Bought 4 used tires they gave me 4 with different tread patterns and got alignment he told me 50 dollars and charged me 75 and my steering wheel isn't even straight anymore and the car shakes worse because of the difference of tires won't be going here again wish. I wouldn't have gave that 20 dollar tip if I knew it was gonna be that careless

At least 3 generations of my family come to Express Auto. My mom doesn t live in Irving anymore, but she drives to Irving to service her van. Humble, understanding, compassionate, helpful, reliable, organized, and most of all prices are always affordable!

Always appreciate the folks that work here; talk thru w me their findings if something wrong or not, then I can decide from there. I encourage all to use them as their family mechanics like we do.

Great experience, I came in with a flat and they repaired my tire and replaced the spare with it in about ten minutes and I was shocked at how good the price was. Everyone working was nice and attentive and they worked efficiently and thoroughly. If you wish your flat tire would magically fix itself just come here because you will leave feeling like it did.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE! I called to inquire about a front end alignment and whoever answered the phone was very rude! He didn't even allow me to ask If an appointment was needed, just completely talked over me... take your hard earned money elsewhere!

They helped me out tremendously for a reasonable price ! They even screwed my windshield fluid back in place , along with zip tieing my hood cover back in place and under my bumper just out of generosity . I really appreciate it truly 5 star service for me !

Will never take my car there again. Not only was is expensive the employees clearly don t know prices or at least the prices that the owner supposedly changed since November. I called for a quote on a price and literally the next morning I went when they opened and the owner was so rude and gave me a different price which was higher then what I was quoted. His exact words were I have to keep my business open which is understandable everyone does but not like that buddy! On a good note if this didn t happen I would of never found the best mechanic ever with great prices.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I highly recommend this business. I have gone on many occasions, the technicians are fast and professional. When there was confusion about my bill, the owner went out of his way to make it right. They acted in honesty and integrity. (Rare to find these days)They even let me fill up my tires for free when I swing by. Truly a great business.Service: Wheel alignment

People are rude and their opening time doesn't match with what's written in google maps -- Google maps says they're open until 8pm but when I got there around 7:30pm they dismissed my request for oil change. I told them google maps says they should be open until 8pm but they just dismissed that. Also I found a place where they do oil changes for cheaper price (and better quality). I don't recommend this place (even though I myself was recommended to this place by my car dealer)!

Awesome experience. My wife and I both have our oil changed here. The mechanic spotted some issues with my wife's car but didn't pressure her into getting them fixed right away he just let her know. Oil change was super quick as well. 5 stars if the waiting room was more inviting.

The Manager/Owner gave me a price for a service and then change it $25 up. I talk to him calmly but he was in Arguing mode, very loud and very rude. I didn't pay the extra $25, and he threatened saying he is calling his lawyer....I do not recommend this place to anybody.

If I could give you zero star I would because you guys are lying.You guys giving me 50000 miles warranty on tires even though I haven t driven 2000 miles the tires almost blowing out I do not recommend anyone to go with this kind of people.

They messed up my alignment and still charged me $60. Stay away from this place. They advertise alignment for $45 then they find what ever excuse to charge you more. Update: he replied saying to bring it back, when the owner himself pretty much told me they couldn t do anything about it. And since they had aligned it already they couldn t issue me a refund.

I've taken my Mazda 3 here multiple times, they are always so nice and help me out a lot. I truly appreciate them. I have not taken my car anywhere else since I started coming here!

Great place for Auto service . The staff is exceptional. Very good prices for the service you get . Oil , alignment, tire rotations. I have been going here for about a year now .

FRONT END ALIGNMENT:2007 Silverado 1500 Had complete front end parts installed by my mechanic. 100 percent! Upper, lower control arms, tie rod ends.Needed an Alignment. Had the truck at the shop at 5:45pm.Spoke to Mack (MGR) and he said 75 bucks. OK!45 minutes later I got in my truck and drove away!They nailed it! Went on 10-26-20 have not even thought about taking my truck back! he got on the first try..Thank you Express Auto!Happy Customer.AnthonyIrving TX

Came for an oil change then left with a leak. They recommended eagle transmission. They said fix the trans then come back to fix the other leak. The trans was 1500+ and their fix was estimated 500+ we got a second opinion and fixed it for 280. Wont be returning.

If I could give zero stars i would. My husband took my car for an oil change around October 1st. Today my light came on which Iis the one that means oil change. According to the sticker they put in my windshield I still have over 200 miles to reach the mileage and the date on the sticker is 1-1-21 and today is only 11-20-20. So they either didn't even change the oil or put used oil back in. What rip off artists!

I took my car and to replace my door was given $100 price from Alfred but later received a text from Alfred telling me my car was ready and it was $150 but I responded back saying I don't do business this way & I expect to pay what I was quoted & I told him I will pick it the next day & thought that was end of it but when i went 2 pick up my car Alfred said we would settle up inside gave paperwork to a man with an accent behind that I presumed was the owner and then said $168. I said in an angry tone that isn't what we agreed to & told Alfred you said $100 & I never agreed to more than $100 but Alfred never turn around..with his back turned to me and facing Zack the owner who was sitting behind the desk then told him $128 & wrote it in paper said he had to buy parts and said labor was $100 and parts would be $28 but I once again said I expect them to honor $100 price they quoted me and if price was to change should've contacted me to see if I was ok with it but Zack said I'm sure he did..He said well he must've told your daughter i said no he didnt but it was my car should've call me ask me if I would be ok with the price change before working on my car after all they only put on a door that I bought and the price changed from $100 to $150 to $168...ridiculous without me knowing about until after door was installed. I told Zack the owner, that is crooked and not acceptable and when I expressed my displeasement Zack the owner raised his voice at me after I threw my money on the desk..He then grab a $100 of the $140 as if he was going to give it to me and then screamed at me lady!!!! you know I could keep my car!!!! I said no you can't after I paid you and told him to just give me my key and my change man then he said get your change lady and get out!!!. I told him I'm the customer and the reason he has a business is because of customers and should treat me this way especially after me and my daughter combined brought 4 cars but I was mistaken 3 cars and he would treat me this way..he said we only brought two cars & insulted cars. He also said must be my 1st time dealing with auto shop and I told him I deal with them all the time and never have any treated me like this and they typically tell me price before they work on and the price they quote me is what I pay and if they learn something may cost more they contact me to see if I am ok with additional cost before working on my car. I also told him he wouldn't hear the last of this. I am going to write reviews and tell everyone how poorly he treated me & how they swiddled me out my money. I felt abused and totally disrespected and ripped off. That not how you treat customers and and I told Zack that this won't be the end I will put bad reviews and put in a compliant with BBB & Attorney General's office. I was so upset after leaving the shop to be treated in such a humiliating way and talked down to so bad and to basically be kicked me out of the shop and treated that I almost had 3 accidents after leaving the shop I was furious. Later, after got car home I realized they also helped my roof looked better and repaired my slow leaking tire. I didn't ask them to do that but that was at least something positive that they did but doesn't erase the other experience.

They tell you one price to get your business and when the service is done they add an extra 10 dollars to the price and tell you that the person doing your service told you the price from last year do not go here they are a bunch of conn artist

I come here every time my truck needs an oil change have been coming here for years. Great customer service and the owner remembers each time I visit. The older guy is the only one I trust servicing my truck. Thank you sir
