I took my dodge to David McDavid Collision Center after a rear- ended accident. Jarvis helped make the experience smooth from start to finish. The front desk was very welcoming when I came to drop off my car. Jarvis walked out with me to examine the damage and take notes. Throughout the entire time they had my car, I was constantly being informed of the progress every couple of days. When my car was ready, Aris walked me through all the repairs and showed me what all was fixed. I am very grateful for the team doing such a great job on my car and keeping me informed. Very professional and efficient.

I took my car to David McDavid Collision Center because I needed my car fixed right. Troy was my repair planner and he walked me through the whole process informing me on exactly what needs to be done on my car. I would receive weekly text messages with progress updates. When my car was finally finished Troy explained that with me too. Customer service was outstanding & the collision center worked with Enterprise for pickup and drop off for my rental. I m very impressed with the quality of work done to my car and the professionalism received from Troy and the staff. Thank you

David McDavid Collision Center in Irving did an excellent job repairing my car. I felt it looked even better than when I got it new. My husband and I joked, saying we can t believe it s the same car. They took great care of us and kept us updated on what was going on with our vehicle through email, texts and phone calls. I can t thank Jarvis, Lauren and team from front desk to repair technicians enough!!!

David McDavid was easy to work with from the estimate to connecting with the insurance company. I had access to Todd via phone, email and text making it easy to communicate quickly. My car ended up taking an extra week and I was made aware rapidly so I could react. The quality of the work is also amazing. My car feels like nothing happened.

The David McDavid Collision Center Honda are amazing!! They provided real time updates to me about my car. They worked with my insurance company that I didn't have any hassle. Plus they gave me Enterprise number to get my rental set up. I will definitely recommend working with them.

They did amazing work with my car!!I got T-boned by someone about 2 months ago and now it seems like nothing ever happened! It looks practically flawless and just like how it did before the collision.Troy did an amazing job dealing with my million questions and answered every single one, he had great communication and was very knowledgeable in everything he was talking about. They let me know why the repairs were taking a bit longer than they thought, would constantly update me on when my car was being assessed, taken apart, put together, etc. Anytime i called, the girls up front were helpful and had great customer service. Had a small accident where a vehicle hit the side of my Honda. I went by David McDavid collision center for them to take a look at it and they said they would make it brand new. They handled all the insurance claim additions and turned out a great piece of art. Made my Honda back to new! Thank you for everything!

The body shop team did a very nice paint job on the hood of my black older 2006 Hummer H2 that needed a fresh coat of paint. It's a low miles extra vehicle that must have endured a lot of sun and the hood paint was oxidized. They repainted it in just a day or two and it looks brand new! I'll post pics as soon as I'm able. We took our car in after being in a collision that damaged the front quarter panel, hood, door, headlight, etc. David McDavid Collision Center was able to get our car in, get the parts need to repair and provided weekly sometimes multiple updates each week on the various phases of repair being completed. Once finished, the car looked brand new, no issues since completion. 3 weeks ago and very satisfied with the process. I had a fender bender in my 2019 Honda Ridgeline. This happened in mid May. Around May 17th. I took my truck to this shop because I purchased it from David McDavid, with the lift kit and tires as shown in the photo. Amica has paid the claim for the work. Enterprise gave me a rental for a month. We are now going into month number 3 three and I am still without my Ridgeline. The story has been the electronics. These body shop professionals have not been able to calibrate the electronics back to factory standards. Every time I call to check on my truck I am told they are close but needs a little more time. I was even told the GM of the dealership was going to call me and it s been over a week.To say I am tired is a joke. 3 months and I m still waiting on my truck to be deliveredggggServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Todd was absolutely amazing in the whole process of getting my car fixed up! Everyone at the shop is incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. I took my car in for a bunch of hail damage & cracked windshield. I got updates on my car along the way! The whole process was seamless. When I walked out to my car it reminded me of the first day I bought it it looks flawless. If I ever need anything in the future I will be returning here. My experience with McDavid Collision Center has been extremely disappointing. It has now been over 5 weeks, and my car is still not ready. The most frustrating part is that they keep telling me it s in the final process without any concrete updates.The lack of communication and transparency about the delays has been a major letdown. I understand that repairs can take time, but I expected better from a reputable establishment like David McDavid Collision Center. This prolonged wait has inconvenienced me greatly, and I hope they improve their customer service and timelines in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was in the shop for over 2 months, and during that time I received little to no communication on how my car was doing. Was given the run around when I tried calling, My collision specialist Troy who was never available, person who answered the phone always said they would make a note to call back but never received a call back. So he either didn t receive the message or ignored it. So I gave up and went in person once after so long. An inconvenience since I don't live in that city. Had to speak to the supervisor, Jarvis who seemed bothered by my complaint. but reassured I would be receiving communication here on out, lasted for a week, and went back to no communication until I had to reach out multiple times. Throughout this all I never received an apology or any sort of compensation. Y all seemed to have prioritized other cars over mine. It was very frustrating and so much more to say, but I think the moral of this story is that y'all take too many cars in for repairs and can't keep up. Which is caring more about profits than the customers you're serving. And I know I'm not alone in this situation. I hope y'all think twice on taking in too many cars at once in the future, seems to be overwhelming your staff.

David McDavid Honda did a wonderful job on my vehicle. I was blown away with the customer service I received from Jarvis, Aris, and Lewis Hill. They kept me updated the entire time so I could give my insurance company and the rental company an idea of when the vehicle would be ready in order to return the rental. I highly recommend this Dealership if you need collision work done.

Jarvis is a God sent. Initially I didn t have the opportunity to work with him during my initial visit which was not the greatest experience but as soon as Jarvis discovered the ball had been dropped by one of his associates, he stopped at nothing to take an unsatisfactory experience into a 5 star one. His professionalism, commitment, and communication daily made me feel valued and certainly lived up to delivering exceptional customer service. There aren t enough words to convey my appreciation to Jarvis and his department. Thank you for taking care of my concerns and making me feel valued as a Honda customer.

It was 2022 hrv.They report every week what they are doing.Today I picked up my car and drive 60miles everything is perfectI know that I need to watch carefully at least one month.The handle was smooth weight balanced very well and inside parts repaired very wellThey said if something have problem, just visit here.They make me know that how to manage my car after the accident.Service: Body & Trim

Todd at the collision center was awesome, heard all my concerns answered all of my questions took care of all the comunications with the insurance company and pushed them allong to get everything done correctly, all the staff and manager were professional and welcoming will definitely return if I ever have any other issues or booboos on my Honda pilot again, turned out like nothing ever happend.
