The guy that works in the office should not be dealing with the public and is very unprofessional. Update, Honcura was unable to fix my car and told me that it was my computer, so I took it to the place they recommended GoECM and paid 295.00. GoECM said the computer was repaired and I took it back to Honcura and once again they said that the computer was not working. I took the computer back to GoECM and they tested it and said it was working and I then took it back to Honcura and the car would not start. I had the car towed to another shop in Fort Worth called Dealer Alternative and the car in now running. They said the problem was the fuel pump assembly. I had my car towed to and from Honcura and paid almost a thousand bucks in total for this and only for them to misdiagnose what was wrong with the car! AND they did not put the car back together see the photos.I will never go back to Honcura!

I was quoted $225 by Honda to LOOK at my door to tell me what was wrong with it. These guys looked at it for free, and then fixed it for $300 in 2 hours. Apparently the estimates from Honda to fix that roller would have been north of $1200!!!They don't make them like this anymore. Nice, helpful, and affordable. I am happy to have found my new mechanic!!!

Update:3/17/24I brought my Camry to the garage because it was still under warranty. They took my car in and conducted a thorough test after keeping it overnight in their garage. The problem turned out to be the temperature sensor. They replaced the sensor, and now my car is back to normal. I'm really grateful for their assistance! Additionally, they replaced one of the headlights for free since it was not working. I've been going to this garage for the past 18 years, and they always take care of my car issues. I highly recommend this garage for any of your car needs!03/09/24I took my 1999 Toyota Camry to Honcura on February 10 to fix a coolant leak. The service cost me $980, and they also replaced the timing belt and water pump. However, since then, I've been experiencing issues starting my car. Every morning, it doesn t want to start, keep trying to start and after few tries if it starts, but as soon as I press the gas pedal, it stalls with all the lights on the panel on. I have to pump the gas pedal to get it started again. This problem only occurs on the first start of the day. I initially thought it was a battery issue and replaced it, but the problem persists. I never had this problem before bringing my car in for the coolant/oil leak repair.

I have visited them in 3 times and got good experience the 3 times. I feel they are honest and do good repairs. First time, they changed my starter which after 1+ years still works fine. Second time they told me I didn't need brakes yet (any other shop may nor be that honest), third time, they replaced valve gasket cheaper than what dealer asked.

I ve don t really review much, and I ve been going to this auto shop for well over a decade, after the management changed at this shop a few years ago it has gone from friendly and helpful to a disrespectful and a scam. I ve gotten my power steering fixed 3 times from here, each time I bought the parts and left them with the shop and was told it would be perfect, I ve paid close to 3k to replace now. Today I m finding out from a Honda certified technician that my power steering has never been replaced and what they must have been doing was adding more power steering fluid and tape to parts, apparently power steering is a closed system and if I replace all the parts right the first time it should be good . I assume they kept my parts, didn't install, and didn t tell me. When I mentioned it to the owner, he said he doesn t remember cause he can t remember everything and unless I have my copy of the work order he s not doing anything about it . Even though he recognizes me and my car Please whatever you do, avoid this shop at all cost, pay more the first time to get it taken care of professionally with Honda certified pros. These guys are amateurs that only know how to run a card. Literally saw him yell at a Japanese fellow for asking when he needs to be back for an oil change, because he wrote it on the wall and doesn t wanna say it? Lmfao what?! Horrible service. If lawyers cost less I d sue lol.

Super honest, they make sure you're not wasting your money. If they can't do a fix, they'll send me elsewhere that will for an amazing price you'd get charged almost 3 times more at other shops.They are happy to perform a service if you bring in the part.

They took the time to look at my car, turned out being an easy fix, they just needed to tighten something. Did not charge me anything. Friendly people, will be back in the future.

If you want to get your AC fixed for real, that's the place...very serious people and know their job. I went there twice and I never had to go back because, when they fixed it, it's always perfect

Received a quote from another place, and decided to visit this place instead due to taking my vehicle here previously. Turns out the repair wasn t as major as the other guys made it out to be. This place has good quality service and good prices. Come visit this place soon.

