I took my vehicle to this shop because of a front end collision. It was very minor. The bumper and grille were damaged. They replaced an undamaged headlight and lower valance that didn t need to be replaced. I m sure it was just to make more money. My truck was returned filthy and with the shop s writing on the fender, as shown in the picture. I ve never picked up a dirty vehicle from a body shop.While I was waiting in the lobby, one of the office workers had a manger on speaker, talking about hiding something from a customer and the worker said there is a customer here , and the manager said well if the customer doesn t mention it, don t bring it up . They didn t make a single effort to stand out. This isn t how I would treat my customers. This shop seems shady and I would not recommend.Freddy, please re-read my review and look at the pictures I posted of the vehicle to answer your questions.

Buddy of mine took his car here and they had it for ten days. The communication was poor but the service that he received was ever poorer. The worst part about it all was that he took it in for a check engine light and they described it as a simple fix. The light is still on after 2 attempts to fix the problem and $1100 later.

Freddy and his team got my truck right! I got into a collision and needed my truck fixed after dealing with so much bs from my insurance, Freddy and his team fixed my truck and even made sure everything was perfect. I ll definitely be going back for future installs on my truck

The exceptional customer service I received from Eddy's Body Shop has completely blown me away. David Carassco went above and beyond to make a bad situation so much better for me. The Production Manager also stepped up and helped move up the completion of my car. You guys put the Dealership's and Collision Repair shops here in Texas to shame.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

So...This was my second time working with them. First time they fixed my mirror at an amazing price... then I brought back the car with EVEN MORE dings and scratches. Since I was paying out of pocket, they worked with me on getting a fair price to have my car looking decent again... or so I thought...they went ABOVE and BEYOND my car looking decent. I can't even remember what the car looked like before I dropped it off... I almost cried. This was such a great experience. I didn't expect them to do as great a job as they did nor did I think half the things they did was included in our agreement. I highly recommend them... I have a junk car that hopefully they can help me get back to looking great... Don't go elsewhere. Seriously...these people are honest, fair, and do an AMAZING job!

Running into unexpected mechanical issues on your vehicle is never fun but it is very comforting to know you have a shop that you can trust on both their diagnosis skills and providing fair price repairs.My vehicle was shaking badly when I pressed break. I took it to Eddie's and they did a great job with diagnosis. They provided pictures and explanations on worn out parts which made it easy for me that the repair was essential and needed to be done immediately. They also provided a quote with OEM parts which was much better than other shops. During the process, they were very courteous and answered my questions clearly. It was done in timely manner and without any hiccups which I highly appreciate it.I highly recommend Eddie's.

My car needed both mechanical work and body work and the people at Eddie s shop did an excellent job in both areas. They went above and beyond just fixing the issues and made sure things were done the right way with great attention to detail. During repairs they kept an eye out and informed me of other potential issues but I never felt pressured into anything. This was the first time I've had to take my car into a shop so I was a little nervous but they treated it like their own and I will definitely trust my car to them again in the future.

Simply the best! I have personally been using this shop for nearly two decades. All of their work has been top quality, and they treat you like family. Over those years, they have done everything from replacing breaks, to most recently, the radiator in my SUV. All of their work has been top quality, and their prices are always reasonable. I had used other shops prior to finding Eddie's, but once I did find them, the level of professionalism and the quality of the service they provided had me sold from day 1. I have lived in several different cities in the Metroplex, but whenever it is time for work to be done, I always call Eddie's. You cannot find a better shop, period. They will work with you, and you NEVER have to worry about the quality of their work. I highly recommend this shop. If you ever need work on your vehicle, call Eddie's. You will be completely satisfied!

My ExperienceI used to take my car to Toyota dealership for anykind of services. I was really disapointed from poor services quality they provided and then I changed my mind to try this garage to take care of my car by recommendation of a close freind.I really enjoyed working with them. From timing to execution and communication they couldn t have done a better job. These guys were on top of every phase of the repair process and thier team did excellent work. They are fast and you will enjoy the quality of work. Also, the manager followed up me a couple of times to make sure the car is doing great!Thanks again for the great job

Amazing work at reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Have had body work done on vehicles 3 or 4 times before that would rate 5 stars. This time only 4 stars because made appointment for repair on moms car. Called to post pone 1 day. Took car in the morning of the appointed day. Called next day for status and was told he thought car was being painted. Had manager call to confirm and was told wrong parts were ordered and hadn't started work yet. Would order correct part and would need more time. Disappointed this time but will definitely return for future repairs because of previous history.

