I contacted them after an accident, and Vincente, the person I was in constant contact with, guided me through the process. They managed to restore the vehicle a week earlier than expected. I received regular updates on the progress, from the arrival of parts to the various repair stages. They assured me I could return if any issues surfaced with the repaired area. Overall, excellent work. Here are before and after pictures.

I can not express how happy I am with my vehicle & how she looks. Such an amazing job & Vicente & Roy jr. Always kept me updated on all the procedures. So professional & an outstanding Job by the whole crew, from the lady in the front to the guys in the back, not to mention it only took 2 weeks to get parts & fixed & back in my hands. Was even greeted by one of the big guys, Roy Sr. Thank you so much On The Road Garage !!

They took care of my car, kept in constant contact, were always willing to talk to me and answer my questions. A couple of weeks after picking up my car I heard a noise from the repair area, and they diagnosed it and took care of the issue in minutes and I was back on the road. Service was great! Already recommending them to others.

EV collision repairs here! I was in full panic mode for collision repair work after I discovered my Ioniq 6 couldn't be handled by my dealer. This team answered all my questions, put me right at ease, kept me up to date, and delivered on time. Great transparency in operations and a super clean shop! These guys are now top of my list when it comes to collision work.

My experience at this place started well but ended up horribly to say the least. The estimator got most of the work done but forgot to tell her maintenance people to fix the engine splash shield that has a whole and has been dragging hence, it's held by a tape to stay in place. Even after calling to remind her,that was not taken care of. After 22days l had to take my incomplete car from their shop waiting for them to get with insurance about a new quotation. They sent me a survey inquiring about my experience which l shared my frustration. The GM followed up with phone calls to ask me why l gave them a one star,he didn't want to listen and went ahead to downplay my concern saying the engine splash shield is," minor to deserve a negative review and l was over excited when l wrote my review". The attitude of the GM at this place tells you everything you need to know.UPDATE:One of the managers at the garage by the name Roy, called me to apologize about my bad experience and offered to resolve the issue. I'm glad my complaint landed into the right ears of someone who cares and understands what professionalism and customer service is about. Thank you Mr. Roy and your team of mechanic who were prompt in getting my car in and out of the garage.l'm satisfied with your effort to make the situation right.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great customer service, kept me informed every step of the way. The rental car pick up and drop off was on site, so easy! My car was restored to shinny and new! The best service I ve ever experienced at a body shop. They were flexible with me. The front desk assistant, I think her name is Kim was very pleasant and Vincette (I might have misspelled his name) 10/10 highly recommend

OTRG did an amazing job on my car. Honest people and outstanding work for an unbeatable price. Nothing was complicated, everything was upfront and everything ran super smooth. I would highly recommend them and look forward to using them in the future. Top of the line service, top of the line work, and most of all, good honest people you can trust. The service was top tier! From getting the estimate, to getting it fixed. The communication was outstanding I was aware of everything throughout the process. They don t like to guarantee the return of your vehicle but they finished a day ahead! I have never been in an accident and never needed body work. Amazing and helpful workers . It was rush hour today and me and my 5 year old was coming from Fort Worth to Plano . My car was making noises i knew something was wrong . I pulled over and seen threading from my car . I googled auto shops near me and they pulled up . They are actually just a collision shop ! However Roy still offered to assist me and change the tire for me and recommended other tire shops near . He placed the spare tire on and was very polite and warming when doing so . Thank you so much i will be back if i ever need collision services . Ask for Roy when you come !

Excellent customer service on both the front and back ends. Constant updates on what was going on, time needed, and what they needed from me. They were super attentive to questions and concerns I had and did an excellent job with the fender replacement and paint buffing on my truck. Also seemed extremely trustworthy, far more than typical auto-repair places. Recently, someone smashed the rear door glass of my car, damaged the door handle and stole my personal belongings in the car.AAA brought me here and they got the job done. Ian had been very nice, friendly and professionally helpful during this kinda frustrating process.

Let me start by saying that I've used On the Road Garage twice, and both times they provided EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! From start to finish, they communicated every step of the process. I love that the rentals are provided at this location upon arrival. Roy and Teresa, I appreciate you guys for checking to make sure that I was okay and taking care of Pearl, lol. Took my vehicle here after a minor accident. They were incredibly helpful (even going so far as to send a tow truck to pick my vehicle up from another repair shop), dealt seamlessly with my insurance, communicated the status of the repair regularly, and delivered ahead of schedule. The best shop I ve ever dealt with! Did a fantastic and timely repair on my car and then when the rental car company tried overcharging me and wouldn t refund my money the guys at OTR stayed on the phone until it was resolved.

Fabulous experience! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The offices are beautiful and very inviting. My bumper looks showroom new, and they even cleaned the inside of the car. The pricing is very fair, cheap even. I highly recommend them. Sergio the paint guy knows what he's doing, and Sierra, the director, is very detail oriented.

From the first interaction to the last, I was constantly updated and the car was returned to me in great condition. This service did not disappoint - I highly recommend!

TLDR:On The Road Garage is fast, reliable, honest, professional, caring, fair, and they do quality work. I recommend them 100% and will absolutely come back again. You should absolutely give your business to OTRG.- Quality work- Kind customer service- Efficient timing- Fair pricing- Honest people- Safe/positive environment...I was in a hit-and-run accident that left my rear passenger quarter panel in need of repair. It was crumpled in right above the wheel and needed body work/painting. I also needed an alignment as the driver at fault caused wheel damage, and we were unsure of any possible suspension damage.I took my 2014 Ford Focus ST to OTRG and they did phenomenal. Actually, I didn't take the car anywhere, they picked up the vehicle AND dropped it off! It was speedy white glove service and I was so appreciative of them taking care of transport, as I work 12 hour days.Sierra kept me updated the whole time. She sent me my various options, took the time to explain it all, and helped me make a decision that was best for me. Soon after OTRG picked up the car, they sent me an estimate, and once approved, got to work immediately. I was never left in the dark and appreciated being kept in the loop.They finished the work so quickly, and the quality was top notch. My car is painted with a metallic black. Metallic paint, even if it is OEM, is incredibly difficult to match because you have to mix the metallic in yourself. I was shook by how perfectly they matched the color. I wasn't expecting it to match and had prepared myself for that discrepancy, but was pleasantly surprised to see they matched in 100% right. WOW! That takes skill. Anyone who sees the car is shocked by how perfect it looks post-repair and would have no clue it had ever been damaged (YAY!). I was given the alignment results and the car drives like a dream. They even took the time to clean my car for me!It is so hard to find a place like OTRG where you are respected; the work is both impeccable and timely; and there are good people employed to care for you. When others might take advantage, I know OTRG was there for me. I cannot recommend them enough! I have never had a body shop make the repair of my damaged car to be as easy as this one. They had the rental car pick us up at the shop, dealt with the insurance company, kept us informed of every stage of the repair, finished the work on time, and had us leave the rental car at the shop when we picked our car up. The repair was immaculate! You could never tell we had been in a wreck.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Sierra, who is one of the people who answers the phone is incredible! She is very kind, patient and she explained to me in detail everything I needed to know to repair my car. She was a great help!
