This is a smaller sams club . Not too busy . This sams club is backwards to other stores . . A little crowded on the isles

This is the worst tire shop to be in, literally no one wants to work there! They will find out all kinds of excuses to push you back. It can take them 2 to 3 hours to repair a simple flat tire when there is no one in the store except you!!!

Very warm club usually busy during lunch hoursThe food here is great and due to the high volume of customers they brought the prices down on almost everything on the menuPizza slice is $1.99 fruit smoothies are amazing

Not happy with the tire mechanic. He tried to scam me. I walked in with a suspected flat with a nail on the tire. The front desk was courteous. She gave me a $0 receipt as flat tire repair was free for Sam's club members. The mechanic who checked the tire called me in and said the damage is in unrepairable area of the tire and that the tire has to be replaced. He also added, local shops would repair it for about $20. I was just walking out when he said, he would repair it for $10. I just walked out and went to Discount Tire. The mechanic there checked the tire and said, the tire is not flat as it was a small nail that pierced just the surface. They just removed it and since there was no damage nothing else needed to be done.

They get the job done - 10/10 for that. But customer service and communication can be better especially by people billing and discussing with customer.Costco service is way better.

Was told it was a 2.5 hour wait, actually took 4 hours. I could see the workers working so slow, with multiple people working on a single battery change. Would not recommend.

Never open when I come!! Times listed online are NOT correct. Never buying ties here again. Can never get then serviced or checked.

DONT COME HERE. Extremely UNDER-STAFFED...!!!No one working here! Too many cars to fix. Owner doesn t want to hire more employees.

Very professional and fast service. The guys helped me with what tire size my vehicle needed and informed me about tires . Will come again.
