I would have to say that the owner, Rob, has got to be the most honest and down to earth mechanic I have ever done business with! I believe it's a 3rd generation business. I found his shop on Google and went in because of the great reviews, and I'm so glad I did! I needed a complete front-end job. They got it done in good time and charged a fair price. Be patient tho, he seems to be in high demand, but it is worth the wait. He has a clean waiting area, with a smart TV, and free snacks and drinks, while you wait.Go see, Rob, you will be glad you did.

Rob is an honest mechanic which can be hard to find these days. He is transparent and easy to work with. I had a breakdown in the morning one day when my alternator went out and I called him and he was nice enough to let me tow it directly to him and he had the car back to me before close of business at the end of the day after replacing the alternator. I would highly recommend him

Took in my car after jiffy lube did some damages and recommended me this shop but once I picked up the car I felt excessive vibrations and turned the car back around before even leaving the parking lot. Once I pulled it back into the shop the owner gets a phone call and proceeds to pick up the call and completely ignores inspecting the car after he finished inspecting what was wrong with the car his solution was to drive it a little more go over some bumps take it on the highway . I recently took it to the dealership and they found 1. an engine mount missing 2. bolts from the transmission sensor mount missing 3. the engine oil dipstick loose 4. a seal placed improperly causing a lot of oil to leak. 0/10 overall do not recommend this place if you care for your car!!!

Went to Kwik Kar Oil Change and Auto Care for a state inspection a day before and they failed me since they said my brakes were bad and my brake light had a malfufunction which seemed weird cause last time i checked, it was nothing wrong with my brake lights and they tried to charge me so much but then tell me if i get it fixed they would knock 15% off which is a sales tactic that im aware of since i was in sales for years and he goes, see you in 14 days as if i agreed to what he was telling me. Looked around to find a another shop with better price than what they were quoting me and i came across Rob & Son Garage. I called and the sweet lady i talked too gave me estimates far better than what the other shop was quoting me and her customer service was 5 stars. I get there and they got me right away. Understanding that there was going to be a long wait, i stayed and they provided snacks. They had chips, cookies, soda, coffee and i was able to chill on they couch and watch Netflix and talk to some of the other customers that were there. Everyone that worked in there had the best customer service. You will not be treated as a stranger. The minute you walk through that door, you will be treated as if you are a VIP. They will even take you home if you have no transportation back to your place and will pick you up when the vehicle is ready. When my car was done, my brakes sounds and looks so much better and as for the light, they told me it was nothing wrong. I was able to pass my inspection and am now a blessed customer. I seen another review where another shop told a person something was wrong with their car but they take it to Rob & Son Garage and they told them it was nothing wrong, they just had something stuck. The mechanics here are honest and aren t trying to get a quick buck out of you. They will tell you whats up and get you right. Robert helped me with my car and thats probably the coolest mechanic i have ever met, im not even going to lie to ya ll. Definitely will be going back for you guys got a regular customer now!

Where do I start? Well I will start with the customer service (very dependable!) answered all my phone calls and gave me the updates I needed it for my car to be repaired, the prices are so affordable when it should be higher (because of the pandemic) but like one of the workers said we try to help our people out) talked to both Rob & his son and I have to say most experience and thoughtful individuals when it comes to customer care. If I were you I would only stick to this mechanic shop because they keep a promise on their estimate days your vehicle will be in the shop and do not hit you with fees or surprise charges when you go to pay

Called ahead to ensure there was availability - very friendly service over the phone and the same level of service once I arrived. I was shown to the waiting room which is very large and had water, proper seating and etc. Definitely worth visiting them over the big name shops around!

I ve been to Rob And Son twice in the past week. First, I got my oil changed for a great price for full synthetic. Then today I went to O Reillys and they told me I needed a new alternator. I called Rob And Son and they gave me a great estimate and told me I could come up there even though it didn t seem like there would be enough time for them to get it done. When I got there, He told me that he thought it was just my battery. He put in a new battery and then tested everything and turned out I didn t need an alternator at all. He could ve put in a new alternator since that is what I said I needed. But he did the right thing and assured me that my alternator was fine and saved me hundreds of dollars!. This will be my home for all future automotive needs. If you re looking for a place to go.., THIS IS IT!! My dad owned an automotive shop but has passed on. He taught me well. And I m so happy to have found a place with the same integrity. So friendly and honest. If I could give more than five stars, I would.!

