I had the greatest experience buying my car from the preowned department at Freeman Hyundai/Mazda! First, let me say that it was not only a great experience with my seller, but with the entire staff. Daisy was my salesperson. She was very attentive understanding a sweetheart and I would say if you re looking for a car most definitely ask for her. The manager of the department was amazing even to the financing department, which I was already financed so I just had to go sign paperwork was great. The entire experience was great. I found my place to go to for the future cars and I would tell anyone to stop by there if you re looking for a vehicle. Even if you re looking for a new car, I have dealt with Larry in the new car sales. Just the entire vibe of the Freeman Hyundai is a great vibe. It s a family type environment and you don t feel rushed or pushed. There s no adding stuff to your car where they re adding all these unknown cost. It s just an amazing experience. They re very upfront and honest and I am extremely pleased with my car. You can t go wrong with them.

My daughter purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson last week and seven days later I went in and purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade. We could not be happier with the service and kindness provided to us by Herman Mansel, and Nora in financing. Our family highly recommends Freeman Hyundai! Please ask for Herman! He is professional, doesn t waste time, and is incredibly respectful.

We purchased a Hyundai Venue a week ago from Freeman in Irving. Herman made our experience at a car dealership an awesome one. He listened to our wants and needs and went about finding the right vehicle for me. He spent days sending me information and options, was completely honest and transparent about what they had, what he could get, and other Hyundai vehicles to choose from. I had an amazing experience buying a pre-owned 2020 Lexus ES 350 from Freeman Hyundai. I needed to sell my vehicle before purchasing the lexus, and Bret Combs was very helpful, patient, kind, responsive, and flexible with handling my needs. I felt truly valued and accommodated here. Rodney helped me with financing, and he took really great care of me as a first time car buyer. The customer service here is excellent! It was a pleasure doing business here. Every car buying experience should be as easy and stress free as what I experienced at this dealership.

We had a great experience at this location and Mr.Lou was exceptional. We just walked in to window shop, but ended up leaving with a new car! He was very convincing, calm, knowledgable, and patient with us. He walked us through the process step by step and gave us a good orientation of the car we purchased. I believe he s a great asset to the company and highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy here!

We went to the Hyundai dealer to just look at vehicles. During the entire process Herman was fantastic. There wasn't one question he didn't answer for us. We went home with a brand new Santa Fe. I highly recommend going to go see Herman.

Lou was extremely helpful and made my car purchase a positive experience. He showed me all of the features of the Tuscon in great detail before test driving it. He was very knowledgeable and had answers to all of my questions. He is also a very kind and thoughtful person, he really goes above and beyond for the customer. I could tell that Lou really cared about me and finding the best fit for me in a car. I didn't find that anywhere else while car shopping, so I really appreciated that!

Do not hesitate to stop in here on your vehicle search. My friends at freeman will take care of you to find the car you really want. They willNot have any hidden dealer fees or nonsense. I want to Commend my Sales representative Mr Patrick! Mr. Volcy will do his best to help you with a deal that you are comfortable with. We all know dealerships and sales people can be intimidating and overwhelming, but that was not our experience at Freeman! Tori was the person we worked with and she was AMAZING! She was very welcoming, kind, informative, and honest. She answered all our questions and ensured that we got the vehicle we wanted. Steven was the financial person we worked with, and he was also very informative and honest! There was no pressure or push from either Tori or Steven to choose a specific vehicle or financial package. There was always open communication and they truly worked towards putting the customer first.Overall our experience at Freeman was great and in the future we will definitely recommend it to friends and family

I had a fantastic experience with Lou who helped us purchase our dream car Hyundai Palisade. From the moment we walked into the Hyundai Freeman dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect vehicle for my needs. I love Hyundai and Hyundai Finance. My experience leasing with them is always positive and professional. I highly recommend Freeman Hyundai, the entire staff, from sales to finance, is fantastic. A special shout out to Patrick Volcy in sales, for making my experience a one of a kind, he was not just going through the motions, he was realistic, and informative. got there on time for an oil change servicing package on time. Was told the wait time would be around 1 hour 15 mins as it was packed Saturday which I think is reasonable. Went to a restaurant around and got a text when the car was ready so went back to pick up which was as close to the time representative had told me about. Overall very nice staffs, true to words and efficient process.

