Amazing place to get an oil change. I was blown away by the politeness and knowledge that Kendrick has. I brought in my 2018 Colorado Work Truck that s been sitting for a few months and I asked him what he d recommended. He was able to provide me with 2 very good options, 1 was a high mileage treatment for motor, as it has 145,000 miles and another was a fuel treatment to help clean the fuel system and revitalize the old gasoline that s been sitting it. The knowledge he provided for both of these services along with the out of this water customer service was very eye opening. They even topped off all fluids and tire pressure, no questions asked. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Came in to get my cigarette lighter looked at. A coin got stuck in it and they get me fixed up so I can use my car charger. Quick and friendly svc, even when they were short staffed on a Sunday.

I came here for car inspection, their customer service is the best among the places I ve ever did my car inspection. They gave me warm greeting and kept updating the status while I m waiting. Everyone is friendly and not pushing sale there products. Highly recommend this location!

DO NOT GO HERE. Got my oil changed here, drove home, didn't move the car for a day, then the day after, driving home from work my engine goes out. Drove 53 miles after the change. There were no issues with my engine before, then only 53 miles after leaving them I'm having to buy a new engine. Also didn't put in the oil that I asked them to put in. I wish I could give 0 stars and a big red flag.

I had the best experience with this location! I literally walked in on a Tuesday evening and my oil change was complete within 10min!! great, friendly staff as well. They took my online coupon too! Just remember to print it out and provide to them. I will continue to use their services

Andy Jones serviced us today! Hubby and I have visited this place for 8 years (2 trucks, a fiat and 2 motorcycles) and have been satisfied each visit! No nonsense oil changes and car maintenance. These guys know what they are doing. After a bad experience at Take 5 oil change I found this shop and was very pleased with the competent and quick service. Thanks guys!

Kwik kar Manager - Please train n advice your employees to be nice n respectful to the customers and Also make sure they keep their words n Not mislead or mis calculate the prices after the service is done....Today me n my sister came for Oil change n they gave me one price before coming to the shop n then agreed with coupon, But after service is done they were giving me 3 diff new prices and Don't let me speak to the Actual manager..the lady left without explaining the current guy who was doing my bill.Very very Bad Customer service. People Please don't go here for any service until you lock the price and don't trust these people at front desk....

Had the worst experience with Joshua. From the time I pulled up and waited for someone to say anything to me for 5 mins then he walks up to my car and was in a mood! He rudely asked what I needed done, no hi, no good morning nothing. I simply needed my bulb changed for tail light I thought I had the bulb already and he rudely interjected and stated it would cost labor . Needless to say it took him under 10 mins and he charged me $42! I ll never go back.

Way better than the valvoline instant oil down the street. Come to Kwik Kar instead. Kendrick was very personable, knowledgeable and did an excellent job taking care of my vehicle.

It was a really awful encounter. I came in here last month or earlier in the morning for an emergency because my coolant was not working, my engine was overheating, and I had a Stop Engine light on. They did not fix my car. The air-coolant hose connector had a hole in it (I discovered this after going to another store).These morning shift workers attempted to sway me by telling me that I would have to sell them the car if I didn't repair the entire engine, which would have cost many thousand dollars. Maintaining the car any longer will be a waste of time. Then I had no interest in sell my car on spot, and then they Additionally, they charged for the inspection and labour but failed to fix the problem, so over $350 was paid. A customer who was in front of us requested and received a student discount. Even after we presented our ID, they refused to accept it and demanded hundreds of dollars, citing irrelevant fees. He simply showed me the hole in the hose and replaced it when I went to another store. Now my vehicle is operating smoothly.

When I pulled up I immediately was greeted by the service guy I think his name was Javier they took my car did my oil change and inspection fairly quickly I can t complain about the time or service Keep up the good work guys Chris the manager is pretty cool to he spoke and even offered me some water during my time there. Highly recommended the MacArthur location I will continue to Kwik Kar only on MacArthur

No better place for convenience and speedy service. I do my oil changes and inspections there. Courteous, knowledgeable and they also advise on maintenance issues that will avoid problems in future.

