Absolutely the best place in town to get your car fixed! Very reliable workers & the prices for the service that you get are also very reasonable! I got my car repaired within a short period of time with great customer service! Highly recommend it to anyone looking to get their car repaired with any kind of issues!

He sold me a used tire at price of a new tire and the tire blew out 2 days later. Then proceeded to tell me he was being nice by giving me a percentage of my money after telling me he couldn't do anything about it because I didn't have the tire. I was out of town with my trunk full of luggage and kids in the back. It's a sham of a place and he is mean and harsh toward women

AB is the best guy for the job, he is so reliable and gives you the best price. BTW, its not just a tire shop, they do all sorts of car works here. Best in the area!

Says the store is open until 6:pm.. I got off work and had a flat. Drove straight to this location and I got here at 2:15pm. The sign and online states open to 6:00pm.. There was no closing early sign nor even a gone to lunch sign. When you call they don t have a voicemail set up nor does it state anything about being closed today (12/23/23) .. I really needed a tire bad.. I heard great things now I have to figure something out. It sucks more because it does state they are closed on Sundays.. This location is so close between work and home. I was excited to try.,

Fox tire the best shop in Irving Tx. AB was so nice switched my brake pads and my tires. Also its a nice area ate at the waffle house right across from it while i got my car serviced. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone !

If I can give them a negative 0 star, I swear I will do it. The unprofessional manager rude ugly short guy trying to act like he s the king of the jungle,First of all, This is the situation, I just ask him to reduce the price he said no and he started talking dirty with the poor English, because I m black young man with dreadlocks, he already judged me by my look thinking imma go off on him bc of a used broken tires for $80Second, there price are unreasonable and their tires look so broken, PLEASE DO NOT WAISTED YOUR TIME THEre PLEASE DO NOT SPECIALLY BLACK PEOPLE , and you will get a very extremely poor service plus damagesPLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS PLACE

Absolutely garbage. I showed up and they wouldn t even allow me inside the store. It was really cold outside and windy. All the workers had a really negative aura. I came in to get them to fix a leak on my tire and they couldn t find it. I paid the 15 dollar fee went home and found it myself and fixed it. I don t recommend this place they re cheap but as we know cheap will get you cheap work.

They gave me a BAD TIRE FOR $70 soon as I started driving my car was shaking then no receipt!!! I DONT CAUSE PROBLEMS SO I WILL LEAVE A REVIEW DONT USE THIER TIRES THEY ARE A SCAMMM !!! Have a new tire an my car is fine

Their customer service was great! I busted my tire coming off of highway 35, and I called them first. Whoever answered said "Of course we can help; come on by". I slowly made my way there and they immediately helped me and explained thoroughly what was wrong and what I needed. They even saw that the other back tire bald & starting to shred. They were good prices as well. Thank you guys again!

Disappointed. Will never go again nor recommend. Called and spoke to the manager who gave me a price for tire installation and balancing on two rims. Pulled in and spoke to the manager again about what I needed and he looked at the rims and tires. Gave me same price of $30 for both but then asked if I spoke Spanish and could explain to his workers what I needed since he did not know spanish and they didn't know english. Manager realized rims did not have valve stems and asked if I had any because they did not and my rims require two stems each. Told him I would go down the street to Autozone and pick some up. His worker saw me and pointed out to him that they do have some there. I specified I needed 4 total for both my rims and he said it was fine, not to worry. The two workers were great. They were almost done when a third employee shows up that seems to be the senior one and is also very polite. As they are finishing, 3rd employee walks out with manager and tells me it's $130! Said it's $15 each for mounting and $10 each for balancing, which I completely understand, so $50 total which I can live with. But then said the other $80 is for the valve stems at $20 a piece!!! I can grab a pack 50 retail at Autozone for $20! Explained to him what I was told and when he asked the manager why I was not informed of the price, manager just shrugs and said he didn't know. Finally, the 3rd employee tells me he can go down to $100. Forced to give him the cash at that point, job was done and they had my tires. I understand their prices are their prices but at least have someone who knows and is honest to tell you what the price is correctly so you don't end up paying 4 times what was originally agreed. Worst part is I dropped the rims off at home and went to the carwash where I saw something shiny in my backseat. It was the weights they used when balancing. Had fallen off on the mile drive home and weren't even on the car! Had to take to Tire Wholesale down the road by Beltline and Pioneer, which I would definitely recomend, to get te-balanced. Knowledgeable staff and prices don't change once job is completed.

