This place is amazing. Very fair pricing and honest technicians. On top of the amazing service, the front desk keeps you informed every step of the way. Was referred to Pit Stop and am so happy. Am a Senior Citizen and need the help of reliable people. They were awesome and fixed my problem and insisted that I come back if the console light comes on again.I really believe that you will be on good hands.

If you re looking for a good honest mechanic that s not gonna rip you off, this is the place to go. The owner really knows how to operate a business and the workers are amazing. Got the job done fast, and for a great price. Give these guys the praise they deserve!

I have been coming to Pit Stop for years! They have helped me in many ways and I am always recommending them to others. The owner and his team is always willing to get me in and always gives me an honest opinion.I have gotten oil change, inspection, new battery, new spark plugs, brakes and air conditioning. I known Venny for more than 10 years , he is a trustworthy, reliable and professional mechanic, he had fixed all my cars, and even my friends and co-workers I have recommended to him. He will tell you what it needs to be done, his mechanics and him will do their job and will treat you very well. I can say he is the best mechanic shop in Irving. Edit below*These guys care so much for you! Best mechanic in dfw for the service and they don t want to drain you!! 10/5 stars everyone get it fixed here!!Edit* They never actually fixed the issue and I just ended up paying a $900 plus bill. Now my truck still has the same issue and I have my first experience of buyers remorse in life.

I went to get my car fixed because something was leaking and it was only going to cost $800 and I paid for that but once we got the car back there was many more problems wrong with my car. So i took it back to get it fixed once again and this time I had to pay almost $2,000. Still, my car is leaking the same stuff then before???? So what did I even pay for?!? My car came back with even more problems than before and I m even more broke than before!Services: Auto water leak repair, Engine repair

Super happy!My car is pretty old, when it started to overheat and smoke, the first mechanic I took my car to, told me the amount of work your car is going to need and cost isn t worth it, forget about it. Get a new car I was devastated, but I wanted to save my car, and decided to get a second opinion.When I took it to Pit Stop, the owner said he was confident he could get the car fixed, and that the first mechanic was crazy.Here I am today driving my car, just like I had it! The owner was very professional, spoke English and Spanish, he was helped me understand what was going on and what to expect.I m never going to any other shop. This is the spot

Do not take your car here for a Service Engine Soon or Check Engine light. They did not diagnose my issue and guessed. They changed a fuel pump and said it was fixed, but the service light came on the next day, and I was having the same issues. What a waste of $700.

They saved us during our trip to NADD Regionals. With a van full of 10 dogs heading to a dog show in the middle of summer - it was no time to have AC problems. After a quick Google search we were on the phone and they immediately fit us in. They fixed our air compressor and got us on the road in no time! They even said hi to the dogs and let us take them into the AC. thanks so much Pit Stop!Service: Air conditioning

We were traveling through on a road trip and lost AC. Brought car in for an alignment. They "changed a part" Car was badly aligned it left me swearving and sliding, nearly crashed. Decided to bring it back to get issue fixed. Was told their alignment machine was down a week after I left it. 3 WEEKS went by and they never called to inform me it was ready. They "changed another part" and car is still pulling to the side. Was charged over 300 each time. GO TO ANOTHER SHOP....

I consider myself a pretty good do it yourself kind of guy. But when I encounter any issue on one of my vehicles that I cannot handle, I go to Pit Stop. They are competitively priced, very friendly and always willing to help, they work fast, and they back up their work.

My car broke down over the weekend and goggle places near me and came across them , and let me tell you I don t regret it ! Prices reasonable and fixed my car in a couple hours , from the time I call till I got there the experience and customer services was amazing ! Thank you so much guys !!!

Just my opinion hereafter, but I'll relay a couple things that happened during my car repair there. My alternator was replaced approx. 6 mos. ago to the tune of $400.00. It is already giving me trouble again. It's under warranty but I don't trust them to take it back for fear of what else they might "find wrong" with it. They told me a non working turn signal would cost approx. $300.00 to repair because it was the switch, and they said they would have to pull the steering wheel off to fix it. Luckily I didn't have the money so they didn't get me to do that. I was having an oil change somewhere else a few days later, turned out it was a simple fuse and they didn't charge me a cent to fix it. The last straw was several days after leaving Pit Stop I discovered one of my new tires was missing off the rear axle and replaced (on my own rim) with a off brand, cracked, worn out old tire. Not saying they did it but my new tire was gone and I live in a gated property. Would take some special equipment to replace and inflate it on my rim. Also one of the mechanics was giving me the stink eye the whole time I was in there. GLBT community member here. I won't go back.
