Great communication and efficient time management at the transmission shop. They kept me informed throughout the process, and my car was ready as promised. Excellent service! The staff were polite and had good feedback when I was curious asking questions.

Went in to check my 2008 honda civic transmission because I felt like it was slipping while shifting gears and most of the time it would get stuck in one gear so called my buddy about my problem and referred me to Sergio shop and I couldn t be happier with the work they did, I did not want to buy another car and dealing with them was so easy diagnosed my car and told me what it was and helped with my problem definitely recommend to anyone with transmission problems .

The staff were so helpful helping me understand why my clutch was messing up and how I can prevent it most of the time took the time to explain it to me and got my car back like it never happened will definitely tell my friends if they have any problems thank you

I want to give a shout out to Tyler & Sergio for great work, prompt turn around time & professionalism throughout the whole transaction. The price quoted in the beginning was the price I paid at the end of completion. I would highly recommend SM Transmission to anyone in need of repair/replacement & good honest people to work with! Professional, courteous customer service. Super clean shop and by far the most honest automotive business I've ever been too. They kept my truck over night and couldn't duplicate the issue I was experiencing with the truck. So, I picked up my truck and it drove okay for one day. That evening it acted up. The next morning I returned to their shop and Mr. Sergio had his tech get to it immediately! The tech took his time explaining what the transmission was doing, to give me a better understanding, and that made me feel secure in my decision to get it repaired at SMT.To anyone who needs their transmission serviced, diagnosed or repaired, you'd be mistaken to go anywhere else! Honest, integrity, quality customer service and reasonable rates is all you will find here. I realize I can only give a 5 review, but on a scale of 1-10 they'd receive a 20!!!!! All the way! Thanks SMT for all you've done. I'll recommend you to the world.

I have had my vehicles repaired here, and they have great quality transmission repair. Employees are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Repairs were completed on schedule as stated. On yesterday my transmission line burst and I called this company and Tyler answer the phone .. he was prompt and professional. He towed my truck to their location and took care of me .