I love this place and only been once. He offers you chips for a snack while you wait. The smartest thing I've seen at a mechanic shop is you can pay with afterpay. Great idea!!! You can find some oil changes on Groupon. Don't buy them and he will match the price. Just screen shot the Groupon.

Don t go there. Bought a pair used tires there 5 months ago and today it failed state inspections due to low tire treads on both tires (both are rear tires). Only drive less than 5k miles during the time. Buy your tires somewhere else.

Rob is an excellent and honest mechanic (something hard to find these days). I had to replace the A/C compressor on my car, and I got the wrong part. He offered to buy the correct part for me and install it on my car without extra charge other than the cost of the compressor itself. His prices are affordable and he does the job faster than anybody else.Services: Engine repair, Air conditioning

Quick service, friendly and efficient. I had a low tire light and low washer fluid and it was take care of without me even asking ! They have a play room for kids with a TV and snacks with coffee I will be returning!

Thought I needed my back brakes changed because that s what the oil change spot I go to told (probably to up sell me). Rob inspected my back and front brakes and told me they had plenty of life left they had just collected a lot of dust which is why they were making noise. Just charged me for taking the breaks apart and blowing off the dust. Highly recommend. Not often you find an honest mechanic. You just earned a customer for life!Service: Brakes

Rob is a such a Hard-working and a Friendly guy. He replaced the Starter on my car. Didn't try to upsell me. Charged me a very reasonable price for the Starter Replacement and the labor. Even he gave me a ride from his workshop to my house and picked me up from my house to the workshop once he repaired my Car. We should encourage these kind of small businesses. Rob is the man! I have a small business with 5 trucks, and I use Rob and his team on the weekly. From tiers to engin repairs. Yesterday, we had a truck go down and Rob jumped on it, getting it fixed before the next work day, keeping my business running and making money. A+ costomer service

Saw they had a Groupon and called them for a problem I had been having with my car and spoke to Rob who said to bring it in right away and he will have it taken care off. He Did exactly that with very reasonable pricing. Rob has a lot of experience with all different types of cars and seems very honest in diagnosing and fixing issues. Will definitely be going there for any future issues with my cars!!

This is our new place to go for any car repairs. They did an awesome job with my front-end alignment, and the staff was willing to answer questions as well as give straight answers and not sell any extra repairs. I usually only leave reviews for my favorite local haunts or when I have had an especially terrible experience. This will be neither. Dropped in for a state inspection after finding them on Groupon. The man who helped me may have been the nicest individual I have encountered in any place of business EVER. He got me taken care of very quickly and I cannot overstate how friendly he was. I have never had such a pleasant experience at an auto shop, or possibly any establishment! This can't recommend this place highly enough!

Great service! I called ahead to see if they were opened and asked if they honor price from Groupon. I walked in without having a appointment and the wait wasn t very long. They were friendly to my husband and I and they even had free snacks. The location wasn t far from our home and was very convenient. Will be going there in the future, even if it s not through Groupon.Service: Oil change

I have used Rob and Sons for my vehicle inspections and most recently a diagnostic. The customer service is impeccable and the service itself is outstanding. I would recommend this business to anyone who is in need of any car repairs. I highly recommend Rob and Son Garage to everyone. The owner is very professional, nice and has great customer service. Rob works with your schedule, he s patient and gets the job done! I had went in to get my brakes done. I needed a new roader and brake-pads done. The wait wasn t long at all! Took him 35 minutes or less to do both of my front brakes, and I went about my day. Not only was the service great, but my brakes had a warranty on them! I got the best of both worlds! Great service and a warranty! I enjoyed my experience. The price was reasonable and not over priced like some other places. Definitely going back!

Needed an alternator and battery replacement. First place brought it too seemed too high and I felt uneasy- called around to a couple places and Rob & Sons gave me a legitimate price without crazy markups like a couple other places I called.