I wish I could give zero start to Kwik Kar, Irving location. I waited long enough to resolve matter with branch but I have enough of communication with owner not interested in resolving this matter. I had approached Kwik Kar Oil Change & Auto Care, Irving location on July 10 to fix the issue of newly replaced battery getting drained completely two days after not using car. Branch manager James McMerchant asked me to get car diagnosed with special Diagnosis Tool and based on diagnosis result, he confirmed the replacement of Alternator, Engine Starter, Intake Gasket were required to fix the battery draining issue. The diagnosis result was not provided to me in any form when I had asked for it on later day.Branch Manager also convinced me to pay in cash to reduce the repair/replacement cost from $1800 to $1100 and I was given written receipt on plain paper with his signature for any follow up service/issue that may arise and assured me the branch would take care of all the issues as usual.Even after replacement of Alternator, Starter on 7/11 and new battery second time few weeks later, the battery drains out completely and car does not start up if left unused for two days. Additionally, the technician also damaged the side cover inside the car on which I still have fingerprints and black dirt coming off their hands.Prior to confirming replacement of Alternator/Starter technician ran diagnosis confirming requirement of replacement of those two parts. When I asked for a diagnosis report he said they don't store such report and can't give to customer.When I visited last in Oct, I came to know they fired James, however I still see few of same technicians who worked with James McMerchant, proposed diagnosis. So I am sure other customers are still being cheated by these crook including owner who knows everything but does not have spine to correct this. Hiring an honest, trustworthy, and reliable professional is owner's job which they failed to do, costing me $1,100, an OEM Alternator and OEM starter, warranty of newly purchased battery from Walmart and purposely broke part by technical that would cost another $700.In addition now owner asking me to hire lawyer to get any discussion. I made one mistake of going to Kwik Car costed me a lot and now I have corrected it by avoiding for any work.

Went to get my squealing brakes checked and wipers changed.Got told brakes still had life left so saved me some money there and got the wipers changed.Honest mechanics with good service.

Efficient and Friendly. I appreciate that. I wish they wouldn t have the lobby TV on controversial political news playing so loud. Customers should have an option to watch something else while waiting. We have 10 months of election noise left, not every one appreciates loud obnoxious politicians while waiting.

They are not accountable for the work they doo worst experience they just over charge you and if there is any problem after the service they dont care I would not suggest this place to any one they don t listen to what customer says just dont visit them. For all the people around never make a mistake visiting them just because they have some discount coupon.

These guys helped me tremendously! I thought I needed brakes and a rotor, but it was a steering knuckle instead. They also showed me what else needed done on the car. Prices made me smile! I'll be back when needed

I had to have an engine oil change and decided to do a transmission oil change as well. I drive an old 2004 Ford Freestar and it has been doing a great job so far. Never had any issues with it. The Oil change was reasonable but the Transmission change really shocked me. I wasn't expecting to pay $230 for it. But I needed it done because I don't know when was the last time it was changed since my aunt and uncle owned the car. On top of that, their website says they offer Military discount but I was only given a discount for the engine oil change and not the transmission oil change. One of the younger mechanics was kind enough to walk over to the office where I sat waiting and showed me that the Oil was changed and now clean. Bit difference. So, in the future, I'm going to check around next time to see which Auto shop offers Military discount for all auto services because I still felt like I overpaid.

The shop does a decent job when it comes to like oil change, and the technicians are good, but do not trust them for anything beyond that. The shop manager Jeremy shows poor managing skills and would do the sketchy stuff (including offering work that's under the table, discounted price in cash so he can keep in his own pocket). Also He will give you a low quote in the beginning, but then rack up the prices by telling you that this work requires additional work, by the end you would pay more than what you anticipate it. Also, they will have you pay even if they cannot fix your car.

I am very happy that have done inspection here .They explained me all the questions very patiently to make me understand the inner details of the car.
