We live in Phoenix and our daughter goes to college in Dallas. Recently someone hit her car and we decided to use Crash Champions due to their good reviews. They fixed it quickly and it looks good as new! We also ended up having a missing part that needed replacing (not accident related) and the service manager Mike Bergman went above and beyond to get that for us. He even installed it himself to make sure it was the right color and fit well, since he knew we lived in Phoenix and couldn't help. Would highly recommend Mike and his team!

I have never experienced better customer service in any industry ever. the general manager Michael really takes pride in his customers! christine is always friendly and happy to help on the phone. i ll be back again the next time someone decides to crash into me! it is hard to get someone on the phone or someone to return your calls but it s a very busy place. the updates are great every few days on the progress of the car.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Took my truck in on a Monday. I needed a new windshield and a hood. My truck was done on Friday. I picked it up today because of the Christmas holiday. I expected it to take two weeks or more. I am very pleased with the entire process. The communication was elite level.

I brought my Toyota Sienna to this shop after hitting a curb. Some repairs had to be done on the front right suspension of the vehicle. About $6-7K of work was done on the vehicle and it was released back to me after about 2 weeks. When I got in the vehicle, the TPMS light was still on, which was a little annoying but nothing compared to the safety issue I later discovered. I immediately noticed that the steering was loose, but I trusted the alignment report and the work summary they handed me when I picked up my vehicle. Luckily nothing happened that day on my drive home with my 6 year old son. However, taking it out again was a different story. Again, I noticed the loose steering on the highway and could not keep the vehicle from merging into other lanes. I got off the highway and came to a red light. When it turned green and I tried to turn left, the front right tie rod completely disconnected and the front right tire turned horizontal to the car, preventing me from driving anywhere. Had this happened a minute earlier on the highway, I would have been in a multi-car collision, for sure. After getting the van back to the shop it was discovered that the tie rod pin was not installed correctly, causing the tie rod to disconnect on its own while I was driving. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. The issue was escalated to the general manager. It took me days to get ahold of him even after making multiple calls and leaving multiple voicemails. They agreed to do some extra work on the car for free and refund me $250. This was a poor attempt to remedy the situation and left me feeling unsatisfied with the whole experience.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Good work for the most part. There were a number of things still wrong with the car after I picked it up. And still waiting on a headlamp after over 2 months. Lack of communication for most of the process.

This location almost had a lawsuit against them for basically not doing their jobs right the 1st time. My car was fine with the dent in it, at least it didn't risk my life like they did me. Then the excuses they had were dumb, but they fixed their mistake and gave me a rental car so that's why it's a 2. Edit, changed back to a 1 cause they KNEW they put my life at risk. They KNEW that was going to happen. If you wanna keep your life, I suggest using a different service that won't cut corners

These guys are awesome! Used them twice, the second time was when my car was stolen and severely damaged. They managed supply chain issues and other factors out of their control and got my car up and running as quickly as they could. Management went out of their way to get parts for my car due to my time constraints and Derrik went above and beyond throughout the entire process. My 6 year old car now looks brand new. Lucio at Service King off Airport Freeway really took great care of our vehicle. Always providing accurate and detailed updates. Not once did we have to reach out to them for an update or wonder when our vehicle was going to be ready. Once we got our vehicle we were surprised how much better it looked. My wife put that car through the wringer but Service King and all their employees were able to get us taken care of and returned our vehicle better than when we left it.10 out 10. I called service king on January 30 to make an estimate appointment. They said the soonest I could come in was on February 1. They make my appointment for 10;00am I go there no one is there. It wasn t snowing. It snowed the day before. The ice was melting. Nobody called me not from the customer service number or none of the employees that did show up nobody told me not to come because the front office that do the estimates would not be there. Customer service told me they were delayed opening and they rescheduled my appointment for 12:30 and again . Three workers showed up none of the work in the front office. I needed that estimate done so I can get me repair money. Ithose other employees showed up . Other businesses employees showed up to work. Nobody told me I could go online and todo an online estimate. I didn t even know they did that. I could ve stayed home where it s warm and comfortable. They knew the weather outlook and they still scheduled me to come in on Wednesday February 1. I should ve gotten a call or text saying service king was closed and not to come. They could ve done the estimate under the car port.

Don t take any Land River vehicles here.Body work was decent. My car had all kinds of different sensors not working. They don t know how to fix them.They gave my car back with a bad headlight, tire sensors not working, heater not working, coolant level low, and engine light on. They said they ll contact my insurance for new diagnosis and never heard back.I ll never come back here. Save yourself the trouble. I left multiple voice messages. Horrible service!

