Jason is such a great guy. I walked in 30 mins before closing to get my hubcaps installed, and Jason was very happy to help even tho I came in last minute and did it in such a timely manner. He even did it for free! Such a great experience here would definitely plan on coming back here.

Talk about great service!!!! Stopped in today to get new tires and was greeted by Jason. Within 9 minutes he helped me determine the tries I needed. All 4 tires were replaced in less than 30 minutes! Jason was extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful and professional. I won't go anywhere else for my tire needs!!!!!!

My husband and I took our car to have new tires and an alignment. The work done was quick and top quality! Jesus went above and beyond by tying up a skid plate that was dragging when we brought the car in. Jason s customer service was top notch! Thanks for all your help, guys!

Took a set of Tires in too be mounted and balanced. These guys got me checked in right away and completed the work in a timely manner. Price was more than fair and they included a first responder discount! My new go to tire shop in the area. Job well done guys!

Rude service and rude help at the front desk. You know what you did and nobody can understand a word you say. Speaking jibberish and making a scene is very unprofessional and the rudest person I've ever met. Next time I will take my business elsewhere since I got treated like doggy do. I bought 4 tires and it took them 3 hours with maybe one other person there. Also when my car was returned the glove compartment was open. Still have to check to see if anything was stolen and you would think they would close it. Makes me wonder if they put my tires on correctly. No thank you or anything for spending all that money and time. Also, now that I think about it..I think they put a nail in my tire...happened to be the side of the car where I can't see what they are doing. Isn't it strange that I come in there to get my battery checked and tires rotated and balanced and then suddenly I have a nail in my tire on a part of the tire that they said was the sidewall, but it was the middle if the tire...so of course that's not covered on my warranty for free fix or free tire and it happens to be on the side of the car I can't see what they are doing from the waiting room.. Very suspect. I wouldn't put it past them. So shady. Never again will I do business here.

A few weeks ago, I started my day with my tire sensors going off. I freaked out that I had a puncture because my tire have given no end of trouble, and that was the issue the last few times. When I got here I was greeted by Chris & Matt, and Matt set me up to get my tires aired up again. Chris did it right then and there, and even checked them for punctures! I joked with them a bit at the end, and left with no lights on, and no reservations that I felt in good hands. Will absolutely come back for these two!

January 2024 (1 Star): The 5 star was for my original review but I feel that I needed to update my review. Changing my rating from 4 stars to 1 star. I stopped by yesterday (1/20/2024) to replace a battery with no issues. But today (1/21/2024) I came back at 9:30AM to replace rear brake pads. The estimated time was 1-1.5 hours for the rear break pads replacement. The actual wait time was 4-4.5hours! I received a small discount for the poor communication behind the delay. I didn't get home until 1:15PM. Worst of all, they didn't even check my tire pressures per my request, so this will be my last time visiting NTB. I am very disappointed with the lack of respect and consideration for my time. The quality of service has gone downhill. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!May 2023 (4 STAR): I went in to get my tires, alignment and battery checked. I thought i had a free alignment since i bought all 4 tires under a special program but no. My tires were slightly misaligned and battery is close to needing a replacement. What surprised me was that they didnt check my air pressure as requested so when i took family out, my tires seemed low and caused the tires air sensor to go off. This place used to be good but something seems off now.Aug 2022 (5 STAR): This review is for the replacement of all 4 tires last year. Gregg and his team really helped.

I got a flat tire on the way to an interview and way near despair. Jason was able to help me change my tire quickly and get on the road again.I just bought this truck and was fumbling in my panic. Jason saved my afternoon with his quick, friendly, skillful help.This place is great!

I just had my tires replaced at this store and it was a fantastic experience. The service was outstanding, and the quality of the workmanship was top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable tire services.

I went in with a tire issue and since at least two people have tried to fix it, I was just going to buy a new tire. I have purchased 2 full sets in the past from NTB for 2 different vehicles. After almost an hour wait I was told the gentleman entered the wrong tire info and they didn't have the tire I needed. This was not upsetting, human mistake I get it happens.What's upsetting is they didn't even bother to put air in my tire. I had to pull over, in the rain and put air myself. What an experience.

I have been to this place several times for my automobile service. Always had very pleasant experience. During my recent visit Mohammad has been extremely nice and helpful in having my car serviced.

