that I ve been to dealers and they really never took the time to look at my car. Told me to get a whole new compressor but it was just the AC Valve. Omg. I have a 2017 VW Jetta and it s blowing Arctic freezing air again!!!! I am just so thankful a friend of mine referred them to me! Saved me so much money!

SPARK auto service will get it done at a fraction of the cost, in most cases. They were able to replace the CV Axil's, Lower Control arm, stabilizers, tie rod ends, etc, on both left and right. They were able to quickly replace the parts and ultimately saved me from having to take my BMW X5 into a more expensive shop. I intend to recommend SPARK to all of my friends and family.Service: Steering & suspension repair
