I went in to inquire about a Wheel alignement. While waiting, another customer walked in Extremely upset because his inspection was not processed out of this office. And, he could not get his car out. They told him his only solution was to buy Another inspection, since it was too late to verify with Austin!!! I was then called out to view my vehicle. Told the alignment couldn't be done because I needed new Struts. This guy was still going to charge me $140, which was full price?! I asked the guy "WHY would I pay full price for something you told me you couldn't do"? He emailed me the invoice with the $140. (Zero balance) at the bottom. But, STILL ended up charging me $60 for looking at it!!!! SMFH! Worst Experience Ever! Total Rip Off! I don't ever write Reviews! But, I would NEVER Recommend this place.

I went for service without any appointment and they do it very fast and quick service and they talk to me very friendly and good response . I really love the way they handle my new car

I've been here many times .. never have a bad experience.. prices are very fare , service varies depends on who is there .. Alex is the best . He takes care of my Cadi better than Cadillac dealerships. I'm actually planning on going back for a tune up... I'll give a 5 if Alex was there all the time ..but I know he have a life to take care too . Oil change and inspection are fast and great price too .

Drove up for an inspection. About 5 workers standing around and staring at me. Not one person came over to the car and greeted me. So I drove off to a nearby competitor where they took care of me quickly. Looking at these other reviews I can see that not going back again is very wise.

State inspection was a mess.We get the guy to grab my vehicle for a state inspection, he wanders off to some guy and spends 10 minutes talking to him while I stand there waiting. He comes back and does some of the inspection just to go to the back with the guy and waste more of my time. After he finished up, I pay him for the state inspection, get home and notice he put the WRONG vehicle information I m usually one to never complain, but for the amount of other State inspection shops out here in Irving, you re better off choosing some other place.

SCAMMERS ALERT Go here at your own risk. They are scammers. Rude and zero customer service. They force you to pay for parts and services you did not request and run up the bill. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I went in for my inspection, despite being pretty busy they were very quick and didn t try to push a bunch of add-ons. Will definitely return for future services!

When I first came to Texas from Indiana, this was the first auto repair shop that I went to. It s safe to say that my experience here was absolutely amazing. The lovely gentleman on the phone got me an appointment immediately when my tire popped and the suspension came loose, and the customer service was sensational. This is has been my favorite auto shop ever since, and their service never fails.

I'm new around the area, as I was calling and checking pricing for an oil change, entire auto lube was by far at the best value. However when I called back to make an appointment the guy that answered told me I couldn't make an appointment and hung the phone up.I'm going else where, if they were not professional with just the phone call I Do not want a bad experience especially if it's service for my car.

Very bad custumer service..defintely will no be going back there for any sevice Not even close to be good.. One of the guys was rude with bad customer service while I was in the waiting room I didn't catch his name though. Looked like he is the supervisor of this place . Just needed to change one of my tires I pulled up and waited so so long for them to start working on my car. anyways other than that the younger guy who ended up fix up my tire was nice so I gave an extra star but just for him. Not the first time the other guy has been rude and mean though, he really needs an attitude check.Services: Tires, Oil change

This is a great place and will always go here from now on. Alex is such an amazing guy, he checked my car well when I was getting a quote. He changed my front struts, control arms, brakes & rotors, and did alignment. The car rides very smooth now. Prices were great too, the cheapest I found; I got quotes about this work from 3 different mechanics. I recommend this place

Absolutely amazing services. Actual price was exactly what we were quoted, mechanics greeted us in the driveway along with every arriving customer, and they were able to get my car in the shop very quickly and completed an oil and filter change with a oil plug replacement all under 20 minutes. Would come here with all future repairs.

Lost a lot of Money dealing with this shop til the point they didn t wanna give me service. Ask them to simply plug my tire they acted like it couldn t be fixed went to another shop they fixed it with no problems. This is a 5 Star auto shop! The work they do on cars last. My wife got her transmission built a few years ago by the lead mechanic and it still running great. My truck has a brand new engine and Transmission installed here, and the results were great!If you re looking for an HONEST mechanic and live in the Irving area, Entire Auto Lube is the place to go !

