Discount Tire locations are generally great. This location, however, is outstanding. It s well staffed with extremely nice and efficient workers who get it done with a sense of urgency (less than 15 minutes for 2 new tires). I m not easily impressed with car service, so this praise is certainly well deserved. Fantastic job on a well run shop and extraordinary customer service.

Another top notch experience!!! We were in and out with 2 vehicles in under and hour. The staff is very respectful and super efficient. Credit to Victor and Alex as they were the people I worked with directly. I m always grateful to have such an easy place to do business with that s close to home.

Showed up today a couple hours before my appointment because I was in the area. Matt greeted me at the door, only asked me what service I was in for and if I had wheel locks.. no hassle about me being early or anything else.. it was a simple tire rotation.. turned into an incredible customer experience that had me in and out in 5 minutes. Great leadership!

Thank you to Gabriel and Derek for helping get me in after I spent hours at another Discount Tire. They found the issue (incorrect pressure) and got me on the road as quickly as possible. I'm so appreciative of Discount Tire to offer free pressure checks and repairs. Great service despite long wait times due to volume of customers. Thanks Discount.

Exceptional experience here. Matt was awesome and was able to fix the patch in my tire in less than 30 minutes. Professional work and excellence customer service here. Definitely going back when I need new tires.

Amazing customer service. The manager and other employees are very helpful and informative. They even went as far as to call when finding my credit card in the parking lot.Fantastic quick service! Very clean. Had a great experience after having my wheel and tire damaged driving on Plano Roads that were under construction.Highly recommend this specific location.

I m currently sitting outside, waiting on them to replace two of my tires, and they are absolutely jamming out to Frozen in the bays. Wonderful service and wonderful attitudes all around. HIGHLY recommend this shop.

I have a Model 3 Tesla.This location is outstanding. The manager Charles is extremely fair, friendly and efficient.I find the pricing to be highly competitive and the service to be high quality without long waits.

I just brought in to check air as there was a TPMSalert on my dashboard.As soon as I got in and rolled down the window the guys told me they saw a nail in the tire. They fixed it super fast and said if they couldn't fix it they will replace it for free.Awesome folks, Thanks to Matt and Jared for being very professional and helping to resolve issues and go beyond normal customer service.

Came in for new tires. Jared B was so helpful and friendly and had great banter. This guy had a smile on his face and was so polite. Refreshing since most workers these days seem to really hate their jobs and customer service e is almost non existent with some businesses. I ll be back here. Come on Discount Tire, give that guy a raise. He is a real asset to your location. Thanks Jared for the help and great service.Ryan was awesome too. Can t forget him.

I m very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. Usually I have nothing but good things to say about discount tires. However this particular location failed me one evening. I dropped off my vehicle to have all 4 new tires replaced. The man on the phone said as long as you drop it off before they close at 6 pm they ll will take care of it. I dropped my car off and the man helping me says it would be ready by 7:30 pm. I went back at 7:20 pm and lights out, doors closed, no one is there. I didn t receive any calls or texts anything. I had to find a ride back home and the next morning to get my car. Very unprofessional service. I won t be going to this location again.

I just left this location & needed to share - I ve been purchasing tires from Discount since 2008, and this location is by far the friendliest, efficient, and most professional. Matt was super nice, treated me with respect, and had me through the entire process in under 30 minutes. I will continue bringing my vehicles to this location for as long as I live in DFW.

I normally have good service and communication with this location. However, this past incident was very disappointing. One, I was handed my key (FOB) without my other keys attached after my car was serviced. I asked where the other keys were�that�I had�attached. No one knew! Someone found them in a bowl. I noticed the FOB was broken. Someone should have taken the responsibility�to explain what happened. I had to ask for�a manager. Discount is replacing my FOB. Second, I ordered a back windshield this same day...three weeks later they failed�to order.

I took my car here to get new tires put on and every one was so helpful and nice. The moment you walk in, you re greeted and helped. All workers treated you with respect and urgency to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, one lug nut was too tight resulting in it breaking in half after we drove off, however, we called to come back and they helped in every way!! Adam, Jordan, Angel and Matt were all such great help to me. They were so apologetic and urgent to get me to where I needed to be to fix it. I thank this location for being patient with me and getting my issues solved. Outstanding customer service!!! Thank you!!! (only knocking off 1 star since we had a minor issue could ve been worse though!)

The only place I go for my tires it was that time again yes four new tires were needed and I love how they take care of US veterans so with that said again in and out literally Within 15-20 minutes all four tires installed. Great job to the pit crew also to the young man that assisted me of course I made it easy on myself by purchasing online using my military ID me discount. God bless Godspeed blessed holidays to my Discount Tire family on MacArthur here in Valley Ranch.

Quick service. They close at 6:00 pm, but if you re there by 6:05 pm (latest), DT will take care of your vehicle.

I would like to thank Mike!!I accidentally got the wrong size tires for my challenger (the love of my life) and wanted something more aggressive. He called around to a FEW stores got a set together and whala!! New tires!!1. Service is fast2. Service is respectful and friendly3. The work done is great4. Shop is clean, yes I looked around 5. Free coffee is always a plusThere is even a little area to sit with your laptop and surf the web. Thank you. I will be turning.Keep up the great work.

Accidentally scheduled appointment for a week after i meant to. my tires weren t even at the store yet but the guys at this store made sure that they could get me out in one day. they put me as a walk in, price matched a similar tire, explained any differences and made sure i was comfortable with the switch. had me in and out within 1 1/2 hours. great customer service

Always nice and helpful staff, pretty quick for how busy they are. Just watch out that they will sneak in the additional costs for a warranty on a single tire purchase without telling you so look at the itemized list of what they are charging you for before swiping your card

The store is not that friendly, and they don't help the customer; instead, they make to pay high or try to charge more. I went for a tire puncture; instead, they recommended changing all four tires as they don't do punctures which is on edge (they use the term Safety to scare the customers) or nearby.I am writing this review as I see the pain of mid-income people; for a charge of $10 puncture, these giant stores recommend changing all tires, which costs $500.It's a pathetic and a scam

Good customer service, friendly staff, quick response.I bought my tires from Discount tires in wichita and when I drove to Irving,TX I had notice that my TPMS light was blinking, but when I got my tires pressure checked they were right at the mark. I quickly booked an appointment at this location and arrived 15 mins early, I was addressed by a representative as per the queue and I was told that I might have to change all the TMPS as their battery is low. I am not completely sure about the condition as when I got my tires at wichita store they didn t mention any issue like this , so I mentioned to the representative If that s the case then I will just get back to my home town and get it replaced as per the necessity. He was nice enough to understand and not to insist so he suggested me to up the tire pressure by a bit just in case for the journey and urged me to get it fixed upon my arrival.

I absolutely loved the service I received today (10/12/23) at Discount Tires located at 8550 N MacArthur Blvd! Matt took care of me. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and kind. I originally came in to replace one tire because the thread was showing really...really bad. I ended up NEEDING to replace the others after Matt showed me how the tread was worn off on them. It was pretty bad. If I had waited any longer...let's just say I possibly could have put myself at risk on the road. The service was quick, too! Thank you, Matt!I have gone to Discount Tires many times in the past and have always been treated like I'm their number one customer!
