Truck steering was not working great after swerving from hitting a dog in rain. Called Firestone to get it looked at. When I went to park truck in Firestone parking lot front wheel fell off. I go into Firestone and ask guys to come take a look One guy say we'll your going to have to get it towed. And other guy says call your insurance company. They never offered to help at all. I had to call and get it towed to another shop. And I sat there waiting from 10:30 am until 5 pm until tow finally came. There service is the worst. And honestly they could trane there staff to be alot better at customer service.

They broke my car My car reached 100,000 miles when I got break #1 from them my first oil change from Firestone (normally I d do it myself but I moved here for medschool and I don t have the time now) and they screwed on the oil filter to tight and I have an oil leak now in my filter housing. It was there when we did the oil change is what was said when I called about it. Funny you didn t mention it in your service notesCar started overheating from a failed water pump or so they told me maybe it was true maybe it wasn t. Anyway it was 1,200 bucks for that fix 30 days later car is still over heating and my dashboard s passenger airbag is on. Along with the battery light.I open up the hood and I see a fraide wire on my alternator and a BROKEN BOLt HANGING ON MY ALTERNATOR. I feel dumb that I didn t catch it myself but I d sure hope a mechanic would have I called them to get it fixed and they refused to admit they did any harm to the car and it must be a different problem like the transmission so stay tuned for this next episode

This is a busy place, so expect wait times. Last time I was here, I booked an appointment online for first thing in the am. The manager met me at the door. They did the check within an hour. It was not good news for me, but they were completely honest, not pushy and had several good recommendations. Will use them again.

Over priced oil change $90 for a basic one , and no one approached me and asked of I needed service, had to get out and find someone. Took all of 15 minutes just to get this info and there was a 2 hour wait. I left and went to take 5 down the street. Half the price and took 10-15 minutes and they were friendly.

Dustin was amazing to work with and super knowledgable and transparent about the service recommendations for my vehicle. He made sure my car was taken care of! I called on Friday 3/8 to make an appointment for an alignment and state inspection. I was quoted a price of $114.00 for the alignment and then the standard price for the inspection. I set the time and on Saturday 3/9 I arrived and at first the guy at the desk didn't remember talking to me but then he recalled it when we discussed the services I was there for. He once again gave the price of $114.00 for the alignment and tried to upsell me to the lifetime alignment for about 200. I declined and was about to hand over my keyfob when he told me that the cost would be $159 plus the inspection. I told him that he had just said $114 and he told me that I was wrong and argued with me about it. I told him that I'd take my business somewhere else and left. Very argumentative and rude and I won't go back while he's there. His nametag stated his name was Momo.

This location always seems to be understaffed and over booked. Ive been stopping by for the last 8yrs for oil changes or tires with that being said when i went a few months ago to get new tires i made an appointment they still kept my car all day maybe left it til the end of the day because i was out of town so it wasn t a big deal. Walked in today to get tires check and rotated, an oil change, and a new battery. I was told it would be 2-3 hrs. After about 3.5hrs and not even receiving a courtesy phone call to give me an update i got an uber back to the location. I was on hold for about 12 mins they were basically answering the call as i was pulling up to the location. They let eme know there were still 2 cars in front of me and needed my car for another 1hr-1.5hrs it was 5:38!!!!! They close at 7 i will take my business and money else where this is unacceptable to be the same issue every single time.

Terrible experience.Waited way too long. No body was working at the deskUpon picking up my truck, I had wheels aligned and rotation, I noticed Firestone didn't check my tire pressure. The tire pressure light was on. I had to go elsewhere to have my tires aired.Would not recommend Firestone For the money I spent, I received a terrible customer service

I came in for a wheel alignment for my truck on 24"inch wheels. While I was waiting for my truck, I observed Joseph taking his time speaking Spanish with a customer who was asking a lot of questions. Then I noticed Josie really being helpful with someone who called on the phone and was asking question about different services they offered. I sure hope the owner or GM of this location is taking care of these two, because they went above and beyond!Service: Wheel alignment

