They said all my wheels were bent they LIED. I had to take it to discount tire and pay $80 so they could tell me they weren't bent. Avoid this shop seems they like to scam people. I know it needed shocks and control arms I put the last scocks myself I didn't feel like putting them on this time but since you lied about all my wheels being bent what makes you think I'll bring my car back there. And you never even contacted me on how much it will cost me to get it fixed.

Great customer service. I had an issue with an AC part and they were able to diagnose and replace the part very quickly! If I ever need something in my car replaced, I will always bring my car here first.

A great team you can trust!I have been coming to Mosses Auto services for 15 years. Both the old owner and the new owners are professional, friendly, and fairly priced. They go out of their way to save you money on repairs. Great place to go to if you need any repairs or inspections done

This place is definitely a 10/10. Wouldn t go to any other place! These guys are amazing and such hardworking people that truly do such a wonderful job with their work. I am new to the area and found these guys by chance and am l glad I did. If you are looking for an honest and reasonable mechanic shop in town, this is the place to be. Their customer service is also friendly and exceptional. I got my brake job and oil change done here and will be coming back for any other car issues in the future. I am telling all my friends and family about these guys. Highly recommended.

Great service, great communication, reasonably priced, and I am happy with the repairs. My new "go to" mechanic.I definitely recommend------ ----------------------The above is my old review. Moses came through again (had a bad oil change experience at another shop). I still highly recommend and also recommend for maintenance, not just repairs. This is the greatest mechanic shop in the DFW area! If you are a woman come here as they will NOT over charge you and you will totally feel comfortable! I have been coming to this shop for a while and they always get the job done the right way! Family owned, great quality and customer service!

This is where you go if you need an HONEST mechanic. Not one, but TWICE these people have passed on the chance to easily rip me off. I'm clearly ready to pay a thousand-dollar tab and they're like "nah, it's just a loose wire - $120 for the time it took to find it."

After a stressful period of car troubles Moses Auto diagnosed the problem (compressor) and repaired my car for me. She s running better than she has in years! They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and more than fair in regards to pricing. I dealt with KC and he was very friendly. He went above and beyond to help my daughter get her car fixed right and quickly. Not only were the labor cost reasonable but they diagnosed the car the same day we brought it by and even though we opted to order our own part, the repairs were completed the same day the part arrived. We appreciate the great service!

This place was upfront about what the issue was to my car and handled it in a very fast and friendly manner.Casey recommended I go next door to OReillys and get my part there. They worked with me through getting the car in the shop past their usual closing time of 6:00pm. I was able to get my car looked at and drove home same day.Definitely recommend this place.Service: Battery

These guys are very nice, fair and honest. I took my truck to another shop for a diagnosis/quote and was quoted an absurd amount so I brought it to Moses Auto for a second diag/quote and once they confirmed the issue and quoted me a very reasonable price, I felt very comfortable with them doing the work. I won't take my truck anywhere else now. Thank you!

I have been using Moses since 2014 and I would not go anywhere else. The first time I went in, he was friendly, honest and affordable. I have not received anything less since then. I send everyone over to him and even now travel from Denton for his services. I am actually about to go get my brakes changed by them, now! Moses is a hands down honest guy and will take amazing care of you. He has your safety in his best interest when working on your car. Thank you Moses and team, for always being so amazing!

Folks at Moses Auto Care about their customers. They made feel that am the only customer although there were multiple cars being serviced. They diagnosed my issue and replaced water pump at a reasonable price. Very happy with service and car running smoothly and it has been few weeks now.

As a Mechanical Engineer, mostly I my self works on my car. Came here to get the power steering hose and pump replaced for my 2006 stick shift Honda Civic.The personalized service, honest pricing and real-time information I was provided was fabulous! They kept me well informed every step of the way, their work was nothing short of excellent, and all of it was completed within the timely fashion they has quoted. Friendly Service and No Surprises!Definitely worth checking out of if you're looking for trustworthy and through care of your car.Great service, honest mechanics, very knowledgeable and very chill.
