Our experience was not pleasant. My initial conversation with Dent Zone was great and a ticket was opened to support our claim for hail damage. The shop that DZ recommended was painful. DZ specifically stated that they worked with this shop and the shop said they were unfamiliar with the process and did not want to accommodate. I reached out to our POC at DZ several times and communication was very poor. Lots of one word answers and very lackluster. I had to continually follow up with DZ to find the status of our refund and was told several different timelines. There was no urgency in processing our refund and I felt like my issue was not important. The whole process was painful and a lot of work from my end.

This is a scam people and it would be zero stars but that option is not available.... Read the fine print on page two of the documents before you spend your hard earned money on a warranty that is non-usable. This company is a joke and they can tell you which vendor to use that are also in on the scam. If the vendor cannot repair 100% then your warranty is void and on top of that one vendor offered to fix my dent for an additional $75 if we did not notify Dent Zone. The manager Blake is also a coward.....

I had a huge issue due the dealaer that sold me the service. However, dent zone took full responsibility and made sure they took care of my issue. They communicated updates, partnered with the right resources to solve my issue and made sure I was a satisfied customer.

Hi all, don't waste your money with this company. They will not make repairs to your vehicle. It will be up too them. By far the worst company I've been associated with. There are numerous reasons.

Do not get this for your vehicle. They ll lie and tell you they ll take care of everything or reimburse you, but you ll end up paying in the end. They re just as bad as the insurance companies.Customer service is awful.
