My Firestone has been servicing my 1998 Lincoln Continental for over 5 years. During this time they have cost effectively made repairs while servicing the vehicle saving me time and visits. The team at the MacArthur Branch is courteous, professional and a credit to Firestone - I have been a Firestone customer, dedicated, since 1997 over 27 years. Hello, this service center ruined my car Honda Civic, took there to repair my car ac. Due to high quotation I can t continue there, paid $50 for basic check outs, which is ok. But after going home I noticed engine hood is not closed properly. To verify why it didn t closed, I opened it and surprised to see that, fuse box is opened kept it in reverse, ac pipe replacement cap missing for Low pressure pipe and high pressure pipe cap just residing inside the hood on the compartment and engine hood closed. It spoiled my fuse box cap, had to go there again to get the pressure pipe cap. To my surprise, there is no courtesy sorry from any of the staff. So be careful. Thanks.

I brought my vehicle in because the dealership was charging me so much more money to get the job done. Firestone's service was quick and they finished the work within the same day. I also appreciated the military discount. Semper Fi! (It's a Marine thing)

I came to this Firestone because it was closer to my apartment. I usually go to a different one but I wanted to be able to leave my car and get it properly serviced. They couldn't find my account which had the warranties for the parts I needed. I showed my statements from my email and he told me that there was no way he could access them on his computer. I proceeded to get the car serviced, they didn't do everything I asked. After getting serviced the car sounded worse than before. So I ended up going to my usual firestone and they pulled up my info from theirs and this shop's service history and proved that I paid an unnecessary $400.To be very clear, if this shop wouldn't have messed up with the service job in the first place I would've paid them an extra $400 for something I was supposed to get from my warranty. I trust firestone but not this one. I felt severely taken advantaged of.

Went here this morning as recommended for my scheduled maintenance. I had low pressure on the right rear tire. After the "service" my vehicle TPMS shows that the tires were rotated as the low pressure tire is now in the front right. However, on the service paperwork it denotes that all tires checked at 31 psi when in and 34 psi when out of the shop. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and drove the vehicle for over 30 miles to see if tire pressures would stabilize and go up. Not a chance. Pictures after service and 30 plus miles after. Outside temp is 92. Long story short, air was not checked, and paperwork was falsified. First and last experience with this shop. Will contact insurance company to let them know as well.

I go to this location frequently and everyone is professional. No long wait times for the wheel alignment and tire rotation. The wait area has an area to watch TV and get a cup of coffee and charge your phone if needed.

Very disappointing experience. Staff was arrogant. Absolutely no communication whatsoever. Left my car for wheel alignment around noon and told that the car would be ready by 7pm for pick up. I have lifetime membership for alignment. But i waited till around 6.45pm and yet no one called. When I called for update , the staff simply said that it would be ready only tomorrow and they would have shut shop had I not called. At least should have some basic courtesy to keep me informed. I was not asking for the service to be done for free. I still paid for lifetime membership.Service: Wheel alignment

I went to fill air here but it s not working. I have asked people in there. The front desk guy really helped me in fixing the psi meter but the issue is it does not work. Atlast I have to run with less air tyres to my office

The worst service I have ever had on my car. Every time I have a flat tire, they'll say it is not repairable and will have to replace the tire. Even though I have wheel and tire protection I will end up paying almost 60-70% of the price. That's my fault for not going through the terms and conditions of the insurance.My car have black rims and after the tire was replaced, it had white marks all over the rims and the tire. Person who did the job(Deon, I think) is definitely not interested in what he's doing. I am glad I've declined the wheel alignment recommended.This place should get 0 but google is trying to save this place by giving at least 1. I will never go back to this place.

Kindly please work on front desk lady. She is so rude and disrespectful towards the customers. I asked her regarding the air conditioning system. She told me very rudely that the guy who s working on the system is not available. Later on I went outside and having a random chat with mechanic. She started yelling at me and the mechanic. I don t think this how you treat the customers. I m not sure how you re services are but the customer service is disgusting

Brakes: I paid $1000 and got all 4 rotors and pads done here less than a year ago and driven 5k miles, I get pulsing steering when braking and squeeky sound. When I went in they say rotors are not covered and they are worn out. I rarely take freeways so this is low quality for sure. Now they give an estimate for 700$ again.

Please work on front desk associates attitude towards customers. I had requested an appointment for wheel alignment and I got email saying my appointment is confirmed, 6-8 hrs after my request. When I showed up for my appointment, the front desk guy says there is no appointment in their system and they had sent me an cancellation email already, which I did not receive. I mentioned him I did not get any cancellation email, the only email which I got is confirmation email. I tried to show him the confirmation email which he didn't bother to look at it. On top that he says it is the duty of customer to call the store and get the appointment confirmed before heading to the store despite of them sending me an email that appointment is confirmed. I totally don't understand the logic behind that. When I asked him about the same, he said if I am not happy I should feel free to walk out of the store and literally showed my way out.To whoever is managing the store1. Please work on front desk associates dealing with customers2. When you intend to cancel appointment , please make sure you communicate properly to customers. In my case, you guys did NOT send me any cancellation email. I called customer service after the incident to check if the appointment was cancelled, they told me the system shows the appointment is still confirmed and should be good to honor. Please do not blatantly lie to customers