I was in just before Thanksgiving with a dead battery. As it turned out, the core issue was more likely a failing alternator that later surged and blew out a fuse block. Both Chris and Jason had to put in lots of extra time and effort over the holiday week (and weekend) to get me safely back on the road, and they were fair, friendly, and excellent to work with every step of the way. My sincere gratitude to the whole (extended) team and their dedication to doing the right thing for their customer. Thank you all!

Had a near dead battery on a Sunday morning. I couldn t make an appt online, so I called this NTB and asked if I could bring my car right in if I could get it started. They said yes. Luckily it was a quiet morning and I was in and out with a new battery in less than an hour. Excellent experience.

Came in for a simple splash cover adjustment and the store manager Chris went above and beyond by pointing out some leakage that was happening near the oil filter. Seems like the previous shop overtightened or misaligned the O ring. Regardless, the work done by Chris was absolutely outstanding. He didn t have to point out any flaws and could ve just done the initial job but went ahead and saved me the time and the ugly element of surprise. Will definitely be back!

Came here for a wheel balancing and alignment (via a 3y Big O Tires package i had from earlier) a couple of weeks ago due to a vibration at high speeds. For additional context my car has staggered wheels with directional tires so it cant be rotated.An hour later, i was given the car back with the alignment done and the wheels supposedly balanced. Since i caught that they rotated the tires when they handed it over, despite me telling them not to, i was able to tell them to put it back in its original places, and they made the balancing free due to the tire rotation hassle.But the vibration never went away. I went to my usual independent garage the next day and they told me that i had a bent wheel which was likely causing the issue, im not sure how these guys could have missed that during the balancing. Either way, not sure i can recommend these guys even though they were nice.

I went in for vibration problem at high speed and they said everything looked fine with tires. They recommended wiper change instead and charged me $50 for 2 wipers!! Thats not fair!!! I went back after finding out that its $11 and not 50 - they dint make it right for me. I told them I dont want it, they said they dont take it back. Will Never go again!!!Whats more? I went to another shop and they identified bend in wheel - dont think this shop can be recommended for lack for honest pricing and expertise.So disappointing!!

Awesome location. Chris is super helpful, nice and professional. He went out of his way to get me the best deal for a tire and really made sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be coming back to this location !

Nico was very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to cars informed me very well on maintenance needed on my car he broke everything down for me and explaned the problems and got me fixed up in a timely manner will definitely be back and will be recommending to my friends and family

Chris was extremely helpful, kind and informative when going over options for my vehicle. Not pushy with additional services but offered more information on services that may help. He helped me pick out the tires and very appreciative for the genuine interaction and knowledge. Didn t talk down to me like other places may.

FIVE STARS!I ve used NTB both Grapevine locations and Irving since 2008. I know they recently were bought by another company and had to integrate their systems which lost some data. Instead of giving the run around that I received from someone else from a different location that they couldn t find any of my stuff even though I ve purchased two sets of tires this year, Chris was a rockstar and went above and beyond to make sure my car and tires were taken care of. He was incredibly thoughtful and understanding. Nothing but great things and I will continue going to NTB Irving.Marilyn

WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND!! if you could go to anywhere else besides this place, DO IT!!! Brought my work truck, in for an oil change at 8AM, 3 hours later, I go ask why it is taking so long, they let me know the company has to approve my order. It doesn't make sense, that I am sitting in the lobby waiting for my vehicle to get an oil change, and NTB knows the situation, but fails to inform me of it until 3 hours later, only when I go and ask them what is taking so long. This is not first time I took my work truck in for an oil change and they took over 2 hours long. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO NTB, go anywhere else to SAVE TIME. This company is a joke a need to evaluate the way the run their business

I came in to NTB thinking something was wrong with my with my front end, then Chris the attendant that help me got my truck on a lift. After inspection they found all 5 lug nuts were hanging by a thread (literally)I feel like these guy's saved my life, and more damage to my truck.Thank youCris and billy

I came to this location twice in two days and Miguel there was very helpful from beginning to end. I walked out happy and satisfied. It took a while, however, once we got to the end it was worth it!

This place sucks. I had a puncture that needed repair. So around 10:30 I got an appointment at noon. I assumed that since the appointment was already an hour and a half after contacting them they would get the car in and out immediately. Now it's 2 hours later and the car is still in the lot. I'm going to take my car and just grab a plug kit from Walmart and use my bike pump since that would literally be faster.