Got an inspection and failed because my front tires were far too bald. They found a pair of tires within my price range and offered to pass me on the inspection same day if I replaced the tires. Good service and very honest, didn't try to sell me anything I did not need.

I passed by here and saw a sign for an oil change for $18.49. I pulled in and asked if my truck was eligible for that price, as I know sometimes larger vehicles cost a little extra. I was told that my truck did not take more than 5 quarts, so that yes, I was eligible for that price, and that the total would be $25 even.As that's obviously higher than $18.49 + tax, I asked if there was a charge for shop fees or something, as there sometimes is. No sooner did I get that question out of my mouth, the guy slammed my hood shut and told his coworker something like "Alright then if he doesn't want to pay $25 that's fine." He then walked over to another customer to talk to him about his car instead.I took my keys and left. I was going to get my inspection there also, but now I'll do both elsewhere.

They are the WORST!! I went there for a flat tire. I don't know if no has knowledge to fix flat tire or they just want to take shortcuts and earn money. They put the patch outside on the tire and not inside on the lube. Who does that? Also, they did not put one of my tire nut back because they lost it. I had to drive all the way to my car dealership and get a new nut. I mean this is ridiculous. I paid for service and had to pay double again for the same service at the dealership because they are not careful while fixing the flat tire.I will never go back and will never recommend anyone to go!!I wouldn't have given any star but i am not able to post this without the star.

Went there for an oil change (I usually go there). This time, the car didn't had any problems apart from low oil and they tried to oversell me. Also, took my few parts and told me I had to change few stuffs of around $700, insisted me to change it. I did change it for $500 (w/ discount), later they haven't had it fixed properly instead they just made up problems and manually broke my parts then fixed it with patches and stuff.Wouldn't Recommend going here!!!!

These people are good at changing oil only, for rest, they might mess up more.Correction! They can mess up with simple thing as oil change also! Their negligence got my oil filter cap stuck and i had to spend extra $100 to get that fixed!Their brake job cost me $240 extra because i had to replace front brakes again not even a month after i had it done here.Also, they are bad at giving advices! The head mechanic just agrees to whatever you say when it comes to an oppertunity for them to make money, like things that doesn't need to be replaced!In conclusion, they should shut down the shop, get training and get certified and then reopen.I feel sorry for whoever goes there falling for their so called cheap prices, that is just their way of getting more money off you!All the best and share!

It was heartening to say that owner of Entire Auto Lube misbehaved with me for a silly reason and for 10 bucks. I went for a service to fix my flat tire but didn't find because lack of their professionalism but though forcefully changed me $10. The owner showed body language to even apply force on me. I just said, "the service I asked for you couldn't give me that service, why I should pay?" He forcefully tried to take the key from my vehicle but couldn't. It was not that I was trying to take take the vehicle out of the garage but it was awful behavior and gestures, i was not willing to pay him. Finally I paid the idiot guy 10 bucks and stopped his dirty mouth. He is absolute rude and unbecoming to deal with public for any business. I caution all to be careful getting any service form that "Entire Auto Lube"

I give 0 stars if is possible!!! Charge me 500 dollars for change the coils and spark plugs on my car.And im realise the change nothing,only they put a used single coil and live old parts.Not recommends!!! Be careful people

I have been going to this shop for MANY years and over the past 5 years I have had VERY exceptional service ! The LAST time I was in the shop was MY last straw. I had a front headlight out and I had the bulb ALL I REQUESTED WAS AN EASY INSTALL. They told me they had to charge at least an hour of service because they had to remove the entire FRONT bumper. I actually had a receipt from the SAME bulb being replaced several years ago and it was given to me FREE because it took LITERALLY no time whatsoever. I told them I know better that the front bumper does NOT have to be removed. The owner Alex got VERY pissed off at me and said, "FINE, GO SOME WHERE ELSE I DO NOT CARE !" My response was : "Are you kidding me after the years I have brought my car here and you want to treat me like THIS ? " I gladly took my car to a place literally a few blocks from THIS horrible place and they charged me $7.00. Oh if you are wondering : NO THE FRONT BUMPER CERTIANLY DID NOT HAVE TO BE REMOVED SO THEY LIED !! Well, in life I know that you REAP what you sow. I know that since they do NOT have cars backed up as they once did YEARS ago. They now have a blinking sign saying : OPEN !! If you need a blinking catching sign letting customers you are OPEN you are begging for customers. TRUST ME...stay far away from these shady people.