I had a Horrible experience in Firestone . I am a long time customer but unfortunately the standards have gone down drastically . To start with the store representative was rude and i felt like he is threatening me with the tone he was using . Thats not how you treat your valuable customers . You should talk to them respectfully . The store manager was decent and atleast spoke to me nicely.2. I gave my car for the AC repair as it was not working . They took 50$ to diagnosis the problem but told me whole AC needs to be replaced with condenser and compressor and what not and charged me $1780.If are taking $50 just to pinpoint the issue and not able to do that , then why do you charge that money ?3. They took the amount and delivered me without repairing it . When i took it back they simply told , it was working when we tested period and kept the car for 1 more day in garage ,Literally the sore representative as using such a tone when did didn't even fix the issue .4. Next day they told another problem that , your chip set is not workingand blamed the problem on Nissan car saying they build horrible vehicles and got some junk yard chipset and charged me again $384.They took 4 day to fix this and i drove my car without AC in this summer .You can imagine . I have a kid too.5. I tested the vehicle this time and it was working and paid the amount and left . Next day it is not working again and when i called , now they are saying your coolant must me leaking so bring it back we will look in to it . I am pretty sure they will again ask for ~400( or some insane amount) and next day i ll have another new problem.My honest opinion is , the mechanics are not knowledgeable and they just want to replace parts with new and charge the insane labor charges.I am never returning to the same service center on Macarthur road, Irving any more .

No other customers in front of me but somehow it took 2 hours to change one tire. One hour sitting in the parking lot and the other hour with the hood up and the mechanics just standing around and talking to each other and eating. It took 10 minutes to change the tire. I wasn t given any options for tires by customer service, just the only one that they had for my car , which was the most expensive one. If I didn t need to get it changed immediately I would have left. This is inexcusable. Customer service was awful I will not come back to this location.

They were so busy an at first denied working on my aftermarket G35 but michael an i believ the young lady name was Katy made things possible an fast to. I have been going to this location since moving to the area almost 10 years ago, primarily because it is conveniently located about 2 miles from my home.Years ago, I remember having issues with them completing repairs or even routine maintenance days after they initially told me it would be finished. It would be extremely frustrating to suddenly find out before their closing time that you have to make arrangements for transportation because they hadn't even gotten to your vehicle. For a time, I utilized another Firestone location but the convenience factor would always incentivize me to give this shop another try.Since the arrival of a new manager, Frank, referred to in other reviews here, things have definitely improved. Frank is reasonable, trustworthy, and courteous. The staff is much more responsive when calling. They are also typically polite even under difficult circumstances. They may be short-staffed as appears to be the case in many auto repair shops but I hope this is at the expense of finding even more qualified and conscientious technicians. Regardless, I would have no hesitation taking my vehicle to this location for roumaintenance, basic repairs, and tires.

Stopped to get the air pressure checked on my tires. Gentleman behind the counter said it's "self-serve" or I could wait an hour for a technician to be free. I have never been told that or had to wait. I also saw a previous experience about being told 3-4 hour wait for an inspection. I know that inspections are supposed to go to the front of the line and only behind other inspections, and not be told 3-4 hour wait for a technician that leaves in 3 hours. I used to like this location. But they are no longer customer oriented and do not care about getting return business. Because I give Firestone auto centers as LOT of business. Wont be returning here.

customer service from the front staff could drastically be improved. (We are not asking much but simple stuff like responding to how are you? .Even after asking twice, just gave a cold response how can I help showing actual care & empathy & listening / hearing to customer). Never had a good experience walking in and walked out many times without getting service done for things we ve prepaid (like life time alignment).

My steering wheel was locking up putting me into some scary situations so I pulled over to the nearest car service at firestone. I sat there for 15 mins and everyone ignored me, when someone finally came up to me, they were incredibly rude to me when he told me I d need to park and go to the customer service section. I ended up going to Christian Brothers where the service is SO much better!!

Second time around coming to a Firestone. The staff is friendly enough and the wait time seems reasonable compared to any other auto care shop. Have not had any major repairs done here.

Went for annual state inspection and was told the wait was between 3 and 4 hours. Said I would just come back later only for the guy to then say well the person who does state inspections leaves in 3 hours. Okay so how was he going to get to my car if he leaves within the time frame you allotted? I just said thanks and left. I still gave 3 stars because I have been going here for years for car maintenance and inspections and never had any problems.

Went in at 10 am with grinding, horrible brake noise. They got to work and by 130 pm I was back on the road with new front brakes and rotors. Of course I've got an older vehicle so there were a few other things they could see in my future, but I never felt pressured to do more than i came in for, and they didn't mind my gigantic dog roaming their back lot while repairs were being done.They aren't the cheapest option, but they are fast, accountable, and transparent, and they have an in store credit line if a repair costs more than you expect. Overall it was a good experience.

My experience from beginning to end was more than exceptional. Prices may not be the lowest, but the associates at this location make the cost worth it with their service and respect. I arrived just over an hour before close, and the lobby was packed. The man at the counter was very attentive to my requests and explained that there were a handful of people in front of me, but that they would be happy to get the work done before leaving for the evening. He was very pleasant to speak to, and informed me of additional work that may be needed, but was in no way pushy. Him and the techs working on my vehicle stayed an additional 40 minutes after closing to get my vehicle ready and made no complaints or indication of frustration with being there late. The work was completed with care and respect. The gentleman made conversation to help distract me from the long wait and was happy to help me with an additional quote even after I had explained that I would likely do it myself, and was just looking for an idea of what it would cost to have it done there. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this location and will return in the future for any auto needs that I can not take care of on my own.