alexis was great! She helping me with choosing the tires I needed with my minimum knowledge of tires and sizes, she was prompt and efficient , great attitude and recommended tires she uses for her personal vehicle she even took the time out to explain how the cars are in rotation to get serviced. BOTH Alexis and Heather helped me at the front counter with superb Custom Service .Diwalkar in the shop backed up the good work with some great work of his own .Fantastic teamwork. I had a bad experience with Firestone, decided to try again, and I m officially done with them.First, a few months ago, I dropped my car off at 12 for an oil change. They asked if I had an appointment, and I said no, because since when did Firestone require appointments for oil changes? But anyway, I said I was going to leave my car and pick it up after work, so I didn t mind if it took a while. I came back about 5 hours later, and they hadn t touched my car. Seriously? So I just asked for my keys and left, getting an oil change elsewhere.I decided to try again last month, got an oil change, it went fine.Then this weekend, my car battery died. Before this, I had NO issues with my car, and it had recently been inspected at my last oil change. When I went to pick it up, I was told my check engine light was on. When I asked why, they said they didn t know, but it would be $145 to diagnose. Um, excuse me? My car was fine before you changed the battery. How do I know you didn t cause the problem when installing the new battery? And you re going to charge me $145 just to diagnose it? Absolutely not. I won t be returning.

Went in for a simple oil change and left with a bill of almost $100!!! Yikes. My car is 4 years old and it's not even broken in and the mechanic said that I needed a new battery. No Way, my boyfriend gave him a good chewing out . I keep saying No and they insisted I needed a battery. Guess what we left out of Irving Tx and drove to Rio Rancho NM and boy oh boy my Battery is going Strong. Be careful and keep your eyes open. Money hungry fools. I never heard of $100 oil change but oh well live and learn. Bye Bye Texas. Hello my new Home.

I drove for 80,000 miles with a broken rotor. Everywhere I went, I would be shrugged away "oh your brake pads look fine sweetie" "there's nothing wrong with your car, little lady". Countless shops in countless states. Until I came here. They listened to my problem, immediately diagnosed it, and fixed it the same day. Thank you, Firestone!!

I had an amazing experience here. The woman who was working the front desk had a lobby full of people near closing time, phones ringing, people getting antsy; but she helped every single one like a pro. She was so helpful and kept a positive attitude and didn t let it get to her. She s super knowledgeable and I appreciate her helping me with my car!

Avoid this and all other Firestones like the plague. Overpriced and unprofessional. The old guy (Miguel, if I remember properly) running the lobby was so slow moving and technologically inept it was infuriating. They rarely have the parts you need on hand and they don't even finish the job. Look at the attached pic. What? Did your worker just not feel like properly connecting my glove compartment after opening it up to access the cabin air filter? Extremely disappointed.

Service was excellent. Blew two tires. Initially I called to get two new tires. But when I got to the auto store. I asked if they could just fix the tires. They did. Saved me a ton of money instead of buying new tires. The tires I have on my car are still pretty good. Just had my car Service. Happy with the treatment at Firestone.

Went there to get 2 new tires. Steven was very helpful and got us out of there pretty fast, considering we didn t have an appointment. The waiting area was comfortable and they provided water and a cell phone charging station. Will definitely come back if the need arises.Service: TiresService: Tires

Expensive but it was worth it to me. I've taken my car into 4 different places. To be fair twice to them. But the second time, the mechanic actually really checked it all out under the hood. Not just went off what I needed from my mileage. I needed struts and shocks and brakes. My s.o. did most of the work himself. But, I still spent a lot of money there and got some top of the line tires too.I'm very happy with the mechanic. Also both of the service writers I dealt with were great! Unlike across the street at Pep Boys and Honda dealership in Grapevine. Both tried to sell me things I did not need!Thank you Firestone!!!!

I had a really bad flat tire. I came in and was told it was going to take 3 hours at that point I had no choice as I was pretty far away from home. I said ok and then I was told it wasn t going to get done today if I wanted to leave it for tomorrow. So I just had to drive across the highway to Discount Tires and they were able to help me even though they had way more costumers.

They were awesome. Front desk lady was very friendly. The mechanic talked to me first and was explaining what he was going to do, but then as soon as she clocked in I never saw him again. He told me he would come back and tell me all he found wrong but never came. Front desk told me they always hide in the back when she clocks in. That's why I'm giving a 3 star rating. I still don't exactly know what wrong with my breaks. Never left any notes on my copy of my papers.

I happened to get a flat near the mall, since this Firestone is about a minute away from the mall I decided to take my car there. They told me they would have my car ready in about 2 hours. I understood since I believe that you really need to have an appointment here to get services faster. By my understanding they were going to patch my tire and if anything else was going to be needed they would let me know. About 3 hours in I finally was told my car was ready. Come to find out they basically just put the donut tire on. I then asked what had happened to my tire and the front desk person told me that it had a nail? If it was just a nail, wouldn't you have just patched it? I really appreciate them putting the donut for free but, did that really have to take 3 hours?. They should have at least told me what was really wrong with my tire or told me I needed a new tire. I had to go to another tire shop just for them to tell me what had happened to my tire and get a replacement.