Will was very knowledgeable, easy going and did not try to pressure us, unlike a few of the other sales representatives at other dealers. He was also very respectful of my wife during the test drive process, unlike sales representatives as a couple of the other dealerships we tried. We liked him enough that we bought two vehicles from him. I highly recommend Will and Freeman Hyundai.

Purchased a nice 2024 Palisade here. First time I'd done business with Freeman. A very positive experience. Informative and courteous sales person, but not pushy. He "read the room" in that when I first went in I was not yet ready to make a buying decision, but they gave me a fair offer when I asked for one on a 2023 Palisade. When I was ready to make a decision on the Palisade about a week later, after shopping around for other Makes/Models, and came back, the 2023 had been sold (which I knew was a possibility when I left the first time). But they found a 2024 Palisade that had everything I wanted and we concluded the sale. Unlike other dealerships I was looking at, they were patient with me to get to the point where I was ready to pull the trigger and although the initial preferred car had been sold, we still were able to get a transaction concluded that I believe both parties were satisfied with.

Horrible customer service and lack of consideration for people s time. I brought my car in for routine oil change. Waited for 2 hours and checked in with their agent of my car is ready. He says they have not even started the work and it would take another hour. No heads up nothing. I am not going to take my car back to this location because they are incompetent and not customer focused.

Without a reservation I drove my car in because the engine was knocking and missing. Within minutes Marilena noticed that the engine needed to be replaced so she said leave the car and I will also get a rental car until the engine was replaced. I was impressed by Hyundai replacing the engine and supporting their product so well. I had the fixed car wintin 7 days! Thanks Hyundai!!

I was ready for a new Hyundai. My previous salesperson at Freeman Hyundai no longer worked there and she recommended me to Jim Pilarski. It was a great recommendation! Jim is a very laid-back salesperson. No pressure no, gimmicks--just a straight and honest transaction. I purchased my last Hyundai car from Freeman Hyundai. After that, I said I will ALWAYS drive a Hyundai. They are unbelievable cars with amazing features and thanks to Jim, amazing service to complete the experience. Highly recommended!

I had the best experience here with the salesman Stephen Vaeth! He made the entire used car buying process super easy and stress free. There were NO surprise hidden fees, B.S. dealer games, or random markup costs. Stephen was direct, but still very nice and personable. I could tell that he really enjoyed his job and liked helping customers find the perfect car (which makes sense given his 30+ years in car sales). I felt totally comfortable working with him, even though this was my first time purchasing/financing a car. Buying a used car was a huge financial decision for me. To be honest, I had been searching for over a month and was fed up with the process and the pushy salespeople.Stephen worked hard to make sure that I was totally happy with the used car that I bought. In addition to letting me take the car home for a few days to try out, Stephen got me a great deal on the repairs/modifications that I wanted done on the vehicle. He never once pressured me into a sale, nor did he speak in confusing terms. Everything was easy to understand, even for a car buying newbie like myself (my dad was there too, but I was new to the whole process and really appreciated Stephen s clear, concise communication). I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Stephen!

Freeman Hyundai has excellent customer service. I was kept updated on my car s service, and the waiting room is clean and has the amenities I like. The only downside was that the prices were twice as high as I was used to paying. I don t know what happened, but the charge for a165,000 mile service was $1500.00. That was a big shock.

Love taking my vehicle there, always get answers when I call and in person. My daughter tried to go to vandergriff in Arlington since it is her vehicle and closer to home. They were rude to her and ruined her experience with dealership service. I take it there just cause since day one they treated me like a customer that they actually care for. I will continue to take my vehicle there.
