I worked with James on my truck. They process was flawless and they were able to make my truck look better than new. My truck was so close to being totaled but somehow they were able to make it perfect. James was very helpful and enthusiastic about my customization ideas. I will be coming here for all future repairs on all of my vehicles

The place seems busy and you typically have some waiting time before they get you in. But they do a decent job. The prices are not cheap and therefore you need to be getting repairs through your insurance. The time frame of the repairs is reasonable, staff is friendly and best of all they keep you updated with the progress of work. I had a minor scratch at the back of the car and I was willing to pay for that out of pocket. But the person said they will touch up without any extra charge. I was delighted. But to my dismay, they did not do it at all. The car was also not returned on the promised date but I can forgive that as apparently there were some technical issues with the car sensors that took more than expected time. So overall decent service with just a few minor complaints and hence deducted one star

Angie Burns was extremely helpful, and very polite. She helped us from beginning to end, and helped us get back on the road with our car looking the way it was. Her team is amazing, they know exactly what they are doing and I would highly recommend her to everyone!!! 100/10!!!

My 2015 kia soul went here after I wrecked it on 2/1. The people here are great. Even though my car was totaled there we very helpful on what I needed to remove before I released car

JDS had the best professionalism, I took my car in for some body repairs from a collision. I went in last Tuesday, expected to have my car back by the next Thursday. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they called 2 days earlier and said my car was ready. So it took them only a week to repair my vehicle. The work done was superior! I also love that they have a lifetime warranty on any of their repairs. Thank y all so much! My baby looks brand new again!@MissMo2323

It looks like Angie doesn t like to go over the details of the repair with me when I went there to pick up my car. I know the replacement of my rear bumper cover is very easy. But I also want to know the details of the pre-scan and post-scan of my car. At last I just asked for the scan reports of my car. My first name that progressive insurance company gave them was wrong, and I told Angie about it when I was leaving. But it looks like that she didn t want to take care of it. In addition, the collision center is also a progressive approved facility. Another lady who helped my car pickup was very nice, I like her. The whole repair process was very fast. Although the bumper cover that Progressive insurance chose was totally a new one, but it didn t fit my car completely. And also I m not sure whether it is very secure and strong enough to protect us like my old damaged one.

My car was done in 7 days. Looks brand new again. They washed it cleaned the windows and vacuumed. Quality service for a good price. Highly recommend.

JDS was simply amazing from arrival to departure. I took my mothers car there for repairs after a quarter panel area impact, a tough fix. The staff up front was not only superb and friendly, but James took us through step-by-step of what was going to occur with the entire process, which was great since it was my first accident repair claim.I would commend this business on OUTSTANDING customer service and high QUALITY workmanship! Every aspect of the repair was tended too, and it truly looks brand new, if not better. From timely automated updates to the handling of insurance paperwork, it was truly hassle-free. These guys are the real, in addition to repairing my damage vehicle professionally, the cleaned the interior of my car, cleaned and waxed the outside. I picked up a very clean car.They communicated with me the whole time and kept me updated.

JDS is an awesome facility to complete your car repairs. The owner himself will guarantee his work as it reflects him and his character. He will do all he can in his power to accommodate you and your auto repair even if your insurance company is not willing to hold up their end of the bargain. I highly recommend his facility and service is excellent. My car looks like it was never involved in a hit and run that almost took my life . Thank you for serving our communities unbiased.

Working with them is a hassle. I wish I never went to them. Both myself and the insurance company told them the issues with my car and they never fixed it and now it s an issue again. Estimator is the worst offender of them all. Don t come here.If you want to be listened to go somewhere else. Employees that cut you off and and refuse to let you speak is what you ll get when you come here. I had to go somewhere else to get the issues with my car fixed. Unsatisfactory customer service.It is a lie to say the insurance company and dealership told me these things when it was first brought to you and not fixed. The dealership fixed the issue not JDs

They do outstanding work. From the moment I walked in, the front desk was very pleasant and friendly. They helped with my rental car and I was kept in constant communication via text on the status of my repair. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and fresh smelling the inside of my car was. They fixed my van after the other shop gave it back broke 2 times. Great service. Friendly and fast. I had a defective part. Even though it cost them they fixed my van door free. The staff are all so nice. I will always recommend JDS.

My truck looks good as new! Dropped my truck off exactly a week ago for a very deep scratch and significant dent. Communication was present throughout the entire process, and last but not least, they took the headache of dealing with insurance agents out of the process! Will definitely recommend to anyone in the DFW area

Gave my car for repair last Monday got the estimate by the end of the day. Fast forward one week later, today I got my car back. Before giving me my car they completely detailed the inside and outside and the repair was done immaculately. Also gave lifetime warranty on the repair. Very helpful from the beginning. I ended up going to get a few estimates for my insurance snd felt most comfortable from my walk in experience with JDS. I ended up going with them for insurance Collision and would recommend them. JD was very informative throughout the process and kept in touch. Shop and lot is also very clean. Lobby area has complimentary beverages as well.

JDS is incredible! They do awesome work and I couldn't be more pleased. They are on top of communication, letting you know each step of the way where they're at in the repair stages. They re very fast but left some paint tips that I didn t have, would expect better quality. People are very nice though.-Updates: It was frustrating that it took time to complete all of details, brought my car back to this place several times. However, they re always very nice and tried to fix it as quickly as possible. Always cleaned up my car. So I d appreciate it and would rate 3.5 stars.

Ok, I can't say enough nice things about JD and the helpful staff here. They went above and beyond to get our truck back ASAP. We had one tiny glitch with the back up warning system and they fixed it promptly. Hopefully, we won't have another fender bender but if we do JDS Collision repair is where we'll get it fixed.

I've had alot of vehicles, in shops for auto body/hail damage for several decades. Dave and JD and crew did their due diligence. Can't not even see where repairs were made. Their detail to customer satisfaction is impeccable!! Excellent job!!

My insurance company sent me here. I wanted to go to the place where I had taken my car previously. Everyone was friendly, helpful,and communicated well. The warranty of workmanship was a suprise and appreciated. I would strongly recommend them

My insurance recommended JDS and I couldn't be more satisfied. Brought it in Monday and they had it fixed on Friday. The staff is extremely friendly and took good care of me! Would recommend. Used all OEM parts.

Took 3 months for our part to come in (not their fault). The part got in right before we had to move and they were able to finish the repair in time (which let us avoid having to change our plans). They even wash the car before you get it back, excellent service.

They did a very good job on repairing my toyota camry, but I don't know what sticky stuff they spray that got on my rims that is not coming off with soap and I even used a rag to try to make it come off, and it still won't. I might have to go back whenever my husband comes back from out of town with the car.

That Angie is no good, my car was hit by a hail storm while in their yard, than that Angie told me to open a claim and guaranteed me that there were not gonna be any changes to my rates. Turns out my rates went up because of the claim. I do not recommend this dump.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
