Went in as a first time buyer with the urge to buy fast. First person that I got to talk to was Adam Wesson in parts, very nice guy extremely lovely and energetic he walked me around the shop and let me hear a couple bikes. Then I got to sit down and run through some of my financial preferences with John Tigert who helped me make the decision on which one was best fit for me and my anticipated riding type, he fit me with a MT07 that had a few modifications to my liking that would have wound up being done myself at a later date and I fell in love!! Tiffany Wesson in finance walked me through some of the additional service offers and broke it all down for me getting me right to where I wanted to be financially. Yeah I wanted to walk out day one walking in the dealership but everyone was patient with me over the course of 2 weeks and when I was finally ready they even had it delivered to my house for me! I would recommend Lonestar Yamaha to anyone I hear looking for a new motorcycle. Thanks to the team for providing an enjoyable buying experience.

I called to inquire about three bikes advertised on cycle trader. I spoke with John who made an appointment to test ride all three last Saturday. He called Saturday morning to confirm I was coming. I ended purchasing a bike not on that list but I m completely thrilled with the service I was provided along with my purchase. 5 stars all around. I d give you six if that were an option.

Lonestar Yamaha irving is by far the best Yamaha dealer in DFW. They made the process super easy for me to get my 2023 Yamaha mt09sp back in July, and my wife got her 2023 XSR 900 in November. Tiffany in finance was an Allstar. She helped us out tremendously for both bikes and made everything work out perfectly. Adam in service is my go to guy for any questions or part needs regarding both the bikes he made the process of getting 2 new tires and a full akropovic exhaust for the mt09 a breeze(He even stayed late on a saturday for me to come pick it up because i couldn't wait to get it installed on my bike ). Have had many great conversations with him and all the other guys at lonestar. I'm not sure how anyone could ever leave a bad review. Just go in for yourself and walk out with a new bike and many new friendships.

Great customer service and willingness to walk you through the buying experience. They will help you understand what you need as well, and not push you into sales. The entire team works really well together and they are always on top of things. They kept me updated when I had to wait as well as helped me get everything loaded.

Fantastic place and had friendly staff & Samuelll Ferris was helpful and helped us with any questions or concerns we had. I also had questions for Service which were helpful with the concerns I had about an electric bike. It might be my time to purchase a new bike and build a relationship with Triumph Dallas.

Left a message for Tiffany and never got a call back. Seems like they will avoid at all cost when it comes to changing your mind on the extra stuff that you can cancel. Sold me a R6 with a broken ignition and i tried to use the y.e.s. warranty but thats such a hassle. They didn't even let me test drive it and now I see why. Make sure to check the used motos throughly. It's been almost a month and a half now and no reply back. I still love Yamaha, but not this dealer. Shady

I drove all the way from Houston to this dealer. These guys are amazing, super helpful, and treat you like family. They made buying my 22 r7 a breeze, installed all the parts I needed to ride her home! And even called to ensure I was safe when my area was hit by a nasty storm. I will never buy anywhere else, Lonestar Yamaha Irving for life! Also have you seen their shop dog Kaiser!? He s the cutest! Thanks guys for all your help and dedication!

I wish it were possible to leave more than 5 stars, because we had such an amazing experience with Lone Star Yamaha! After wanting a Royal Enfield for years, and deciding to take the plunge, I called and was connected to Pedro, who was incredibly helpful right off the bat. He answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial, and was very knowledgeable. Since we were driving all the way from Lubbock, he stayed in touch throughout the week to keep us updated about the bike being available until we were able to travel out on the weekend. When we got there, we were not disappointed. He was just as pleasant in person, as he had been in our phone conversations. He showed us everything we needed to know, and I really appreciated how much he was willing to educate us about maintenance, as this is the first bike we've purchased.While everything was processing, Quentin came and did a helmet fitting, and discussed all of the different options for helmets and gear alike. He was fantastically informative without pressuring us into getting anything specific. His insight helped me find a helmet that was a perfect fit for me, and I also left me with more info on how to make good selections when I buy one again in the future.Mike helped us with the financing, and was such a joy to interact with. He's very lighthearted, and has been the only person I've met that could make auto financing fun. He gave us multiple options and helped us choose what would be the best fit for us. He also was very forthcoming about which add-ons were needs vs nice-to-haves.When it was time to go, Pedro went above and beyond helping us load the motorcycle onto our trailer, and showed us the best way to strap it down, so my new baby could make it home safely. ;-)These guys were so amazing, and everyone we came in contact with in this shop was so kind. They were 1000000% worth the drive from Lubbock (approx 350 miles), and we look forward to hopefully purchasing again from them in the future!

