It is extremely hard to find a shop you can really trust these days. When we though all hope was lost for our vehicle, he did what we believed to be the impossible. There are not enough words to express how thankful we are for all the work he has done for our vehicle. We knew the job was a difficult one that many local shops said they would not touch or simply said it could not be done, he got it done. The level of professionalism, and the quality of his work far exceeds our expectations. The price for the job was fair and reasonable. If you need a good shop, this is where to go. For all of our vehicle maintenance and repairs, this is the only one I'm trusting my vehicles with. They are also AAA certified shop as well. Thank you so much!

Vehicle left me stranded at work on a Friday, Had the vehicle towed to this shop (SoCal Auto) because it was close by and my tow truck driver spoke very highly of the business so I went ahead and took a chance on them. And I was not disappointed, the staff was super helpful and responsive to any and all of my questions. They were able to get the problem diagnosed and had me back on the road in no time!! I definitely will be using them in the future if the need arises and referring friends and family to them as well. Thanks SoCal Team!!

This shop is great. The staff is very friendly and informative. They got my car back running quickly and I also liked that the diagnosis fee goes towards repair. The prices seems pretty reasonable. I will come back in the future. Thanks SOCAL AUTO SHOP !!

Update: Mechanic did show after I left and notified that I need a computer part, and they provided me a rental car. They are standing on their word. Much appreciated as promised.

They towed me all the way from Denton to Richardson at 3am. My driver was friendly and super helping. These guys are a lifesaver