Owner is very RUDE . He won t upsell or anything, but with any other requests his blood boils up FAST. After my last repair, the engine light showed up , and had to go back. His response wasn t friendly at all; he simply said to go away and come back just before inspection time , and he will somehow magically fix the light and pass the inspection. It might not his fault and could simply be coincidental that engine light popped up after repair- but that is no way to behave with your customer. NOT GOING BACK..Service: Transmission

I have had 2 repairs made here on my classic Isuzu and am cued for more. Very fun and straightforward employees. Honest fair pricing in my opinion, and the owner is a hoot. I'm happy to support this local business who have been helping Irving residents for 30+ years!

Honest mechanic with best prices. Everytime I come here, they always only work on what has to be done. They don't push to upsell or do anything that wasn't needed. I won't go anywhere else.

Truly Honest staff there. My battery went out and autozone said alternator is bad. Honcura's quote was more than $500 cheaper than the dealer quotes. When I brought the car in, they checked it and alternator is outputting bad voltage due to the type of battery that it is using and I need to get the AGM battery instead. They don't just take your money to do the work. They make sure to diagnose it correctly. I have been going there since 90's. I haven't been there recent years but they consistently provide Honest and superb service when I came back. I highly recommend them.

Called the business to explain the problem and ask if I can bring my car for a check. The owner is so rude, does not seem to understand anything or care for new customers, hung up the phone abruptly. Cannot trust such a business with my car, never going there.

At Honcura they really care about their customers! I'm grateful for how they work to find cost efficient solutions. I feel confident having my cars repaired here because they are very knowledgeable and keep you informed. The repair work is solid and I recommend them to family and friends when they ask for a repair shop.

The absolute best around! 1,000% trustworthy, they will tell you when you do or don't need something done and why. They will even show you what is where on your engine and why they do or don't need to take action. As a woman it is especially hard to know who to trust when it comes to quality mechanic work with fair prices, but I would send anyone here for any reason and I come out of my way now to continue using them as my primary mechanic. Thank you for being so wonderful!

I have been using this shop since 2005.I trust this shop with my Life! What I like most about this shop is trust! These cats won't jack up price or mess around. They are straight forward and honest. They are very affordable although some places are more cheaper but beware the cheaper places will jack up prices once they performed work on your car. What I like about this shop is they won't milk your pocket.. I am very cautious person if someone is trying to nickle and dime me I'll know by body language and I am a ex mechanic my self. I have put this shop to test many times... and they are just so honest I have to recommend them. You get what you pay for... I seen some of some negative reviews complaining about prices being expensive, I been coming here many years... If you want a real review take it from someone who had more experience than one visit.These guys are number one in the Dfw.I come here for any car issue.The guy name Toe will take care of you.I got these cats on speed dial that's how good they are.

This is the best auto shop I've ever been to, without a doubt. The guys working here are extremely honest and fair, often doing minor repairs without charge. I've probably brought cars here (mine and family) a dozen times or more, and I never feel ripped off in the slightest. They are pretty much always busy and many are long time/repeat customers, which speaks to their strong reputation.

They replaced 2 of the headlights on my Mercedes for $50. How can anyone beat that?Went there after close. They saw both front headlights were out and they went beyond their duty to help me. Thank you guys.Been going here for about 10 years. To is a gentleman and a very good technician.All are hard working and good people here.

Hands down the BEST experience I've ever had with an auto shop! I've never met a mechanic that i didn't feel was trying to pull the wool over my eyes until now! They will show you exactly what is wrong and explain why. Genuine, polite, and flexible! They will even allow you to supply your own parts (sans warranty, of course) so you can control your budget!I will be bringing my business back again and again!

I have been bring my car here for regular service for the past 2 years. To is a very honest guy and hard working. He will diagnose and tell you what exactly needs to be done. No jacking up of prices as in most dealerships. I had a headlight replacement, transmission fluid drain and refill and air filter replaced for a labor of just 140$. I got the parts. The dealership charge for the labor was 350$. The work they do is really good. He loves collecting currencies from different countries as a hobby and displaying them, so if you have some, please gift him the same.
