Had my oil changed here this morning. When I left the service manager did not tell me the spilled oil on the engine manifold and other parts of the engine. I drove home and smoke was coming out from my hood and fresh oil dripping on my drive. I returned to Kwik Kar where he then told me what happened. I now have oil all over my engine, hood, windshield wipers and windshield. I should have been given a refund for such a poor job.Edit on follow-up:So, the company asked for me to complete a survey and provide more information privately. Well, that I did, but no response for the past two (2) weeks since I provided the additional info.So, don't get the impression they have extended their customer hospitality to me. So far, all they have done is make it appear they have or in the process of attempting to reach out to me. That they did, but the ball is still in their court.My rating for the service still stands. If I could give a lower rating that one star, I would. I would certainly advise everyone take care if you should seek service from this location.Edit on Follow-upStill no response regarding the poor service besides they were upset and wanted me to take a survey.It doesn't matter to them how poor of a job was done. I am very pleased with Kwik Kar Oil Change.. I ve been using this location for a while. Felipe one of their technicians has always serviced my vehicles and has been honest and straight forward about what is needed or recommended.. therefore I will continue to use this location with him working there.

I came in for a state inspection, was checking and out by Cesar who was so knowledgeable and informative! I really enjoyed the professionalism!Imy car was serviced by Terrance who was the sweetest thing ever! He bring a such value to this establishment! At the end of my service, I was informed of future work that would be needed, and I also let Terrance know the vacuum had ate my quarters, and he happily walked over and made the moment right, inserting his own personal change and getting me my vacuum! I highly recommend this place! 5 stars for Terrance!

Got My A/C serviced here Terrence and his team where so nice and professional, they got me in and out quick now my Air conditioning works GREAT! Just in time for Texas Summer, I highly recommend!

Friendly and fast. Waiting area was clean and warm on a very cold day (and coffee was available)! This was the 4th place I stopped trying to get my car inspected, and theirs was the only place where the equipment was working! I'll go there first next time!

No Good at all !! Lack of communication issues there!! I was there today to do my vehicle inspection! I was just observing what's the Technician was doing! When I saw one of the Technician is draining my engine oil!! I told the Technician who is closed to me, hey I am here to do inspection not for oil change!! I put my insurance and state inspection letter on dash board as I was getting out of my car. I also told by Technician make sure put insurance and state inspection letter on dashboard. So, I am not sure how doing oil change instead of inspection???? It was a horrible experience for me ! If was not outside checking, they would have done oil change. I just had my oil change month or so ago !!!

Cesar provided excellent customer service! He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check the oil level afterwards. I would highly recommend this shop to friends and family. Truly amazing experience!

The guys at Kwik Kar were very professional and kind. Terrence answered my questions and recommended the things that were needed. They found my Lionel Richie cd that had been missing and gave it to me.I would definitely recommend Kwik Kar to my family and friends. Thanks again Terrence, Felipe and Jacob on a job well done.

Had same break job done at a small shop an oil changed for 400 bucks. This place wanted 700 a axle no break job ever costs that maybe on my rig. Guy was super rude

Car inspection not atop my list, but registration s due by 12/31. They had it finished before I could write note to a friend! Waiting space, restroom are clean, inviting much better than other places gone. Excellent, courteous service!

I went to do my state inspection but after sometimes they came with a rejection letter though it passed all mechanical inspection. Their point of failing inspection - my car has no front mounted license plate. In fact this car model does not have any front bucket to mount the other license plate that I have kept inside my car. They also said it's now a law that I have to mount the other license plate at the front even though my car model doesn't support or come with a bracket. If they know this and saw already my car has no front mounted license plate WHY DID THEY PERFORM THE INSPECTION THEN INSTEAD OF TELLING ME THAT "YOU FIRST COME BACK WITH FRONT LICENSE PLATE MOUNTED AND WE WILL DO THE INSPECTION". It's very unfair the way they charged me. I wouldn't go to this store and will never recommend others to go to this place for any service.

Mr Frank and the guys hooked me up! They were very kind and friendly, gave me information I needed to know. They didn t have my filter in stock but usually they would have gone to auto zone to get it but was short staffed on this Sunday visit. I will definitely be back as long as Mr Frank is there!!!

I brought my car to this location off of Esters and 183 FWY. My car was making a clinging noise. Mr. Frank and Chris took a look at it. They both was very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the problem.My car had a part that was broken. They took such great care of my problem in such a quick and professional way. I use this location for all my services and its always a professional environment. I am very satisfied customer. If you need any work done and your looking for knowledge, friendly and professional service. This location is the place.

Horrible horrible customer service from the Manager Terrance they were already cheking my car and he got a horrible atittude with me and was going to slam my cars hood close while the other guy was still working on it the other guy had to stop him. He was a being smartasss and just running his mouth sooo rudely I dont understand how you can have him as a manager it was horrendous having to deal with him, the other guy was soo nice and he still continued to help me even after all that
