Great facility that makes a frustration situation less stressful. Jimmy and Tony s customer service were amazing. From the quick and easy install, to every time I need to report. They make things flow easy and always friendly. Highly recommended for any interlock needs.

The experience with Tony and Jimmy has been so professional from my installation to monthly visits. I drive 30 minutes to be treated compassionately and with respect. I have other locations closer, but the customer service at the Irving location is unsurpassed. I highly recommend that if the situation is needed that Draeger of Irving be top choice of service provider.

My experience with draeger has been exceptional. Tony and jimmy are the best! Due to my work schedule it makes it hard for me to get service done but they work with me to make it convenient and easy. I enjoy visiting with the guys and look forward to every service. Thank you guys for all of your help and for being very professional.

Jimmy is awesome! He has made this process so much more simple and painless. He is quick, professional, flexible, helpful, and friendly. The hardware is also very easy to use.

My experience with Jimmy and Tony has been awesome. They are both professional, friendly, intelligent and easy to work with. Workers like Jimmy and Tony are hard to come by. Draeger should do everything in their power to keep these employees long term!!!!!

They are very accommodating and fast, I m usually in and out at my appointment time if not sooner. My schedule fluctuates during the week and I m able to reschedule my appointments as needed. Staff is nice and Jimmy is great!

I have been using Drager now for over a year and have been very satisfied with the customer service that Jimmy Le and Tony Enriquez have shown. They both are very knowledgeable, and friendly. I ve never had to wait and always feel valued and appreciated as a customer!

Jimmy moved heaven and earth to squeeze me into his schedule. I had an appt previously scheduled and missed it. My lockout day was tomorrow... that means no car over the weekend till Monday. Jimmy got me in and out in a breeze today. SO THANKFUL 10/10 would recommend. Thanks, Jimmy. -Anthony SThanks

I've had the privilege of dealing with Jimmy on two separate occasions in highly udesirable circumstances and in his calm assured manner, Jimmy can Immediately put one at ease. No hesitation on getting the issue resolved and getting you back on the road again. The latest a few minutes ago... Service lockout and the nearest service facility hours away. Resolved with a logical, best available solution. Highly recommend.

When I first started I used to use the Keller location but I recieved pretty bad service each time I went out there. I started coming to this location off Sterling street and have had nothing but awesome service from Jimmy and Tony. Nicest guys to deal with and they Have made my experience here 100 times easier / better. Highly recommend this location to anyone !

I have been coming to the Irving location for ten years. Jimmy and Tony are extremely professional and courteous. With my erratic schedule and necessity to be out of town often, they have always accommodated my rescheduling. I can t imagine that there is any others with Draeger that are better at what they do than these guys.

Jimmy and Tony at the sterling location in irving have been the nicest with super fast service. The are always willing to work with you if you need to reschedule and I always leave with a smile!

Excellent service. Made a difficult situation as easy as possible. Jimmy knew all the answers to my questions and got me in and out as quickly as possible, stress free. HIGHLY recommend

I had the breathalyzer on my car for over a year and Jimmy has been out of this world helpful everytime I have to get my thing recalibrated!! He's always got a great attitude and always has a smile on his face. : ) The only thing I am going to miss about the breathalyzer is coming to visit Jimmy!! His customer service is always on point and hes always super professional and fast. Had us in and out everytime. The guy deserves a huge raise or promotion. Awesome representation for Dreager. Thanks Jimmy!!

These guys have been awsome. I had the smart start installed on my vehicle first time. And that was a very bad experience. The units are slow, and you get penalized for every little thing.bad service.Here the units are easy, and friendly to use, service is awsome, The guy's are very patient, helpful, and curtious.If a person is going to have one installed, I highly recommend this place,and this crew. They made my situation and lot easier.No problems, no worries.Sam T.

Tony and Jimmy have been extremely professional and accommodating. If you re in the unfortunate position of having to have an interlock device, it s good to have people that don t judge and act in a professional manner. Both of these guys are awesome

They re great when you re trying to get one installed, or serviced, but god help you when you want the thing out, it doesn t matter when the judge orders it removed they make that process as hard as possible.

Draeger was very quick with helping my instalation... I forgot my title at home and Jimmy was kind enough to allow me to retrieve it at home without having to reschedule for another day!! Very good customer service

They actually treat you like a human being. Go figure? Any other location I have gone to has made me feel uncomfortable. I live in Lewisville but I make the drive to Irving because the guys that operate that location understand great customer service! Mistakes or not we are still human beings and we spend money monthly! Keep it up guys! If you get transferred I m following you! Lol

Had to have an emergency appt made, my usual draeger site just couldnt squeeze me in. So I called Jimmy and he worked with me to get me in the next day! Awesome guy and site, highly recommend