Freddy is a true professional and kind, patient leader of this top notch body shop. Ive had great experiences multiple times, not only based on the end result, but in the excellent communication skills that helped streamline a difficult situation with insurance that was out of our control. 10/10 recommend.

I have been a customer of Eddie's since 2011. I usually use them for diagnostics and have had them do some of the tougher repairs on my F250 Diesel. Most recently I took my truck in for some body work. We started the process at the end of September. I paid up front and patiently awaited the results. After two attempts and more than a month to straighten the dent on the side, it was determined that the panel needed to be replaced.This minor dent repair turned into a three month long process that produced a very unhappy customer on the receiving end.We made an adjustment. Took a very deep breath and pressed on. The team at Eddie s powered through it and on the other side we have a great repair that is worthy of my life truck and they have since supported their workmanship with follow through repairs as requested.They are regaining my trust and hopefully will continue to be the go to shop that I have appreciated having through the last few years.3/21/19Update, Same repair paint still cracking this will be their 5th attempt at fixing it. When I brought it in they scheduled me two weeks out. This gave me the impression that they would be able to begin working on it as soon as my scheduled date. four days into my truck's arrival they are just starting to work on it. so not cool!5/7/19Not disappointed in the repair this time it did take longer than expected but results are the ultimate say. I am holding out confidence that this will be the final rework on this. (time will tell) Customer service was much better. Chris has done a great job following up on quality and actually had to let a vendor go over this adventure. That speaks volumes on their work.

I went here to have a tire plugged. They were quick, fast, efficient, and very professional. My tire was fixed, and they even aired my other three tires up. They provide coffee or other drinks while you wait in a very clean and inviting waiting room. Thank y all for the great experience and will be back if I need anything else done to my car!Service: Tires

I have only been to to Eddies twice, years apart and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I take pride in customer service, from the time the phone was answered to speaking to the body shop manager, It was a great experience. The time I was given to having my car fixed, was right on time. I mean this is the place to take your car, if you want it done right, the first time. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET IT DONE!!! I will not name drop, but the young men in this shop are GREAT!!!!!

Been going here for year, best value for the work done, hands down. Car looks brand-new after the accident, and was cleaned inside and out. Spotless.Waiting area is pretty nice too. Cookies, coffee, coke and a TV. Not a bad place to wait.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great shop. Honest, extremely fair pricing, and they don't oversell you on things you don't need done. This is by far the best shop I've used!Had a repair estimate from Toyota, Eddies shop and manager Donnie, were able to do the work for less than 1/2 the cost at Toyota, and that included new tires!

So I call myself being a mechanic and tried to hook up my own battery and did it all wrong. I stop by eddies shop one morning to get it fix. Immediately he taken my vehicle under his care and fixed my battery the right way for me! Very professional and welcoming when you walk in. I will most definitely recommend his shop.

They were outstanding in every aspect with a dent repair on my 2015 Mazda a few months ago. It was beyond paint-less repair so entailed matching the color. It has had many washes and a waxing since as I wanted to write this after some time and normal use passed. I am still absolutely amazed at the quality of the repair - no one would ever know it had a bad dent from any angle and the special factory color was matched perfectly. They were courteous and explained every aspect of the repair in detail beforehand. The cost was significantly less than other quotes and was done when promised. If you need this type of repair go to Eddie's!

This Place is Awesome.. I took my 2010 Nissan Altima there and they did a Great job. They were really fast and the work was simply AMAZING. I would refer all of my family and friends to this shop. I would like to thank Keith and his gang of guy's for the repair on my car. If anyone is in need of a body shop or simply needing an oil change go see the guy's at Eddie's mechanic & Body Repair..

I was having problems with my engine and got my truck towed here. Doug told me one of my cylinders collapsed, he also took the time to call my dealership and saw it was still under warranty for TWO MORE DAYS. He called me back and said I had to get it there asap. He could have easily told me the issue and got the money himself but he went above and beyond. I'll never go anywhere else but here in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

The Honda dealer wanted $650 to replace the whole side mirror unit and only the glass was broken. Eddie's was recommended by a trusted friend and sure enough, they were honest, fast and it cost me less than $100. Chris Morgun, the body shop manager, order the part and fixed it himself. It was refreshing not to feel pressured to purchase what I didn't need. I will recommend Eddie's to anyone. Thank you, so much, Chris.

I went to this place because I was having problems with my battery. Bobby came out to my car and tightened the bolts on it and my car went back to running just fine with no problems. He didn't asks me for anything or charge me anything. I felt that was very nice and I appreciated that. This is my second visit to this place. On my 1st visit it only took them 2 hours to fix my misfire and the pricing was excellent. I love this shop!!!