The Proactive Coordination conducted between Service king updating me with the status of my repairs and tentative completion date was Spot On ! I my completed repair in their body shop took 15 days On time as projected and In Addition to this positive experience incurred at Service King, they Also coordinated a shuttle service toEnterprise rental to pickup my rental for the duration of the repairs. Talk about service and Seamless transition during a difficult time of being involved in a no fault accident (Rear-ended) I highly recommend this place of Business with many shops in the area.

I brought my car there because my husband and I were in a car accident and this is where the other persons insurance would cover it. I was pleased with their attention to detail. It didn't pass the paint inspection so they put it back through and it was still done 2 days earlier than promised. Everyone I spoke to either on the phone or in person were very helpful and super nice, especially the girls at the front desk. Do not go here! I was involved in an auto accident that was not my fault. They wouldn t fix my car unless I paid them my $500 deductible up front (they said my insurance would refund me back). Turns out, my insurance company paid them the deductible and they haven t refunded me. Several calls and promises that they would send a refund check and months later, still nothing. The girl at the front now says she doesn t have the number for accounting.Service: Body & Trim

I used Service King to repair my vehicle when I had a small accident this summer. They were polite, courteous, and very professional in all of my interactions with them. They kept me up to date with daily progress reports by text messages on the progress. They dealt with the insurance company directly and notified me of the interaction. They were able to complete the repair a day earlier than anticipated and I was able to pick it up on that day. I highly recommend Service King if you should need to use their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible place. Took our car here per insurance as there was a debris on a highway that hit out car causing cosmetic damage and backup camera to fail. Took them over a month to come back to us and they couldn t fix the backup camera because there was a recall . Went to Audi dealership and there was NO recall. Insurance denied further coverage because Service King said it s not due to the accident. We now have to cover the damages all because service king can t fix a backup camera. Go somewhere else!

This location was visited in the early morning to have a vehicle checked for a few things that Service King has worked on in the past. I also wanted to understand what applies to the lifetime warranty since any work done on my vehicle has all been done by Service King ,with me being the first owner of this vehicle. Overall, the warranty is pointless after a few months and everything will be deemed as normal wear and tear and voided even without actually checking the odometer or something having the tiniest hairline scratch. The customer Service and communication in this office needs a boost. I waited 5 + minutes while the female employee was called into the office by an older gentleman and closed the door. I know for sure what I requested didn t require that much of a discussion. Upon returning no type of communication until I asked questions and her responses in delivery seemed bothered, unconcerned and uninterested. Not sure if there was tension in the office, lack of morning coffee or what but do better with customer service. I have no interest in this place for any future service

I had paintless dent repair done. Service King completed the work earlier than scheduled and the car looks great! I had some work done with service king sometimes back and i noticed some issues with the finish. (Wheels ) Stopped at this location to see if they can do something about it since its LIFE TIME WARRANTY.I explained it all and no questions asked they immediately took my car and promised to fix it all. Since its a warranty claim i had to speak to the manager . Brian( the manager ) Very professional, very friendly and overall best customer experience. Staffs are friendly as well. Super happy with the service so. I am sure they will do good job .Update - 8.13.2020.It was a warranty claim but i asked them to do one more wheel since i had some curb crash and i agreed to pay for that.Picked up the car today. Manager was like you don t have to pay anything its all taken care.One of the best service i have received .Thank you @service king and thank you Brian(manager) you guys are awesome . They did a great job btw.

I was there for some hail damage repair.Austin Mears took care of my car and he was great.The process was painless, they were very courteous and everything was explained to me well.The co-ordination with my insurance company was brilliant and the fact that they have an Enterprise booth on site definitely helps.I was given an estimated completion time of 7 days but I was back in my car within 72 hours. They promised good service and they delivered.A lot of shops will lure you by promising that you won't have to pay a deductible, well, I'm not sure how they do that or how good their service is. Service King is popular for a reason, and they won't disappoint you.

Outstanding experience!Dropped my truck off for some paint and bumper replacement. Told it would be about a week to tear down, get parts and complete the task.On the morning of the 7th day (including the weekend) I received a call that it was ready.I arrived and looked it over and it looked as good as the day I drove it home from the dealership.The paint was flawless and the new parts fit perfectly. Not only that, I could tell a fresh wash and wipe down of the entire interior had been done. The tires were even shiny.I can't rave enough about my experience with this location.