Ensuring your customer is taken care of of key to being successful. The staff at this dealership had that figured out. Lots of variety with a smaller footprint but no junk just quality items and accessories. recently had the pleasure of Purchasing my dream bike from Jeremy at Lonestar in Irving TX. I bought a new 2022 Yamaha R1 with 60th anniversary GP moto edition color scheme. I am from Houston, I inquired online. Jeremy was very prompt in his replies and very helpful. I decided to make the purchase. From start to finish it was smoother than any dealership transaction I've had. I work for a huge luxury and boat dealer and I was still impressed with the courtesy, customer service and respect I was treated with. I drove 4 hours one way to get the bike. From the time I arrived at the dealership, look the bike over, sign finance paperwork to the time it was loaded strapped down on my trailer was under 45 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend using Jeremy and Lonestar for vour motorcycle purchase. It was worth the 8 hour round trip drive to work with them and get the bike I wanted!

Shoutout to Sam, he's the salesman you hope for when you walk into any dealership. Honest, knowledgeable and just a good guy. This dealership has a good team behind it and a huge selection of different motorcycles. They price their used bikes lower than most private sellers so definitely check them out if you're in the market. Update: I've installed some extras on the bike with them and got treated like family. Need to service your bike? This is the place you wanna go.

My son and I just bought our firsts bikes from Lone Star Yamaha today. This place is great. Sam, our salesman was extremely patient with us when trying to decide what bike to purchase. He and Scott answered all of our questions and never made us feel like we were wasting their time. They made the entire process very enjoyable. Literally all the guys here are fantastic people. If you are looking for a bike, friendly people that really want to make sure you end up with the right bike for you, check this place out and ask for Sam. He'll take great care of you!

Finally tracked down the bike I had been wanting. Sam was wonderful to work with over the phone and in person. When I made it up from Houston a few days later to purchase, we were in and out in about an hour. Thank you for a great experience. Looking forward to many many miles on the new Tenere 700!

I m from Sacramento CA. I was looking for a discontinued exhaust for my 2018 Yamaha mt10. I did a little homework and was able to locate one from these folks. They had it sitting on the shelf sometime. They were helpful and laid back from the moment I first called and gave me a great deal on it. I paid over the phone and they shipped it to me quick. I've bought 2 bikes from Lonestar in the past. 1st one was painless, sales people were great, finance went easy and I was happy. The 2nd bike was a different story. John, my sales guy, was great. Very knowledgeable and didn't waste anytime getting the sale done. Finance on the other hand completely dropped the ball every step of the way. I traded in my 1st bike on the 2nd and it took them 22 days to pay it off! After about 10 phone calls and having to get serious with them, they finally got it figured out. What took 5 minutes after all was said and done was drug on for 22 days. Very bad internal communication at the dealership was the culprit and could have been easily avoided. I most likely will not be purchasing from them in the future.

Took my Yamaha XSR900 in for 1st service and just blown away by the quality of work and customer service. Just happened to be a Triumph demo day as well so I got to test ride 10 different bikes while waiting for my bike to get finished. This was the best day ever I highly recommend Lone Star for anything motorcycle related

So, I went to this place a couple of years ago. This are the pics of the Yamaha I posted. We had come here after getting ignored at Dream Machine on 35. They had a ridiculous deal on this bike for $1999. I should have bought it that night, but silly me wanted to sleep on it. Next day, it was gone.Fast forward to a few weeks ago, we decided to pop in at my wife's suggestion to look around. Little did I know she was hatching a plan.Met Sam and he told me about a bike they had just gotten in. It hadn't been cleaned up, but he knew I wanted a good deal for a first bike. He showed me a Honda Shadow Spirit. It was a great size and felt good when I sat on it. My wife asked if I liked it and told Sam we were sold (after telling me to stop delaying what I want or I'll never do it).She and Sam worked out a great deal and arranged for them to deliver it. My first riding class is tomorrow and then I'll take my new Shadow (that I named Ramona) out.Thanks Sam and Lonestar.

Wonderful people all around.Padro Alvarez is great to work with. Not pushy and giving enough time to think and take a decision. Either it is hours or days. Explored few and bought Triumph Tiger 850 Sport from them. It was a smooth buying experience.Everyone in LoneStar Yamaha is wonderful. They helped me and my wife to find the right size helmets and never even pushed once to buy from them. It was wonderful. But few discounts available for motorcycle buyers if you plan to buy.Will do business with them in future as well.
