Mr. Quoc and his mechanics are highly professional. Everyone work for money but they have ethics and not just for the sake they recommend anything for the car. I was impressed by the way they handle the necessary repair. I have recommended to my friends as well and my go to shop always.

Found this spot on Google as I was searching for a good regular mechanic near my home. The reviews were great and I am adding another to go with the rest. Lobby is simple but functional with free massage chairs. The owner, Mr. Quoc, greeted me and I could tell right away he was gonna be my new car doctor. It is obvious he is experienced and competent. I bought an old Celica that needed a handful of issues taken care of. He was direct and upfront regarding the estimated costs and managed to dissuaded me from getting a couple things done that weren't really necessary that he could've just replaced and not say anything - I wouldn't have been the wiser. This sort of integrity is uncommon in my experience. The suspension and brake work was beautifully performed and finished when promised. The price ended up being cheaper than the initial estimate too! Don't be put off by his somewhat dry demeanor if you're sensitive to that sort of thing, he'll warm up. Big thumbs up from me as him and his team do fantastic work at a great price and he's close enough for me to walk home. Recommended? Absolutely.

Mr Quoc is top notch and honest mechanic. I had an extensive amount of work done at his shop - shocks, struts, control arms, ball joints, radiator install, timing belt/water pump and power steering. He told me what I needed to buy and he did the job labor only at a fair price. I dropped my car off on a Monday and had it ready to go by Thursday morning. For as much work as was required, he did it very timely! He was also helpful in diagnosing an issue with my other car, which he said not to worry about and continue driving. He's earned my trust and I already told my family about how we need to take our Japanese cars to Mr Quoc from now on!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

I live an hour drive from this Repair shop. Even though I moved from Irving, I still go here for service. I towed my vehicle and got the repair done with quality service.

We don't take our cars anywhere else in my family!! This place charges fairly for parts and labor and also doesn't try to upsell you for a bunch of services you don't actually need. It's ALWAYS busy, but that's only because they're so good. Parking here is kinda sketchy, imma be honest, I wish they had a bigger lot, but don't let that scare you off. If you legit don't want to pay an arm and leg for services rendered, I HIGHLY recommend bringing your car here!!

My family has been coming to this shop for almost 2 decades now! Quoc has always been so helpful and honest about his work. If you re looking for a consistent car shop, the Japanese Auto Repair is definitely the place to do business with.

This place is all about good service. They will fix your vehicle like no other. That was my experience with Japanese Auto repair.I've been going here over 5 years not one complaint from me. The prices are not made up or dishonest. Japanese Auto repair are better than my Acura dealership in my opinion and belief. I won't mention which dealership. Everytime I brought my vehicle into Acura dealership something always needed to be fixed or something was always broken..in my opinion and belief something was not right .I started taking my Acura SUV to Japanese Auto repair and no more problems arose . Thank God for creating such a wonderful place to get my vehicle fixed. This morning I will go for an oil change and no where else. I live in Watauga Texas and I'm from NYC. When you find a place like this I would advise anyone to stay with people that love and help you not hurt you. That's just how I feel and believe . What a great place to have found.

Quality service at prices way less than other auto stores. He would be super busy all the times. Call him and schedule your appointment. Front bulb change fee - he used two post lift and still charged just 33% of other auto repair quote . CV axle change price at 60% of the other quotes.

HONEST. COMPETENT. EFFICIENT. PROFESSIONAL. HONEST.I am so thankful that my path crossed with this shop. Price is absolutely fair. I know a thing about car repairs. I've never owned a new car and I have brothers who've taught me how to know a good mechanic. So my review can be trusted, but for the fact that we're human and you might form a different opinion, however if we keep things objective...you will appreciate the value and standard of care here. Plus the bathroom is EXCEPTIONALLY clean.

Mr. Quoc is a great person to take your Lexus/Toyota/Honda/Acura to. He has been working on our cars for years. Very honest and straightforward man.He did Oil change on both our cars and also replaced Alternator on my wife's car and did A/C Recharge.....We will keep using him - he does great work.Thank you, Mr. Quoc.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto battery maintenance, Oil change

He is truly the best mechanic I've had. The prices have always very and often far less than expected. Once he's given an estimate/quote, he sticks to it. His evaluations never include unnecessary work. I very highly recommend him.

I had a very bad experience here. I took my Infiniti here because it had a check engine light for O2 sensor and HID headlight not turning on. I clearly asked him if he could fix it and he said yes and I left the car with him. When I went to pick up the car next day, the engine light was still on and he said, I did what I had to do, if it is not fixed I can t do anything. And had audacity to ask for the payment on hours he put in without ever fixing the problem. The headlight started flickering after couple days too. Waste of time and money. I had it fixed at a place nearby.

cannot recommend this mechanic enough! so glad i brought my car to Quoc. he was able to fix my car so quickly i was in and out in the same day and my car now runs so smoothly. i even took it when my air horn wasn't working and he fixed it for FREE!! again FOR FREE!! honestly when was the last time a mechanic did any work on a car for free?!People, if you drive a Toyota, Honda, Acura, or Nissan, and your vehicle needs service, do yourself a favor and bring it to Quoc. honest and efficient work. couldn't be happier. I'm definitely going back when my car starts acting stupid again.And the massage chairs in the waiting room are just the perfect touch.

We took our car here about 3 weeks ago, because it was making a sound. The mechanic was wonderful he fixed it and the car sounds and feels brand new. I definitely recommend this mechanic. It's such a relief to know a trustworthy mechanic to go to now that knows what they're doing. And the price was great. My husband also said he was very nice.
