I recently entrusted JR Customs with my 2022 cargo van Sprinter, hoping to elevate its functionality and comfort to the next level, and I must say, they delivered beyond my expectations. The transformation they achieved can only be described as converting an ordinary van into a luxury jet on wheels.I can confidently say that my expectations were not just met, but exceeded. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to elevate their vehicle's interior to the highest standard of luxury and sophistication.I will be returning to JR Customs for the conversion of my other Sprinters.

Genuinely super happy with their quality of work. They really helped me out a lot. I got a 4 inch lift and new wheels and tires installed and it rides perfect. I ve been driving for I think about a week now and have had no issues at all. Thank yall so much! I have and will refer them to anyone that asks what shop to go to.

I was led to JR s Custom Auto from another satisfied client, who had only great things to say about JR and his crew.They sourced and upfit an amazing wheelchair accessible Sprinter van for me.JR clearly cares about his clients, is a great communicator and excellent on following up and following through!Juan walked me through my completed Sprinter build and was very thorough.Aubrey takes care of business and makes it go smooth!The whole team is great and they clearly care about the work they re doing. They carry themselves with well-deserved pride that is backed up by the superior end-product they presented me with.You won t regret working with the folks at JR s Custom Auto!

JRs installed the 4.3 Van Compass upgrade on my storyteller sprinter van. They did a great job and have great communication with the customer during the process. I will definitely be doing any upgrades I don't install myself with them in the future. Happy to have a local place that I trust with my $$$ van.

JR s did fantastic work on upgrading my Sprinter van. Aubrey was a joy to work with - she communicated with me during the entire process and provided service that was above and beyond. The work is high quality and they don t cut corners - my Sprinter turned out beautiful. I highly recommend coming here for custom work. Great experience!

Everyone from JR/owner to Aubrey/Sales&Scheduling to Robert/Installation Tech were all professional and polite. We had two seats installed in our van and they look great and insure the safety of our volunteers. We will be going back soon to get a back step mounted. Hopefully, we can raise the funds to have the window put in the side door - all features that were needed for safety of us and our volunteers. So, definitely looking forward to utilizing their services again. Highly recommend them.

My experience with JR s Custom Auto Service, was an experience worthy of mentioning. Had Air Suspension upgraded on our Mercedes Sprinter in record time. Took only (3) days instead of a week!Aubrey gave concise and great customer service.The technicians Homer and Spencer definitely know their craft and have expert knowledge of the mechanics of the automotive repair and upgrades.I m a firm believer that You get what you pay for .So, my advice is that if you want it done right the first time, waste no time and give JR s Custom Auto Service, a shout

If you have sprinter van this is the place to go, for every outfit you need.It was my first time there meeting with JR, he made me feel like family his stuff especially was very helpful and professional. He did my suspension on my sprinter and new rims with tiresAnd save me $4000Thank you JR for all your help you have a great shop

I would recommend JR s for any type of specialized improvement to your vehicle!! We ve gotten new rims tires and lifted a jeep and are extremely Satisfied!! Recently had a camera installed on my wife s luxury car and their service and follow through were exceptional.Again I would highly recommend them!!

In a time where great customer service has gone by the wayside, it was refreshing to experience it again! JR s and specifically Aubrey, were friendly, very efficient and responsive and most of all knowledgeable about their product. Aubrey kept us informed throughout the entire process and was a pleasure to work with. This company is run right and I would highly recommend them!!!

6 months, a cargo van to a limo-off road van, JR s have a wonderful team to build my dream van, 12 seats maximum, off-rode available, I can go to a great club and my ranch with a same van. Everything s in Taxes bigger, I got a lot of fun with my 170 extended. Thanks JR s team, Aubrey, Juan, Hammer, you are the best!

For top-notch service and sales, be sure to consider JR s Custom Auto Service. They kept me in loop from start to finish. My job was small compared to the incredible array of Sprinter van and other conversions going on in their shop, but they treated me like king nonetheless. Very impressive to say the least. I took my 2023 Sprinter in for a suspension upgrade and JRs did a great job installing the van compass 4.3. It took out the rear sag with all the weight and drives so much better.JRs was responsive with all my questions, flexible with scheduling, and had a quick turnaround. Thank you!

First visit: random stop to ask if they could install the caliper covers I bought. They said no problem. While they had it. I asked them to see if they could figure out how to get my tow hitch cover to use the LED lights that came with it. No problem.Second visit: hey guys . How do I best get my tires from rubbing when I turn? Best thing to do is level it.. . Done. Brought it back on my scheduled time and it was done the same day.Third visit: haven t had one yet but at the rate these guys work and how good they are . They already know I am coming back. About that smoking out my tail lights hrmmThe entire team there are so open and just super willing to help out.I will say that JRs may not be the absolute lowest price out there but; if you re even considering something for your vehicle why would you settle for anything less than amazing? You invested in your car you re obviously trying to improve it .Love these guys

JR s Custom Auto got my car in quickly & understood exactly what I wanted. Now my Onyx Black 2023 GMC Yukon Denali has become my dream-come-true car! I told them I wanted all the chrome to be black, totally blacked out. They delivered big-time! It s a BEAST!!! And I love it!!!

I had ordered wheels for my Yukon. They answered my questions right away. Sent wheels out same day. They arrived and were exactly what they said they were- A condition. Very nice to deal with and highly recommend!

Definitely recommend JR s Auto Service. We brought our SUV out 20yrs ago and only realized that after bringing our STO to the same store again by accident. The customer service was outstanding. I must have texted Aubrey 30times and she was very patient and informative answering all my questions. Will be bringing my STO back for further upgrades.Also met JR when picking up the sprinter and he gave me some tips on tire size.

I loved the whole outfit at JR s!! Their video matched their audio they did exactly what they said they would do for the exact price they said they would do it, no surprises! My car is riding like brand new again! It was the cleanest and coolest automotive place I ve ever gone to, even better than some dealerships. The people were friendly and so was Socks, the owner s cute dog!!

We took our Sprinter Van to JR s to get insulation, window tinting and rear air conditioning installed. JR told us we probably wouldn t need the AC installed, as the insulation and tinting would probably be enough enough to keep our dogs cool in this Texas heat. As it turned out, he was right! He could have easily sold us the AC unit, but he was honest with us, and saved us a fairly good chunk of money. Their facility is very clean and efficient, and the quality of the workmanship is quite good. Definitely recommend!
