We could not have had a better experience. Spenser greeted us at our car when we arrived. He addressed all our needs and kept in constant communication with us regarding the status of our car repairs. He was there from start to finish. He also arranged for us to be driven to our home to wait for the repairs to be completed, and then had us brought back. We were driven by Javier who was very professional, and who engaged us in pleasant conversation. Ivan performed excellent mechanical work on our car. As always, Kevin made sure our needs were met and that our experience with Don Herring Mitsubishi continues to be exceptional.

Just like anyone else, I dread the whole car buying experience. But with Brandon C. it was not your typical interaction. He answered all my questions and did all the research for the two models I was wanted. He kept me informed and almost the entire deal was done before stepping foot on the lot. Once, I was there picked out which one I wanted, knew the OTD price and already had me qualified with their lender. If you want a great experience and an even better car, call Brandon he ll take care of you!

Raul Rios and Chris Hernandez were amazing! They got me in and out in record time. They were friendly and informative and took their time to explain everything I had questions about and haggle with the bank to get me the best deal. Don Herring Mitsubishi is amazing. Employees are friendly, and know exactly what they're doing. Took my car in for a diagnostic and they found exactly what the problem was. Won't be going to any other place but these guys from now on. Spence Burk is the service advisor and is very professional and explained to me what the car needed and how much it will cost. Overall terrific place. I will be back.

The best customer service that I have received. I didn t feel as though services were being suggested just to make me spend money but actual service that needed to be completed and in order from the most important first. Service was very different from any other time that I have had to take my vehicle in and I liked that I was able to get an appointment the same day and didn t have to go on Saturday. Definitely have earned my business. Everyone was so nice and checked to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience.

Austin was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable about to the cars we looked out and friendly. Johnny Chapa was our finance officer. He was also friendly and very good doing the financial paperwork. Don Herring is a very polite and enjoyable dealer ship.

We needed a new car after my wife's Honda CRV was totaled by a driver turning in front of me. We looked all over at lots of different dealers and vehicles. Not only did the Mitsubishi Outlander offer the best combination of features, style, comfort, serenity, price, space, mileage and value (by a lot), but this dealer had very polite and responsive people at every step of the process who ended up giving us the best deal without a lot of games. You can't take that kind of treatment for granted. I know because I stopped into eight different dealerships within a week. It was a pleasure working with them. (But if you buy, check your air pressure before you drive too far. Our tires were all at 44lbs.)

Ok. I hate car dealerships because 99.9% of them are wrought with con-artist and crooks. But, I drove 4 hours to meet the good guys of car dealerships. I called on a 2021 Acura RDX Aspec and talked to the sales manager Don, who actually sits on the sales floor and is available to talk to, and told him upfront I wanted the car. They put it on hold for a paltry 50 bucks. I told him I will NOT pay for ANY dealer add-ons. He said we have upfront pricing. While the did add a "dealer add-on" but discounted the price of the car in the exact amount. He also negotiated with me to bring down the price. We met in the middle of where I wanted and where he wanted. The finance manager Johnny did a fantastic job of handling my own bank financing and I didn't have to do anything other than sign my banks paperwork. They even mailed it out to my bank. Brandon the sales guy did a good job of getting the car ready and kinda just being a good guy to work with. He knew when to get out of the way and when to be a conversation guy. Excellent service, excellent experience. It's a long drive but well worth the the long day. Don, Brandon, and Johnny; just wanna say thanks for treating us so well. If you are in need of a new or used car... Try them out... Give them a chance to earn your business....

Drove all the way here from Amarillo (5 1/2 hours) I took the van to a diesel mechanic (since they don t have one) and paid $150 and found out it needed a new engine soon. They offered to give me $14,000 for my trade-in which was great until I decided not to get the van so after that they only offered me $10,000 to buy my car. I believe they KNEW they had a lemon and were trying to get rid of it. And yes they had other options to find out what the check engine light was for, just like I did or get a code reader. I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! I was told about the glow plug needing replaced and that s it! Would not recommend!

I am so glad Kevin is back to management. Service is night and day when he is out and when he is in. While I worry about depending on one man for maintenance, support, fixes etc., I am glad that at least for now it seems I and my car will be we taken care of.

Yesterday began the amazing process of working with David, who is an all star, in buying my used 2016 VW Tiguan. He made the process so smooth and explained everything so articulate. We thoroughly enjoyed our car buying experience due to Charles and service that we received from him as well as Don himself!! They made the process VERY easy, they finished the paperwork before we arrived so all I had to do was come and pick up my new 2020 Outlander!! I got a great deal on my trade-in and the financing was extremely easy to navigate, they have a ton of options for financing!!! Overall I would give my experience a 100/10 and we are forever sending virtual gratitude to Charles!!!