Called for a new tire call lasted 34 seconds I was polite gave my tire size and immediately was told they don t have my tire. Didn t look type nothing just seemed like right away he didn t want to help me. Terrible customer service didn t even see if one could be ordered nothing. I m so tired of bad customer service I wish I could do things myself smh. Do better.

Look no further if you re trying to pick a good tire/mechanic shop. AB was so kind and gave me a great deal and the work they did was superb. Always hated going to get my tires changed at other places because of how rude they were and the crazy upcharging but the guys at Fox Tires are so kind and never once have they tried to do me wrong. 100000% recommend this place for all your car needs and maintenances!

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. Found the nail, fixed the tire right away, and was complete in about 15min. $15 for the repair. Very nice and helpful.

This is the best place to get your car fixed, oil change and inspection, tire and more..... I like them and they are all nice . Jay the handsome and awesome guy!!! He just fixed my sway. Thanks you all. I drove from coppell to them just because i trust them. Thanks again.

My husband and 3 children got a flat tire on the way to their football game. FOXTIRE was the closest option. My husband asked the tech if they had a tire to fit our car. Without looking tech told my husband "no". My husband started to leave and the owner stopped him and told him he found one the correct size. My husband then asked if they could put it on and let the tech know he needed a certain tool to remove the bolts to the tire. The tech responded " We don't have that tool so what do you want us to do?" Again the owner found a tool that worked and the tech put the tire on BUT did not screw on the bolts!!!!! As my husband drives off with my kids, the car starts shaking. My husband checks the tire and finds that none of the bolts were tightened. He went back and then had the bolts tightened correctly. Whatever tech worked there today either had a bad day or has overall bad customer service. You are in a business of customer service and should be careful how you talk to and handle people. Very unprofessional team and I do not recommend anyone go to this shop. Everyone is trying to get by and make ends meet. You never know what someone else is going through and to be treated with such disrespect is crazy. BBB complaint will be filed.

Went to get my brake light fixed my was told it was an electrical issue I knew it wasn t so I drove down the street to a different shop they put it in less than 10 minutes

They changed my brakes and rotors. I paid $600 for parts and labor. I was told that i am getting a premium quality parts and has a lifetime warranty. 2 months later, my brakes are bad and my cars vibrates like crazy when i hit the brakes on freeways as my rotors were bent. I didn't even bother to go back and ask because I found out that they used cheapest unreliable parts. Screw the warranty. They got my money once but they lost me for ever. Steer clear of this trouble.

Went to this place for changing tires for my friend. The owner is very helpful and suggested us with the good tires. Will definitely visit FoxTire again and also will recommend to others as well.

I stopped by here my truck was overheating they had took it in for diagnostic took minuts and they were able to replace the radiator same day they had me back on my way .Very professional hard working and also offered me water on these high weather temperatures very friendly staff thank You .

Small owned shop. Straight and to the point. Not all can handle that kind of straight shooting. Dealt with me forgetting my tire lock - after preforming services, they allowed me to go get it and come back.Spent more then i went in for, but was shown why i needed it. It was obvious that i needed the part for my tire. There were no hidden fees after the first thing that came out of their mouth for each service.Again not a large company - their time and effort was on par and better pricing! Would return if not moving.

update: didn't fix the problem as I thought, put on brake fittings wrong and warped the rotors. we went elsewhere and they notice the botch job foxtire did. Run from this placeBrakes and rotors replaced, axels repaired.got our own parts and they did the labor fast. we are pleased and will return. thanks.
