I went in asking a man for a patch , he kept insisting my tire was bad and I need a new one blah blah blah . When I asked him can I just get a patch he said you might as well get a tire for $50 your patch will cost $25 so I might as well bought the new damn tire and it was used at that . It hasn t even been a week and I work nothing but two minutes from home so I haven t even droven that much since I got this tire . And I get off work to find my tire like this . Shows how much effort and absolute careless they did on their job. Absolutely unacceptable! I will be going up there and I m hoping for a good explanation and CORRECT FREE SERVICE ! Imagine if I was on the freeway ! Unsafe ! I hope this doesn t happen to anyone else !

If your big in customer experience don t come here I am a Customer service person over the phone and he would have been fired after telling me I was a piece of shot and also my car

Yusuf the other day helped the wife and I out by filling up our spare tire right before a Rangers game. Didn t pressure us knowing we had somewhere to be, but told us to come back on the weekend and he would get us going again.We came back and gave us a great deal on some tires, making sure to really inspect all of them.Will be back again, and recommend!

Bought a used tire, and it was pretty worn. I'm not sure how many miles I will be able to get out of it. Staff was friendly but waiting room was messy and didn't smell great. Also until they work on your car you have to wait outside in the heat with no where to sit.

My God...Kalif & his buddy were just so amazing & exceptional...had my car down in parking lot for about 4 days straight; today I had to go for a ride, but discovered my right side passenger tire was deflated so bad. Immediately I had to drive to them. When they saw me, they hurriedly jumped on my car, took out the very long nail which had messed up my tire, and got it fix within minutes. After about 10 mins, I was back on the road with a smiling face. Their pricing are also very reasonable....trust me, I will be going back there in 2 weeks to get some 4 used tires for my car.