Can't beat this place. Prices are great employees are knowledgeable especially Alex he goes above and beyond to explain your needs and works with in your budget the best he possible can. 5 stars is not enough. Car repair and trust hard to find !

Don't go here. For anything!!! BEWARE!?!? took my Lincoln MKZ here because it was overheating (Mistake 1). They told me it was a bad engine and that they could put a new one in and it would cost about 1200 (Lie 1) I told them cool and how long would it take he said he could start on it right away and it would take 3 days I said ok do it (Mistake 2). I then asked for the total price he then told me it would be 1500 (Lie 2). I was confused because he had just told me that it was 1200 and now it's 1500. I confronted him about the difference he said because of taxes ok cool. I then asked would he take 1000 now and I would get him the 500 later; he said that's fine but he wouldn't start on it until he had majority of it. Fine! After I gave him the 1000 he then tells me that it's going to be 2000 all together (Lie 3). So at this put I've been told 3 different prices. So I get a little frustrated in the shop because I've been told not 1 lie not 2 but 3 at this point. So the owner comes out and is like Hamza you're playing with my money! So he sats me down and knocks a few 100 off the price.. fine at this point the money isn't the issues is the fact that there is inconsistency after another. So we get the money to them; he says this engine has a 6 month warranty on it and it's covered and after they put the engine in we picked it up and 2 days later it was doing it again overheating! So I take it back. He claims he changed some plugs and under the hood put water in it. Ok cool it's back running. 2 days later it's doing it again! So we take it back and he changes something else and at this time he takes off the cover to the engine and forgets to put it back! So I go to another mechanic for a steering wheel pump replacement. The other mechanic then tells me that he fix the pump but when he tries to test drive it overheats. So I we ask for his opinion on what it might be he states it could be the fan. But he would have to charge us to diagnose is. So rather than have him look at it and pay more money out we take it back to Hamza he says it's not the fan but then after he keeps it for 3 weeks waiting on the answer he then finds out it's the "fan" so he changes it. And says everything is working fine now(The Ultimate MISTAKE). NOW!!?!... it's on the side of the rode shaking won't shift out of 1st gear. I had another mechanic look at it, and he informed me that Hamza put on a used fan. Moral of this horrible story put your money elsewhere. If I could save someone else hundreds or even thousands of dollars by advising something it would be this. Put your money in a more qualified shop because his one is NOT!! Hamza is not! BRO.. go back to mechanic school before you work on a car!

10-1-18 I went for a oil change. But they insist I get my breaks fix. They broke a built in the brackets that hold the breaks in. So they fix it free but refuse to bleed the breaks. My breaks touch the floor and they refuse to look or fix them.They are giving me the run around but my breaks are suppose to be a life time warranty.What next step should I make in reporting them???

I took my crossfire to get the transmission fluid changed out. I always purchas my own oil so I looked up what kind of transmission fluid my car takes and I went to go buy it. I brought my car to these people and hamsa one of the guys that works there insisted that I use his highly recommend brand of oil called super s. Now I usually don't go against my gut feeling when it comes to making a decision, but boy do I regret it this time. It's been about 3 weeks since I took my car over there and it's been shaking when it's at a dead stop and it makes a clacking sound until I start driving it. I also had them change my spark plugs but I don't think that's the problem. If you are thinking about going to these people I would recommend you do your research and use whatever is recommended for your vehicle don't let them convince you to use the brand they have.

So far my experience with them has been good. They have worked with my finances and so far I have no complaints. I'm no expert on car engines, but so far what they have fixed seems to have stayed fixed.
